4 Buregate House, Felixstowe

Bright modern apartment with great sea views. We had a little problem getting into the outer street door, the lock was a bit stiff. Apart from that everything was great.

The flat was a delight to stay in. Clean, well equipped, warm and light- we were very happy during our stay. The sea front location provided a constant source of interest but without any disturbance. Lying in bed and watching the sun rise over the sea was a very good start to the day.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Communication with property management was great. Place is just as the pictures show. Couch in living room is a futon and not very comfortable to sit for long periods. Keep in mind the fridge is small, but stores are close by. We had the beds configured into a king bed, one of the twin mattresses could stand to be replaced but the other was very comfortable. Also the bedding and pillows were comfortable. Place was clean when we arrived. We would stay here again.

Overall the property is great and nice and airy. Fab views and near to everything. minor disappointment. - one item left in freezer to be disposed off - floor bathmat was not clean, as when I shook it out over the bath - lots of very long hair fell out (we have very short hair). Floor bathmat should always be changed. -preference would be for earlier check in say 4pm and check out 11am.
