This accomodation is budget, with your own transport it is not difficult to get to wherever you want to go. It's a pity the restaurant is closed down. I've stayed before and would stay again but not if I was travelling with my wife.

I had read reviews and was a little worried, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, security gate to get to our cabin, which was right next to the pool which was clean and looked lovely, to our spa cabin , great deck excellent security and was very clean and very comfortable. It was quiet, families having bbq at the pool on clean bbqs,We thought it was excellent place to stay, we would recommend to stay in Darwin and close to everything we wanted .

The room had no toilet paper, no or very little liquid soap & tea bags. A lot of main road noise flood lights on all night which made it hard to sleep the room was in disrepair

Not too far from the airport, price reasonable in peak Darwin holiday season. Rooms quite clean. Not much around except a petrol station. Although some days the restaurant onsite is open. Phone assistance to process check-in as reception not open when i arrived

Electronic door that was not working properly. Spent 10 minutes trying to get out of the room. A/C kept turning off and needed to be reset using the electronic door button. Was not restful as it would become hot, get up reset.

Inconvenient to check in if you arrive after 5PM - in our case, they forgot to email the access code to get room key beforehand. Ants are everywhere in the room. No housekeeping. $20 charge if you don't wash your cups in the room 10-minute to DRW city and airport by car They provided storage for our bigger luggages since we stayed there 2 times and went somewhere else in between

This unit was Dirty and disgusting. Stained Towels, dirty floor. requested ground floor due to disability. Was given second floor. I have nothing nice to say about this place except. DO NOT STAY HERE. Spoke to staff and all I got was a very weak apology.

We stayed twice at this property - for 4D3N and we checked out to go to Kakadu National Park for 3D2N and came back to Darwin Resort for 2D1N - they provided storage for our bigger luggages between the stays. The property was nice - most of the rooms were on individual buildings, so it provided privacy, 'chalet-like' stay. However the rooms were crawling with small ants - in the bathroom, even on the beds. Front desk closed at 5PM (or 2PM on Sunday/ public holidays) - they didn't email us the code to the box to get our room key as promised (we have informed them that we would be arriving around 7pm on the 1st stay). Had to call the sister-hotel in the city and fill up some form before they emailed us the code. There was no housekeeping service, there's a notice put in the room that $20 charge will be imposed with we did not clean our cups/ plates. 10-minutes to airport and DRW city. And OK place if you're on a budget but there's no 'resort' to it

Someone's old milk drink left in fridge on arrival; Shower floods the entire bathroom when used. Barely enough room to walk around bed. TV the size of a postage stamp and half the channels didn't work. Had a guy foraging for cigarette buts and begging for cigarettes outside my room. Yelling and screaming outside during the night Just overall awful, will never stay here again

Extremely disappointing cabin size nice cabin cleanliness -5 actually it was dirty, bathroom shower & toilet not cleaned air-con had mold please wash the dam curtains cutlery for 1 ? as for the locals at the bus stop OMG action movie for free at least there Language was cleaner than the cabin.

The website photos did not reflect the poor conditions of the unit we paid for. The unit had a bad odour and was very hot on arriving. We had to wait 45 minutes with other people also waiting as we had not received the promised code to get keys from lockers. The air con was inadequate and turned off when we went out during the day. The fridge was poorly maintained/cleaned and leaked water onto the floor overnight. The appliances in the kitchen cupboard were dirty and had a bad smell. The couch was dirty and covered in stains. The mattress and bed linen were dirty and the disabled shower was unsafe due to water not draining away properly.

Very run down cracks so big in the walls your fingers can fit in them. no service or room cleaning. Room didn’t even have a desk or table just one old smelly lounge chair. Very noisy “right next to airforce base” loads of drunks out the front fighting and shouting all night Think twice before booking unless you have no other options

Clean and affordable, looked recently renovated. The bed was comfortable and the linen nice and fresh, aircon worked well but tv remote didn’t, tried to use manual buttons but gave up in the end. Overall, it a nice stay, clean and affordable.

It is really hard to contact the hotel arrive late and reception is closed the two contact numbers are inefficient. The landline automatic machine repeats the same options and the mobile line does not answer and does not reply to calls. extremely hard to chek in late.

I didn't like the fact they ask for a mandatory pre check in which includes uploading photo ID. After several attempts to upload photo ID with a failure each time. Contacted them and was advised to call on arrival at around midnight and someone would come and site ID then get key. Not allowed pin to key box and produce ID on checkout as previously done. Had to wait half hour for person to check ID after 4 hour flight and it being after midnight. Ridiculous.

As a female solo traveler I felt unsafe and scared. I can not believe Hotels com advertise this type of accomodation. Locals people drunk walking around, noisy, room looking extremely tired, old, needed a good clean.the area, grounds, didn't feel safe. Extremely disappointed

It was lovely and l noticed you finally put a non slip mat in the disability shower which is awesome. However you changed the dinning table to a coffee table which was not suitable having dinner. Please put back the dinning table we can use it as a coffee table too. No sharp knives so could not cut a lemon or even a watermelon. There is a need to put better cutlery out.

The cabin was clean, big, air conditioned. Parking was just next to cabin. Need probably a car for convinence. Community kitchen wasnt the cleanest, would of been convenient if they had stove or air fryer in the cabin.
