Brand new hotel with very clean and spacious room. Complimentary breakfast has 4 hot items, though they are a bit slow to replenish depleted items. Hotel is right next to a number of restaurants and fast food places. Overall very enjoyable stay. Would stay here again if opportunity comes up in the future.

Just an overnight trip, got in late and early. Staff was great, room was very clean and comfy. The gym has plenty of equipment and free weights. Overall, excellent.

Just stayed here for a total of three nights for work and it was absolutely perfect. The inside of the hotel is so quiet, my room was lovely and extremely clean. I almost never sleep well in hotels but never had any problem here. Breakfast buffet was a welcome surprise, just enough to hit the spot and always a good variety of foods. Fridge and microwave in the room made for easy meals and snacks. The location is a bit removed from the "downtown" so you\'ll probably need a car, but parking was a dream and super easy to get around.

We had a very pleasant two-night stay at The Hampton Inn Midland. It was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed. The location is easy to find, and convenient to many of Midland’s attractions and the downtown. The hotel is modern, cheery and very clean. The decor features local scenes and highlights. Our room was very comfortable, attractive and well-appointed. We found the breakfast room quiet and comfortable and the buffet offered many tasty options. There was complimentary coffee in the lobby 24 hours. The pool and gym were great. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

We decided to stop here for the night at the last minute. Many of the hotels were booked already by this hour on a Saturday night. We have stayed at this chain quite a few times and were not disappointed with their Midland location. We ended up with a room on the main floor, it was very clean. The King size bed was also quite comfortable. We couldn’t seem to get the right temperature in the room though. Room 102. The bathroom had a walk in shower and offered the usual shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Breakfast was included. Since the hotel was packed, the food was fresh and replaced often. This hotel is walking distance to Kelsey’s and Chucks, both good restaurants if you don’t feel like taking the car somewhere.

No vent in the bathroom. Fridge was so noisy it kept me from sleeping. Like most hotels everything echos but hearing the guy above/beside me enjoy his company intimately... Clearly not enough soundproofing was used during construction.

Beds too high....pillows are horrid... hand soap and lotion too high up on bathroom wall to reach and need at least 2 chairs in the room to sit on as well as at least 2 suitcase stands in the room

Very cold and impersonal welcome during check in. This is surprising as there were no other guests at the front counter. I also thought it was very rude to ask the name of my guest during check in. I have not been asked this before at any other hotel.

Surprised to learn they charge $75 for pets Its a pet friendly hotel but they really are discouraging pets with this kind of surcharge. And you cant leave your pet unattended even with a pet crate. Otherwise the hotels great. Hopefully i get my $50 damage deposit back. Last time it took weeks to get it back (didnt have a dog that time)

the booking process with Hotels.com was awful. I didn't receive any confirmation e-mail or confirmation number. After extensive searching through e-mails with no result, a week later I decided I must have missed the last 'click' during the rezo process , so I booked directly with the property. The property is fantastic , staff are super friendly and helpful

The shower dripped and it kept me up all night. I should have requested a new room but I didn’t notice it until I was in bed trying to sleep. When I told the front desk in the morning there was no reaction and no apology.

Great location. Close to all attractions. Hotel is fairly new. Very clean. Balm beach, Wye marsh, Sainte Marie among the hurons and discovery harbor all within 15 mins. Nearby restaurants Zanca, Boathouse were 5 minutes away. Breakfast was really good. Overall a great stay.

Kostenfreie Parkplätze und saubere Zimmer. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut, jedoch wird hierbei nicht auf Nachhaltigkeit und Umwelt geachtet. Leider alles in Plastik oder (Thermo)Pappe. Hätten wir die Wahl zwischen einem Hotel mit wiederverwendbarem Geschirr und diesem bei gleichem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis würden wir das mit dem wiederverwendbaren Geschirr wählen.

Very clean hotel, Modern, rooms were great!!! The buffet breakfast was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Everything was Empty and slow to replenish and when it did it was all taken - coffee was empty! Butter was frozen so wouldn’t spread… Definitely need to give better attention to this offering.

The only complaint we had was there wasn't any restocking done at breakfast time, but its because they're short staffed,the one lady working there cant possibly cook clean and make coffee on her own when its that busy on the weekend. Other than that it was a great place to stay and would stay again

The hotel is extremely clean and well cared for. The complimentary hot breakfast is just okay, a little bland, but enough variety. The lobby coffee bar is an excellent touch and was well used and appreciated. Nice dining area for breakfast and casual gatherings in the lobby. There is no hot tub but the pool is lovely. The front desk staff are very pleasant and helpful. The bathrooms in the hotel rooms could benefit from a exhaust fan, but were very nice facilities to use. Will recommend this hotel to all family and friends. Very pleasant stay.

Overall it was a clean hotel. However, they always seem to run out of coffee, and as Hilton honor members, we didn’t receive any water upon our arrival and the staff were mediocre at best.

I was very disappointed in our stay at the hotel. There was a water main break in Midland the morning of our stay. A boil water advisory was in effect for the day and the next day. They were not going to serve breakfast the next morning. I realize the water main break was not their fault but I feel that they could have given us a discount for the inconvenience of having to find a different place to eat for breakfast. Once of the reasons I choose that hotel was because of the hot buffet breakfast. Poor customer service.
