Liked the location. Accessible to all shopping and groceries. Breakfast buffet bravo with the waffle maker! Great selection 👍 Didn't like the hot tub was not hot and sauna not on. Minimal fitness centre, machines broken treadmill and tri machine. Gym=1 star.

Indoor pool was in poor condition - water very cold - unheated. Hallway to pool ALL vinyl flooring loose and bubbled. Rooms were ok. Shower walls loose plastic panels - dated but clean. Breakfast the usual for a budget hotel. Grounds unsightly - worn concrete paths and weeds.

Facilities were clean although could use some TLC (paint, replace old steel tubs). Breakfast variety was good but eggs, sausage and potatoe lacked taste Breakfast room is amazing overlooking an atrium. Rooms a decent size with agood heating system and room was quiet despite faving highway. Very clean ,nice shower and bonus, soft towels that actually dried ! Would stay here again Pool.and hot tub were very nice. Staff was very friendly from the front desk through custodial.

Amazing "Cleaning Room Staff!" Very friendly and kind! They made sure we had everything we needed and more during our 3 day stay! The "Breakfast Area" ran out of breakfast options each day. Breakfast staff tried, but obviously, they had no control of what was available to serve to the guests. Pool was very nice!, but NO CHLORINE in the pool water considering how many people were swimming in it! Location - Fantastic! If you're willing to sacrifice a little bit... this is the place for you!

Decent accommodations. A little run down but comfortable. Treadmill, and both elliptical machines in the fitness room were not working. Water cooler in the fitness room was empty. Pool and hot tub were well-maintained. Staff was nice. Breakfast was standard and well-stocked.

The pool and hot tub were fabulous, sauna wasnt working, gym only one treadmill working other treadmill and elliptical did not work. Breakfast was great. First 7 days maid service amazing, then seemed like they didnt make beds again. Did knock on door and took garbage for us and gave clean towel replacement. Not sure if it was due to us having the do not disturb sign on door for the hour when we got back from pool to shower but seemed a bit odd. Overall i would stay there again loved the pool/hottub. Staff were lovely.

The hotel is older and needs some upgrades. There was a bit of a smell to our room (nothing intolerable but almost a musty smell). Room was roomy and included a fridge that worked really well. Disappointed there was no microwave. The pool was a great size and nice and warm. My son used the hot tub which he enjoyed. The sauna was great too. Disappointed with the fitness room as there were no free weights. The hours for the pool and fitness room were also limited to 8am to 10pm. Most hotels have 24 hour access to fitness. My son and I were excited to see a pool table we could use and a large lending library. Lots of parking available and close to shopping and restaurants.

The breakfast was decent. The hotel was reasonably clean, but our room was completely run-down. The couch was broken, the shower had black mold stains and chipped paint, the water pressure and temperature was poor, the fridge froze almost all our food and the dial was broken so we could not adjust the temperature, and the air conditioning seemed to stop working in the middle of the night. It was bad enough, we checked out after just one night.

Garbage bin outside haven’t been closed. Birds took out all the trash and the side entrances were full of trash. All garbage bins full to top on a Saturday afternoon. Not a pleasant view for all the guests. Management wasn’t able to do anything about. Excuses ….

It was dirty, smelled bad, our first room, the sink was leaking all over the floor they finally switched us and the next room smelled of smoke and front desk was rude and wouldnt help us. The pool was so cloudy! The washrooms near the pool were so dirty. They were letting people of the street wander around the building. It was the worst stay and we paid 565 for 2 nights. Absolutely Insane.

Cleanliness could be improved. There is a line of dust at the edge of the carpet that never gets vacuumed. The bottom of the tub felt unclean. There were shoe prints on the bathroom floor. Elevator in the dining area is suuuuuuper slow. Staff not really well trained in customer service. Used to be clean and nice. And my go to hotel when visitng Midland. The front desk lady knew myself and my family have booked there before. The room they put me in the annex as i asked for was completely discusting and unsafe. Its the only room they have not renovated alongside the other ones. Its like the front desk person saw i was younger and when i asked for the annex she put me in the party room. Its was a drug room. Metal shards and glass on the floor by the bed. Smelled like smoke, Not sweept dirt and dust everywhere. Damage everywhere! Not to mention the pool area, and lobby where the stairs are FILTHY!

Room quite dated. Curtains in poor condition. Faced pool interior which meant no privacy. Noisy as pool and lobby area by our room. Poor layout of property. Door to enter to get to room very dirty and needed a good cleaning. The breakfast was pleasant.

Very comfortable bed. Building layout unique. Built on hill so come in on third floor. Rooms overlook pool and breakfast area. Rooms seem to be sound proof. Great nights sleep.

I enjoyed staying there. We did move to the second floor. I liked the view better Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. But the kitchen staff were very slow on filling things up at the busiest time had to ask twice for them to come out and get more coffee and to fill up the eggs. Otherwise, it was good.

PROS - Staff was accommodating and arranged for our group to stay in adjacent rooms - Convenient for group travel - Smooth check-in process - Clean CONS - Serious safety issue with the bed: There was a large, pointed metal piece sticking out from the box spring, hidden by the bed skirt. I hit my leg on it, and it could have seriously injured my son. When we told staff at check-out, the front desk clerk immediately knew what I was referring to and said, “Oh, the metal from the box spring, right? Haha, yeah yeah, our maintenance is already aware of that.” She didn't apologize or seem concerned, which was disappointing. If they’re aware of the issue, guests should definitely be warned before entering or the problem should be fixed. - Unpleasant room odor: My friend's room smelled like fish after turning on the heater (Room 258) - Lack of privacy in some rooms: Certain rooms face the hotel’s indoor dining area. If you're assigned one of these, be prepared to keep your curtains closed at all times unless you're comfortable with people being able to see into your room.

I booked this via 3rd party. I get there and get checked in. I walk to my room and once I enter, there’s 4 guys in there, luggage and their belongings everywhere, and it stinks like an ashtray. I’m a single girl traveling alone and to walk into a room that’s already taken by 4 intimidating men extremely unsettling. I went back to the front desk & the receptionist didn’t apologize but just said that it said “clean and vacant” in her system. It clearly wasn’t and she didn’t try to do anything to be apologetic. I left to go to my car to collect myself (and she was ready to not even cancel my booking!) when I went back inside, she had 3 groups that she helped BEFORE speaking to me again. I had to insist for a cancellation and refund, instead of her offering it to me. What kind of customer service is that???

The Quality Inn was centrally located to many area attractions, such as; Saint Marie Among the Hurons, The Huronia Museum & Huron Ouendat Village, Martyr's Shrine and Wye Marsh. The on site pool was great and perfect for the kids.The breakfast was excellent and there was ample parking. The only negative was the somewhat run down condition of the property, particularly the bathroom/room overall and the exterior of the property certainly would benefit from some upkeep; flowers, paving, window cleaning etc...

The hotel is big and spacious, with plenty of parking. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we all enjoyed the breakfast in the atrium. There was plenty of seating and it didn't feel cramped. The hotel is conveniently located a short drive from downtown Midland and Wye Marsh.

This is a massive property and they have a pool and a hot tub. They also have a very relaxing Atrium type area overlooking the pool where you can sit and just chill. Parking is good, location is great, just minutes from a lot of food options. The breakfast is a hot breakfast and very filling.

The hotel itself is very dated and could use a sprucing up. The hotel main areas and my room were clean but the back area I was instructed to use to enter the hotel was dirty. Didn't look like it had been swept or mopped in ages. The area surrounding this area was also unkept. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised that there was an on-site restaurant. Not true. This restaurant, The Library, closed in March/25. Please update this information. My room was clean and both the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Very well priced and the full hot breakfast was as good as I've ever had at a hotel (except for 1 in McLean Vi that had an omelette station). I don 't go to Midland often, but if I do in the future, I know where I will be staying.

The “hot” breakfast was awful. The scrambled eggs were cold, the selection of items was poor, the bread stale and the toaster did not work. It was so bad that on the second day of my stay I decided it was just preferable to skip it.

the setting of the lobby, pool room and breakfast lounge was nice. I was disappointed on the restaurant and not open at all. Desk said it was closed and didn't give a reason why. the room was nice. overall, the hotel is nice, they should think about opening the bar and restaurant.I didnt find the desk staff to be overly friendly tho.
