Stayed 1 night

We arrived in the early afternoon and attempted to check in, but unfortunately our suite was not ready. Around 3:00 p.m., we were given our room; however, when we checked it, I was not satisfied as the room had not been properly serviced. I spoke with Heather at the front desk, and she immediately addressed the issue. She kindly upgraded us to a diffrent suit and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our vacation. Thank you, Heather, for your excellent customer service and professionalism. You truly made our stay much more enjoyable. We hope to see you again on our next visit!

Stayed 3 nights

We stayed at the Grand Tappattoo for 4 days and 3 nights and it was pretty comfortable. The resort is easily accessible and surrounded by tall trees and lakes adding to the quite and serenity of nature. The rooms were simple, spacious and were cleaned on demand. The staff was very helpful as well. We had a few issues on the first night of our stay and they acted on it promptly. We had access to kayaks and canoes all day long which added big time to the fun and relaxing stay, To our surprise, there was provision for bonfire at night and we had a good time watching the sunset. The breakfast was included with our stay (which is not a common find in the area), but items on the menu were mostly on repeat. Not many options for vegans and vegetarians. The pool was sadly closed for renovation during our stay and opened on our last day, which was unfortunate. Overall, a nice resort to spend a long weekend with family to unwind and reconnect with nature. I would recommend this place for a family with kids and grandparents.

Our room/cottage was clean. We ordered a king bed and ended up with a queen. Flowers outside were dead. Front door to lobby was grimy. New staff very friendly and helpful but Front desk ( one staff) not very helpful and was abrupt. Breakfast was ok, dinner of pork schnitzel was jerky and we requested chicken whicj was offered but not available for a 6:30 pm reservation. Windows in the restaurant overlooking the water were very dirty. We have gone many years in the past and loved it but work needs to be done now

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Property a little tired but excellent position. Lovely lake views and canoes/kayaks available on the beach. A very restful few days.

Stayed 2 nights

Last year, we went on a family summer trip to Blue Mountain. All in all, I prefer this place. It’s quiet and perfect for relaxing. It feels like a cross between camping and staying in a cottage. The breakfast buffet is delicious, the view of the lake is beautiful, kayaking on the lake is fun, swimming is great, and the sauna is wonderful. However, the facilities aren’t great. The accommodations aren’t great, and the bathrooms aren’t clean. Except for the female front desk clerk, all the staff were friendly and pleasant. Aside from that, we had a wonderful trip.
