Surprisingly cozy and comfortable. Good breakfast. Nice stay

This was my first time staying at this hotel and will definitely be my last! The staff were cold and unpleasant! It was like pulling teeth getting them to provide information about my stay. The room was right next to the elevator and the large window was broken and didn’t align very well which made for a very noisy night overlooking a busy highway! The breakfast was limited both in terms of choices and quality! Don’t be fooled by the high ratings showing on the website.

A really amazing breakfast

The breakfast was amazing. It took about 5 minutes from the hotel to get to our meeting at the UVA Business School.

Hallway and room smelled bad; bed was really uncomfortable and I could feel each spring coil; there was too much pet dander in the room, which triggered my allergies, to the point that I had to check out after 30 minutes and book another hotel. If a hotel is pet friendly, they should at least properly clean the rooms after having pets. The chair at the desk was disgusting and looked like it was scavenged from a dump.
