Hotel Villa Paradiso

Niente da eccepire. Siamo stati molto bene. Torneremo sicuramente. Abbiamo apprezzato la location, l'efficienza e la cortesia del personale e la perfetta organizzazione nella gestione del gran numero di ospiti. Ottima la fruibilità dell'ampia piscina immersa nell'oliveto con vista lago, una parte della quale con acqua molto bassa ad uso dei più piccoli, ma anche degli adulti che vogliono restare immersi mentre si rilassano al sole.

Pro: The hotel is at a very good location. Close to the train station that will take you to the city and out of it. The breakfast wasn't all that (same old thing everyday), but the dinner was lovely..:a. variety every night. Con: No WiFi in the whole building except the swimming pool and lobby. You have to sort out your internet connection if you want to use internet throughout the stay. The major downside for me is the size of the pool didn't match the number of guests in the hotel. I couldn't have a proper swim in 7 days of staying there. Kids & their parents were in the adult section, leaving the kiddies pool empty! I mean, what is the essence of tennis having kiddies pool when adults section is going to be used by them.

This is a very clean but rather old property. Some rooms have nicely renovated bathrooms but this is the exception rather than the rule. Our bathroom was of a generous size and very clean, but the shower cubicle was tiny - I could only just fit in it, but certainly not bend over to was my feet! We had a problem with the lock on our door and the airconditioning and the staff were able to move us to another room which was very helpful. The whole hotel is labyrinthine as it has clearly been extended numerous times. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. Always a good selection in the buffet, with both hot and cold food available for both meals. Soft drinks and wine are included with dinner, but not beer which is a little disappointing. You can buy beer and a variety of other drinks from the bar which is open all day and night. The pools are very nice. There is a deeper pool which is quite large and a smaller shallow pool for kids. There is no jacuzzi or anything but plenty of sun lounges. The wifi is only available in the lobby and bar, which seems a bit antiquated these days. Other than the pool there aren't any other facilities. It would be nice if there was a ping pong table, a billiards tables or a fitness centre (there is certainly space for them). We enjoyed our time at this hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly, but I couldn't see us staying more than 4 nights. It could be so much more if the whole place was modernised and they added some more facilities.

Stayed for 3 Nights really nice little place slightly expensive on the drinks though, the staff were lovely, it’s a shame they don’t have WI-Fi in the Bedrooms something the hotel should consider

The hotel is very sweet. The front desk staff and gianluca the bartender were great. The breakfast and staff were also very good. Price was great as well as location as it is an easy walk to several good restaurants. I loved that town. Go see Pietro at Osteria Mamareno is for dinner

Qualche dubbio l'ho avuto quando, all'arrivo, ho trovato il parcheggio delimitato dalle corde, non proprio una bella presentazione. La parte piscine è ben tenuta e carina, ideale per i bambini. Personale alla reception gentile, disponibile e in grado di offrire tutte le spiegazioni del caso. Camera terribile: letto matrimoniale e lettino per figlio anni settanta, bagno con piastrelle scolorite nella doccia e rotte sul pavimento, niente kit di cortesia. Molto modesta. Buona la colazione. Ideale per una notte di soggiorno, non di più.

Lots of Parking, it did get busy on a Saturday night parking wise but still managed to find a space. Staff were super friendly and spoke good English, directions to my room were clear and information about the bar/restaurant were good. Both pool areas are well maintained and the bar has a good selection of drinks. The room was very clean and spacious although a little outdated, plenty of space for clothes and a fridge and small safe in the room was welcome. The bed was quite uncomfortable and a couple of mornings I woke up with a back ache, may have just been my bed and others are newer/more comfy. Good location for the lake and nearby shops and restaurants... There is a supermarket a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Overall a good experience and would stay here again.

A perfectly cromulent resort with a nice pool but there is no wifi connection to the rooms or most of the hotel, only in reception

Mucha Tranquilidad, excelente comida y limpieza, óptima cafeteria y entretenimiento musical. No me gustó,que se quedaran con los documentos originales devolviendolos al chek out, era suficiente sacarle una foto copia. Me pareció insolito.

Morgenmad, var en lidt ringe cafeterie oplevelse, og kaffen var ikke god. Børneunderholdningen fra kl 21-23 som tydeligt kunne høres på værelserne, ville vi godt have have været informeret om inden vi bestilte, så havde vi valgt et andet hotel. Ingen mulighed for at købe nogen form for mad mellem 14 frem til aftensmad 19.30, var for lang tid for os. Personalet var ikke særlig informative, og rengøring især på badeværelset, var ikke tilfredsstillende.

Mesquin voilà le mot qui s applique le mieux à cet hôtel et concerne tout : l accueil, le service, le petit déjeuner … tout est au minimum et en particulier les murs des cages à lapin servant de chambre. A éviter

Ottima struttura mangiare buono personale gentilissimo lo consiglio

Virkelig dejlig ophold. Maden var fantastisk og havde stort udvalg. Personalet i restauranten var meget søde og opmærksomme. Poolen var fin og havde gode liggestole til alle. Kun personalet i receptionen virkede overfladiske og ikke særlig hjælpsomme. Vores aircondition blev ikke lavet trods vi fortalte om problemet flere gange. Området specielt perugia var spændende at besøge. God valuta for pengene.

Personale molto accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Struttura pulita e accogliente. Unico neo la cucina: assenza di piatti tipici locali, scarsa qualità dei piatti serviti (cottura di gnocchi inadeguata: si appiccicavano al palato; costine al forno bruciate e molto grasse; risotto con liquido visibile, simile a minestra, pasta all’amatriciana mangiabile). Buono arrosto di vitello e salame di cioccolato. Colazione nella norma.

La location della struttura veramente bella un grande parcheggio, e personale gentile ed accogliente, purtroppo le stanze molto attempate, assenza del wi-fi, e condizionatore da buttare (appena acceso pioveva nella stanza nonostante i due interventi dei manutentori). Ci risollevava in sala ristorante dove sono state servite colazioni e cene veramente ottime e varie.

Great location, quiet surroundings. Beautiful pool area. The rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast and dinner buffet were great with heaps of options. Staff were friendly. The chef who served the meat was lovely!! Happy with our stay! Would recommend
