Warm friendly staff. Aging interior but still comfortable. Lots of stains on cushions and blankets, crusty food stuck on benches, broken shower, missing plates and cutlery. On request the staff quickly arranged maintenance. The final charge was different and slightly higher than what was booked through Hotels.com. No details on why the higher price was provided.

The room I had stunk of something. I can’t describe it, but it came from the bathroom. It was like cigarettes and sweat. I was so tired i just went to sleep and closed the bathroom door but even when i got up and opened the bathroom door the smell just smacks you in the face. The glasses in the room had fingerprints on them so I couldn’t have a glass of water.

Very noisy major road and no other comparable room to change to. Shower had two roses, lucky because one didn't work at all just gushed as one ineffectual water blob. Blame myself for not being more careful with hotel selection. Certainly a mystery how they got 4 stars.

Don’t think it lived up to its online profile and review in person. Very stuffy hot rooms when we arrived then aircon took ages to kick, no windows to open, weird see through wall from living to bathroom. Definitely convenient for the night but would not recommend. Slow check out process too.

The hotel itself was clean and reasonably appointed. The staff and clientele however, was questionable. It took several hours to get the staff help on an extremely noisy guest and when confronted was told it wasn't their responsibility. Given the choice, would not stay again. Especially during peak period.

The reception staff were excellent. They all knew what they were doing, extremely efficient and friendly. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Location was great and the food at the club was great. Absolutely no complaints from us and will definitely stay there again.

Overall we were happy with our stay. The staff and service were very good. We had booked a room with twin beds but when we arrived this was not so. Thankfully this hiccup was rectified immediately and efficiently. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

We were very upset with how the staff treating to gusts and at that point, I even thought for a moment to ring the police or our lawyer. Three people mentioned that each of them is the Inn manager at three different time; even difficult to make a complaint. Very very rude. The staff asked to leave us if we don’t want to stay at around 9.00pm at night. Very disappointed. It is obvious that the management is not caring/ less caring about customer service. We simply asked for the receipt for credit card payment and the staff refused and strongly verbally harassed us. He asked to read the booking confirmation and the company can not give receipts at all. That is completely illegal in Australia: I have nothing against him personally as he looks like immigrant who has no clue about what he was doing except treating: I felt like he was going to hit me any time with his body language. I am thinking to send group memo to all of our group of companies, partners, clients and members the description of what we experienced and think twice for any business/official/work stays in this place. As we don't want any Australian to face such inconveniences and bullying. However, we informed the company CEO in writing about our inconvenience and unethical customer handling. Waiting to hear This is the first time we experienced such disappointment from hotel industry: No way we recommend to anyone who anticipates peace of mind and quality service (actually, any sort of service) at all.

This stay was extremely great. My family and I enjoyed it very much. Other than the slight issue with the TV that was immediately fixed by the kind hotel staff, there were no issues what so ever. With the convenience of West Leagues club attached to the hotel, easy access and great food.
