Well there’s no actual parking within the property and you have to drive for like 5 min to get there but it is a walkable distance after you walk. Overall it is decent.

They really need to deal with the kitchen. Small fridge for the amount of guests, food goes bad because the fridge won't stay closed and one night there were bugs in it, the drying rack is gross constantly and they need two sinks. They do have fresh water which is great but it's a very inefficient system they have for dispensing it. Still, very good place especially for the price. Would recommend

Las habitaciones y los baños son muy amplios y cómodos. La ubicación del hostel es genial para recorrer a pie varias calles de interés turístico. Cuidado si llevan maletas pesadas porque no hay elevador, pero siempre hay quien ayude a subir el equipaje.

Almost every aspect of this hostel is solid, pros and cons to any place but the fridge is tiny for the 60 plus guests they have at any one time. The only really issue is the kitchen.

Excelente opcion de hospedaje en Puebla, la relacion calidad precio es increible, tienen una opcion muy buena, ademas que si llevas auto tienen convenio con un estacionamiento que esta a la vuelta. Todo el equipo super amable. Definitivamente mi opcion favorita para hospedarme en Puebla

Todo genial! Ambiente tranquilo, todas las áreas siempre limpias, personal muy amable y servicial. Tienen actividades en la ciudad y en el hostal a diario al igual que tours para ir a los alrededores de la ciudad. El desayuno es muy rico y fresco. Sin duda regresaré!

Great staff who were extremely helpful throughout our stay, very large room with bathroom, shower and all that was needed and in an outstanding location in a beautiful area with lots of restaurants nearby. By being added to the hotel WhatsApp group we went on some great walking tours and food/drink tours and we loved meeting other guests at the hotel. A memorable stay. Thank you.

No pasamos del check in (que fue bastante amable) y llegamos a la habitación. Bastaron 10 segundos para que mi esposa pise un pedazo de excremento que estaba en el piso del baño y dijimos que no podíamos quedarnos ahi. Fueron amables en todo momento pero no atinaron a ofrecernos otra habitación por lo que procedimos a retirarnos. Fueron respetuosos de nuestra decisión y nos hicieron el reembolso del pago.

Es quizá el hostal más lindo en el que me he quedado, los dormitorios y baño, limpios y amplios. La cama cómoda y abrigada. El personal también es muy amable y están al pendiente de tu llegada todo el tiempo; fui a dar la vuelta por el centro y está en una zona muy linda y accesible a muchos puntos de interés. Lo único que recomiendo es que no pidan desayuno incluido y lo compren aparte pues no conviene mucho; ahí en el restaurante del hostel hay más cosas a la carta que, supongo, están mejor servidas así.

La ubicacion, la cercania al centro historico, el tipo de edeficio, una casa antigua, silencioso y seguro. No me gusto el proceso de limpieza de las habitaciones, creo que les falta personal o mejorar la limpieza, sobre todo los baños, porque el hecho de perfumarlo con productos quimicos, no necesariamente es limpieza.

The room didn't have ventilation, the smell so horrible and the facility was usually very dirty all the time. I mention about it but the guy didn't care. NO CLEAN AT ALL FOR ME.

Staff was awesome and responsive. Probably the best part. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was there was a ants nest in the shower. Also the water was medium hot. Didn’t get super hot but it’s a hostel. The location is great and activities plenty

Maintenance is needed on the air condition units, they are not cooling properly. The third floor has very poor internet signal and you cannot work on the patios online due to the daily noise. Also the restaurant guy was rude and didn't like when I told him the breakfast were included in my stay. He had to go to the front desk to confirm, and since then he developed a passive aggressive attitude towards me, forgetting the juice, taking his time to bring the receipt. I am not planning to return due to this incidents.

Excellent hostel. Perfect location within walking distance of food and sights. Staff was great and made you feel welcomed. Dorm room was clean and comfortable . My only complaint was little hot water and weak wifi in the room.

I stay at Casa Pepe often and it never fails. Staff is always great even when many guests are checking in. Well organized. My room was super quiet and internet was fast. If you want a quality stay with great service this is the place to stay.

Notre chambre sentait beaucoup l'humidité, l'air était lourd et il n'y a pas des fenêtres, donc on était obligés à garder la porte grand ouverte quand on était dedans. La pression d'eau de la douche est assez faible et prendre une douche était pas facile

Ubicación increíble..muy bonitas habitaciones. Pintoresco y mucha actividades..lo que no me gustó mucho es que para avisar en la recepción que dejaste coche en estacionamiento te piden una foto del auto :o al decir que no tenía una me dijeron que ok que con las placas era suficiente (eso era lo normal no?o). Traté de bañarme y llenar la bañera en la tarde y no había agua caliente bajé a recepción y me dijeron que prenderian el boiler y así lo hicieron pero uno pensaría que no debían apagarlo pues en los hoteles siempre hay agua caliente sin ir a la recepción:) el teléfono funciona pero traté de llamar a la recepción para lo del agua caliente pero no había una lista de número a maravra para recepción o para llamadas normales. También ayudaría tener una lista de canales de TV para no andar buscando cuáles si y cuáles no. Creo que son detalles pequeños que podrían mejorar pero sin duda no quitan lo bueno que es lugar

Need to update the AC units, mine was not working. There was no hot water one day and this is the second trip that happens. Noisy drunken employees on June 27th of 2025. Excuse from management is that they were celebrating a birthday. They keep their noise until 1:30 AM and I decided to weat my earphones to listen to relaxation music rather than telling them again to be quiet after I did at 11 PM. FYI my birthday was the 28th and I didn’t make any noises for the other guests, totally unacceptable.

Another great stay at Casa Pepe. Received an upgrade to a King room with great window view. Staff was great and polite. My room had both a huge tub and shower. My room was cleaned early and great job. It was a perfect stay.

Todo estuvo muy bien: la recepción, la atención, la flexibilidad en los precios y, sobre todo, la cercanía con el centro. Lo único que considero importante mejorar es el tema de la facturación, ya que me comentaron que estaría lista para el día siguiente, pero hasta ahora solo me han dado largas.

On June 27th the staff decided to celebrate someone’s birthday at night. They their cahuamas (1 liter beer bottles out and pizzas. Like any drunk people they were noise as hell. I went down to the lobby where they were having their party at 11:30 PM. The ladies understood and left the 3 gentleman that stayed kept drinking and making noise until 1:30 am, rather than make a scandal I wore my headsets and proceeded to hear relaxation music so I could sleep. If silence and peace are in your priority list, it may ne a good idea to explore other options around the area. I have stayed there since 2015 and will be looking for options as this place has been going down hill since then. The AC was not working, water was cold one day, staff justified the noise, because it was an “employee” birthday. Mine was on the 28th and I didn’t make that type of noise let alone in a hotel at those hours. Totally disappointed
On June 27th the staff decided to celebrate someone’s birthday at night. They their cahuamas (1 liter beer bottles out and pizzas. Like any drunk people they were noise as hell. I went down to the lobby where they were having their party at 11:30 PM. The ladies understood and left the 3 gentleman that stayed kept drinking and making noise until 1:30 am, rather than make a scandal I wore my headsets and proceeded to hear relaxation music so I could sleep. If silence and peace are in your priority list, it may ne a good idea to explore other options around the area. I have stayed there since 2015 and will be looking for options as this place has been going down hill since then. The AC was not working, water was cold one day, staff justified the noise, because it was an “employee” birthday. Mine was on the 28th and I didn’t make that type of noise let alone in a hotel at those hours. Totally disappointed

I stay at Casa Pepe often and it never fails. Staff is always great even when many guests are checking in. Well organized. My room was super quiet and internet was fast. If you want a quality stay with great service this is the place to stay.

Great staff who were extremely helpful throughout our stay, very large room with bathroom, shower and all that was needed and in an outstanding location in a beautiful area with lots of restaurants nearby. By being added to the hotel WhatsApp group we went on some great walking tours and food/drink tours and we loved meeting other guests at the hotel. A memorable stay. Thank you.

El hotel se sitúa en una calle de fachadas coloniales muy bonita y caminando a todos los lugares históricos y céntricos que visitar en la ciudad de Puebla. El personal muy amable y atento y el desayuno delicioso. El estacionamiento que incluye es independiente del hotel, pero está sólo a unos pasos del edificio. Realmente recomendable, calidad-precio, fue un viaje familiar de fin de semana, pero pensamos regresar en un futuro para aprovechar las actividades que organizan para los visitantes.

Es quizá el hostal más lindo en el que me he quedado, los dormitorios y baño, limpios y amplios. La cama cómoda y abrigada. El personal también es muy amable y están al pendiente de tu llegada todo el tiempo; fui a dar la vuelta por el centro y está en una zona muy linda y accesible a muchos puntos de interés. Lo único que recomiendo es que no pidan desayuno incluido y lo compren aparte pues no conviene mucho; ahí en el restaurante del hostel hay más cosas a la carta que, supongo, están mejor servidas así.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is more like a hostel for young people, although as mature adults we felt welcome. They had activities planned that were appropriate and fun for those participating. The price was excellent, and the restaurant had tasty breakfasts.

Muy buena la ubicación el personal en general muy amable salvo el señor que atiende en el desayuno que no era nada amable!!! Todo lo demás bien. Aunque en mi opinión a los que reservamos en páginas de internet nos dan cuartos no muy agradables hasta el fondo hasta arriba y más chicos que otros ….pues entre a cuartos mejores …
