Second time here. Both in winter. Great views great beach and lots of activities. Big bath was also nice especially after diving in the winter. The rooms are spacious and can easily accommodate three adults (2 beds and a sofa/bed. Location is out of the way so best if you have car but the bus does stop there from airport. In winter most restaurants in the area are closed so you are forced to eat hotel buffet which can get old. Hit nonetheless a great get away.

市内から車で30分前後。買い物や食事に少し不便ですが、静かで景色もリゾート感ありました。ダストアレルギーがあり、滞在中清掃なしだったので心配でしたが、空気清浄機が部屋にありしのげました。清掃状態も悪くなかったのだと思います。朝食は確かに毎日殆ど同じメニューでしたが、種類が沢山ありどれも美味しく、気に入ったものが連日食べられたので良かったです。リピートするか迷う点はプールが小さく子供向けだったこと。

ビーチもプール、大浴場もあって、とてもコスパの良いホテルだと思います。 バーが営業してない日もあり、周りにお店がないので、ホテルだけで過ごそうと思うと少し不便かもしれません。 カラスが増えているのか、ベランダの鳥ふんはもう少し綺麗にされるか対策をされた方がいいと思います。 せっかくのオーシャンフロントなのに、そこだけ残念でした。 また利用したいので改善期待します。 スタッフの方は皆さん笑顔で印象が良かったです。

Bij eb ondiep water waardoor mogelijk om heel ver tot op kniehoogte in het water te waden. Mogelijkheid tot suppen, kanoën, duiken, snorkelen, quads, fietsverhuur. Weinig te doen in de omgeving. Restaurant en bar gesloten vanaf 22h. Westers ontbijt is beperkt. Vriendelijk personeel.

If you have the high tide and sunny day, this place is amazing. It looks just like the pictures. Ocean view from the room, nice beach, overall this is a very nice, quiet place to be. I would recommend you rent a car though, because on site, there is not that much to do... There is the beach, you can do some side activities typical of resort stuff, but other than that, this hotel is kind of isolated from any sort of town. With a car, you can go around the entire island in a few hours, and find some extremely nice beaches with nobody on them (we were there in April though). The only downside for me, was that there was no bar, and not even a coffee machine in the entire hotel, except for the restaurant, which you can use during meal hours. They have this amazing beach bar, but it is not opened (can't find staff we were told), it has been closed for a few years. That is too bad because it is a very nice setting. Overall, we loved our stay here, and would definitely recommend!

Perfect quaint little seaside resort. They rent bikes and are only 15 mins away from Kabira Observation point. Staff are super attentive, the buffet dinner was tasty and varied. My hotel room was immaculate. Would say there’s a few bugs about (geckos, huntsman spiders) - but to be expected in a jungle based villa and very worth it for the view. The staff were very helpful in coming over quickly to help with any bug issues. Everything was clean, and the beach sunset view in the evening is amazing.

石垣島の北西部にある良いリゾート施設です。1日のダイビングを川平周辺で予約して、その店舗のやや近くに泊まればいいと思って宿泊させていただきました。夕食も朝食も美味しかったですし、客室は清潔感がよく広かったです。弾丸旅行でしたから時間が限られており、ホテルにも売店が備え付けでお土産も宿泊とともに済ませられました。大浴場も堪能したし、アメニティが良かったです。悪天候のせいでプールもビーチも楽しまずじまいでしたが、それぞれはしっかりあって運が良ければ楽しく使えそうでした。時々スタッフに英語で声かけられたことで若干外国人向けな印象がありましたが、この時代はそれがほとんど仕方がないでしょう。また石垣島に参りましたら是非また宿泊させていただきたいと思います。

The property is in excellent condition and impeccably clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's a wide range of fun activities to choose from, including paddle-boarding, banana boating, diving, snorkeling, kayaking, jet skiing, and more. The bay where the hotel is located is absolutely stunning. While the pool is on the smaller side, it's still plenty of fun for kids. Just a short 15-minute trip from the bay, you can find a spot where you might be lucky enough to encounter manta rays and turtles. If you're a diving enthusiast, this is a must-visit location. The down side of this hotel is that is a 30 minutes ride from the city. There are small restaurants in the area but I highly suggest to rent a car ( glad we did) because otherwise you are stuck there with almost nothing in the surrounding.

We can give 5 stars for the location, right on a beautiful beach. The hotel itself is in need of much renovation. The beach chairs were all cracked, the umbrellas in shred. The buffet food was average. The staff was courteous and helpful. The bedrooms were large, but a bit outdated. We found the non motorized activities overpriced. Paddle boards should be free for hotel guests and not close to $30 for 30 min. However the rooms were not too expensive and they are not many hotels right on the beach on Ishigaki.

Everything was good, nice staff at the front desk and in dining. Large room comfortable bed with two pillows and beautiful ocean view except that there was no bottled water in the room and no coffee. We stayed in 5thfloor of Teeda bldg. The view was so amazing. If you want your room to be cleaned you have to pay, they just collect trash and change towels everyday. It is just fine if you stayed 2or 3 days. Some hotel do the same but they clean the room after 3 days for hygiene purposes. But i think not in this hotel. If you stay more than 3 days you have to pay if you want your room to be cleaned. If you want peace and stay away from everyday busy life to relax and de stressed this is the best place to go to. Another thing is there is no convenient store nearby or restaurants. You will eat in their restaurant if you have nothing. It is much better to have a rent a car, the bus is limited in this area. Or be sure to take bottled water and food before checking in if you dont want to eat in their restaurant because its a little pricey. If opportunity comes, i will definitely stay again.

Très chouette hôtel avec une plage très belle! Le lodge était par contre un tout petit peu vieillot mais n’empêche pas d’apprécier la grandeur de la chambre et ses équipements. Juste un problème de propreté sur les zones moins accessibles, par exemple, une couche énorme de poussière sur les pales du brasseur d’air.

部屋がカビ臭くて不快でした。 フロントにその旨を伝えたが、空気清浄機での対応をお願いされた。全く効き目がなく、窓と入り口のドアを開けて寝ることになりました。 当然、虫は入るし、ドアキーロックを掛けれない状況での二泊となりました。

アメニティの日々の入れ替えがあればさらに良いと思います。５泊してアメニティ交換なしはないかなぁと思いました。歯ブラシと歯磨き粉などのアメニティをお持ちいただけるならまだしもフロントまで取りに行くのが，面倒と感じました。お部屋を最上階にグレードアップ頂きましたが気持ち的に帳消し、あるいはマイナスな気分になりました。昨年も宿泊させて頂き環境は基本は好きなホテルです。前年はそのような不便は感じませんでしたので、元に戻して頂きたいです。

We really enjoyed our stay on the high floors of the Teida building. All the balconies have an amazing view of the Manta city in the Kabira ocean area. The sunsets were amazing. Breakfast was really good with a lot of variety, we were grateful it was available so early since most of the area doesn’t open until almost noon. At first I was nervous when I saw some old guest pictures from ten years ago, but the rooms in Teida have been renovated and are very new and clean. The shop was convenient and has ice cream too, and they gave us new water and towels every day for free. We really loved our stay and would come back again!

丁寧で感じの良い対応で気持ちよくすごせました。館内も清潔でよかったです。 一つだけ...バスタオルが臭くて。生乾きのような、濡れた犬みたいな匂いで嫌でした。 また、おじゃまします。

有少少美中不足是小木屋內的天花有蜘蛛網，不過整體都可以接受，環境優美，海灘乾淨，海水清澈。下次也會選擇這間酒店。

주변에 아무것도 없어요. 하지만 호텔 안에서 거의 모든 것을 해결 할 수 있어요. 프라이빗 비치가 아름답고, 수영장이나 바도 좋았어요. 무엇보다 직원들 모두 친절해요!! 다만,많이 낡아서 소파나 카페트, 침대시트에 얼룩, 벽지가 들떠있어서 상대적으로 청결하다는 생각은 들지 않았어요 그래도 금액대비 추천해요!

Second time here. Both in winter. Great views great beach and lots of activities. Big bath was also nice especially after diving in the winter. The rooms are spacious and can easily accommodate three adults (2 beds and a sofa/bed. Location is out of the way so best if you have car but the bus does stop there from airport. In winter most restaurants in the area are closed so you are forced to eat hotel buffet which can get old. Hit nonetheless a great get away.

Very nice hotel with a lovely location which is hard to beat. The bay is sheltered so even on windy days the bay is relatively calm. It is an older hotel which also shows wear, but this did not take away from our stay. The staff were very helpful but English aabilotoes vary amongst staff so we did have a few misunderstandings. The dining room had a beautiful overlook of the bay but was a bit cafeteria like. Breakfast and dinner were OK, but lunch really great. The beach hut offers various rentals and snorkelling trips. We got to see the manta rays which was exceptional

Generally, we had a good experience. But a few things made it a bit sour. We booked the villa in Kabira Village. At first seemed really nice, but later turned out to be really bad. It's located inside very dense vegatation and so you are in a mist of insects, which sometime enter the room itself. Couldn't enjoy a second outside. The so called "tub" was unusable because of fire ants in the porch. In addition, it is very remote from the hotel itself and so anything we wanted required walking through this unpleasant experience. At night it was even worst as it was very dark as well. We requested a room change, even if it meant downgrading (the villa is among the most expensive tier). At first they wanted me to pay extra, which I refused. After I had to argue a bit, I got a much better room. Although smaller, it was nice enough, clean, connected to the main building and had view to the sea. One additional downside, the new room was next to the sewage treatment facility so our balcony was unusable due to the smell of sewage, which sometimes got into the room. All in all, the experience was good as the staff was nice, good beach access, the good was surprisingly good in the buffet, and the area is nice (although options are limited and sometimes unreliable). I think this hotel has a long way to go. And in any case, wouldn't recommend booking any of the villas even though it seems cool.

Hotel has awesome views but is away from the city, so one would need to get a rental car. It’s slightly boring when there is rain around especially for kids. But most importantly it is clean and room is spacious.

We stayed in one of the Kabira bungalows and really liked it. It was bigger than expected, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Beautiful location and beach. The main hotel itself and the common areas are very dated. We never ate at the hotel restaurant (overpriced).

We really enjoyed our stay on the high floors of the Teida building. All the balconies have an amazing view of the Manta city in the Kabira ocean area. The sunsets were amazing. Breakfast was really good with a lot of variety, we were grateful it was available so early since most of the area doesn’t open until almost noon. At first I was nervous when I saw some old guest pictures from ten years ago, but the rooms in Teida have been renovated and are very new and clean. The shop was convenient and has ice cream too, and they gave us new water and towels every day for free. We really loved our stay and would come back again!

I absolutely loved our time at Ishigaki Seaside hotel! We booked a cottage with the jetted tub and it was so lovely! I loved being away from others, it was quiet and private. The staff were SO kind and I honestly had tears of joy when we left. We were there for our honeymoon and they gave us welcome drinks and a beautiful handmade picture frame with our photo in it. The sunsets and settings were stunning. I loved looking for all the hermit crabs. I spend most days scuba diving but loved unwinding in the cottage. Would love to visit again someday! Thank you!

Perfect quaint little seaside resort. They rent bikes and are only 15 mins away from Kabira Observation point. Staff are super attentive, the buffet dinner was tasty and varied. My hotel room was immaculate. Would say there’s a few bugs about (geckos, huntsman spiders) - but to be expected in a jungle based villa and very worth it for the view. The staff were very helpful in coming over quickly to help with any bug issues. Everything was clean, and the beach sunset view in the evening is amazing.

主人の乗った飛行機が、エンジントラブルで 出発地に戻る事になり 到着がすごく遅くなってしまったので、夕飯が間に合わない？と、思っていたのですが、レストランの方が 今回限りという事で 仕切りのついた綺麗な大きな折箱を用意して下さり､バイキングを取り置きすることができました。お陰様で 夜遅くに到着した主人でしたが､ご飯を美味しく頂く事ができました。 レストランの方の親切に感謝です♪

We arrived late the first night. After calling the hotel to confirm a late arrival a few minutes later my phone rang. The staff called back to ask if we had eaten and let us know prior to our arrival the restaurant was closing. We should pickup something to eat. We appreciated their attention to this detail.

Great hotel, extremely good service, great breakfast (has multiple vegan options) and 15 min away by foot from a vegan South Indian restaurant. The staff was so kind, the cook gave us a jam recipe and the reception staff translated the recipe from Japanese to English for us. Extremely well served as well : there is a laundry room and got snorkelling tours directly on the beach. A place of reference when we come back to Ishigaki.

Var der ute av sesong, så det var litt prosjekt der de gjorde klart til sesongen, men var fine rom, veldig fin utsikt og veldig veldig hyggelige ansatte. Snorkelturen var en veldig fin opplevelse der vi så masse forskjellige fisk og en skilpadde. Middagsbuffeten var godt merket med allergier. Men lite vegansk/allergivennlig mat. Caféen i første etasje derimot lagde vegansk smoothie og toast utenfor menyen så der var det veldig god service! Hotellet ligger langt unna det meste på øya, så leiebil anbefales.

The hotel staff were friendly and a smooth checkin process. We booked a room on the top floor so had a great view of the ocean and beach below. We had high hopes for a nice dinner buffet but it was disappointing and more like a cheap lunch buffet. The hotel agreed the photos used for the buffet did not represent our dinner and looked after us with a complimentary meal. Although the dinner was disappointing, we still enjoyed our stay and we’re happy with the staff’s friendly service.

A beautiful place on a gorgeous white sand beach. It’s a bit of a hike to get to the nearest village (kabira) so get your international drivers license and rent a car, or prepare to wait for the bus and take some cabs if you plan to leave.

For the price the cottage in the village was a great deal. Lots of space, an ocean view, quiet, private. The hotel is a typical “Bubble era” construction, but the location was great. The staff were helpful and had local knowledge. The package included breakfast, which was good as there were no other local options. The breakfast was OK. The western buffet options weren’t very appetizing, but the local Okinawan dishes were (but warm as opposed to hot). Highly recommend the hotel as option as a mid-price location. You will need a car as there is nothing, other than a great beach, in the area.

Das Hotel ist abseits gelegen, an einem wundervollen Strand. Es ist sehr ruhig, perfekt zum entspannen. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer im 7. Stock mit dem besten Ausblick auf das Meer, den man sich wünschen kann. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

The property is in excellent condition and impeccably clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's a wide range of fun activities to choose from, including paddle-boarding, banana boating, diving, snorkeling, kayaking, jet skiing, and more. The bay where the hotel is located is absolutely stunning. While the pool is on the smaller side, it's still plenty of fun for kids. Just a short 15-minute trip from the bay, you can find a spot where you might be lucky enough to encounter manta rays and turtles. If you're a diving enthusiast, this is a must-visit location. The down side of this hotel is that is a 30 minutes ride from the city. There are small restaurants in the area but I highly suggest to rent a car ( glad we did) because otherwise you are stuck there with almost nothing in the surrounding.

空港や市街地からは遠い分、ホテルも周りも自然がいっぱい。リゾート感たっぷりです。 朝起きた瞬間から海が見えるのは最高。 また、夜の星空は本当に綺麗。 降るようなとは良く言うけど、まさにその通り。本当に今にも降ってきそうな星でした。

Staff were very helpful, that was the best thing. Hotel built in the 60’s, no updates to the decor, it’s from a different era. Food hall lacks charm, food is very average. Do not have dinner there, it is wildly overpriced. Go to the local restaurants for a good meal.

Bij eb ondiep water waardoor mogelijk om heel ver tot op kniehoogte in het water te waden. Mogelijkheid tot suppen, kanoën, duiken, snorkelen, quads, fietsverhuur. Weinig te doen in de omgeving. Restaurant en bar gesloten vanaf 22h. Westers ontbijt is beperkt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Very nice hotel with a lovely location which is hard to beat. The bay is sheltered so even on windy days the bay is relatively calm. It is an older hotel which also shows wear, but this did not take away from our stay. The staff were very helpful but English aabilotoes vary amongst staff so we did have a few misunderstandings. The dining room had a beautiful overlook of the bay but was a bit cafeteria like. Breakfast and dinner were OK, but lunch really great. The beach hut offers various rentals and snorkelling trips. We got to see the manta rays which was exceptional

We stayed in the cottages, they were simple Polynesian style bungalow perfect for our family. We had two as we were a group of six. The beach is fabulous and the location is peaceful. The pool is also great. Things to note. You really need a car as this spot on the island is not within walking distance of very much. Also note the restaurant is buffet only. We opted for local restaurants, which were fabulous. There is a great little convenience store on site plus a surf style gift store. We loved our week here, the island has so much to explore. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff were friendly and a smooth checkin process. We booked a room on the top floor so had a great view of the ocean and beach below. We had high hopes for a nice dinner buffet but it was disappointing and more like a cheap lunch buffet. The hotel agreed the photos used for the buffet did not represent our dinner and looked after us with a complimentary meal. Although the dinner was disappointing, we still enjoyed our stay and we’re happy with the staff’s friendly service.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay! The breakfast was delicious, the room was very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our trip. However, we were a bit disappointed by the beach. The hotel is also fairly isolated, with no shops, restaurants, or convenience stores within walking distance, so keep that in mind if you like having amenities nearby.

As a young couple staying at the Ishigaki Seaside Hotel I wouldn't recommend to other young couples. The reception staff were not helpful when we asked them to book a restaurant (we couldn't due to the language barrier), and also weren't able to give us advice about travelling with the incoming typhoon. Earlier in the trip we'd stayed at a home stay and the owner gave us very detailed advice regarding this and whether or not to change our flight. I'd recommend a similar type of stay to other young couples. The bar at the hotel was also three times more expensive than other places on the island. The private beach, pool and room jacuzzi were lovely though,a and I think more appropriate for families.
