There are many hotels offering a far better experience at the same price point. Unfortunately, this hotel lacks even the basic standards of hospitality. The room telephones are not working, there are ongoing electrical issues, and the air conditioning is both extremely noisy and ineffective. Despite repeated complaints, these problems remained unresolved throughout my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff! We stayed here in the 3 bedroom penthouse for my daughter’s graduation in Riyadh. It is gorgeous! The front desk was so polite and welcoming. They helped to make an already special occasion better! Thank you مخبل for your help and kindness. ✨
