Wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Wirklich sehr nahe an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Hotel ist nicht nur gut gelegen. Die Bedienung ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. An die Garage mit dem Lift musste ich mich erst gewöhnen. Hat aber einwandfrei geklappt. Ein grosses Kompliment geht an die Reinigungsmannschaft. Herzlichen Dank für die immer perfekte Reinigung.

Very nice hotel with a modern design, conveniently located in the middle of everything - from restaurants to shopping areas, and right behind the beautiful cathedral that is worth visiting. Difficult to find the way to the hotel given the one way roads and the pedestrian areas. The parking garage is very tight and very hard to park, especially if the car is bigger than a Mini. I suggest using a taxi or Uber to get to the hotel and save the hassle of having to park the car.

Two items kept this from being a 5-star review: 1. The hotel was oddly stingy with towels. Even a solo traveler like me prefers to have 2 bath towels in the room on all nights. 2. The hotel lacked a lobby bar when it has a wonderful atrium area to feature. I think that would be a wise addition.

Everything was just superb! Great location right in old part of town, on/site parking, great price, luxurious clean /immacukate modern hotel built upon ancient ruins that you can view, each and every staff member was helpful, from checking to checkout including organising taxis to Alhambra & Sacromonte events that were too far to walk

I truly had a great stay here from the moment I walked in. The front staff was amazing with checking in, very friendly and accommodating and good at giving recommendations and things to do around the city. also a plus that they had a gym on site along with a sauna and steam room, that i used during my stay. Great location as well very close to all the main things to see and walking distance.

A perfect location for what we wanted, in the centre, and with the exception of Alhambra, which was only a steepish 15 minute walk away, everywhere else was pretty much on our doorstep. Great underground parking, albeit with a tight underground lift entry! Lovely squares 2-3 minute walk away with thriving places to eat and drink. I would choose this hotel over its sister hotel opposite the palace due to its central location.

Beautiful hotel right across from the Cathedral. Our room was clean and comfortable, however a weird odor came out of the shower drain every time. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully designed and has its own Moorish ruins on site. We'll stay here again. Disclosure, we had the breakfast buffet at the hotel once, but unless you absolutely have to do it, we don't recommend it, as it isn't worth the price.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed while traveling in Andalusia. Beautiful, super clean hotel located in historic center next to cathedral. The breakfast was delicious, bed was very comfortable and the room was super clean. People made us feel like at home. We had an amazing stay!

This hotel is top-notch! The hotel is pristine inside and everything looks high class. The outside and inside photos on the booking sites do not do this hotel justice. We are so glad we booked this hotel; it’s very quiet, staff is courteous and helpful, the junior suite room we stayed is wonderful and it represents well what a 4 star hotel should be. Everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, activities, and sites. We like this hotel so much, we ended staying at a Aurea Hotel in Toledo, which is high class as well. We didn't eat the restaurant so I cannot comment on that. You are very glad we chose this hotel!

La habitación estaba muy bien. Había un ligero olor que provenía del baño. Las almohadas muy cómodas pero me quede en una cama king size y en ambos extremos, estaba sumida la cama, me imagino que por el uso constante. La verdad si un poco incómodo porque estaba sumida. Fuera de eso, todo bien. La señora que nos atendió para hacer el checkin fue de mucha ayuda.

We had a junior suite on the second floor at the front of the hotel with a view of the Cathedral. We arrived on a Saturday and Granada was busy. There were lots of people in the bars and there were quite a few stag and hen parties. That night the noise in our room caused by people walking by in the narrow street next to the hotel was loud with lots of shouting. This continued until 7 in the morning! Sunday night was much better but on Monday morning we were woken at 7.30 by the noise of power tools from the building next door which is being renovated! And to top it off the taxi we had pre booked at the check in took us to Granada airport rather than Malaga despite us telling the staff at least two times when booking it! So the room and hotel were lovely but the stay was spoiled by these things which the hotel doesn’t have a lot of control over. My advice is to not pick the rooms at the front of the hotel if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday unless you don’t mind the noise!

Room standard and cleanliness excellent. No hot water for two days making showering impossible. Despite fact it appeared to have been checked by housekeeping, we still experienced cold water from shower and sink. Problem with thermostat. Adjacent new building work ongoing, may have contributed to water being cold and cut off for three hours on day.

Overall the hotel was good but…. We had to switch rooms initially as the first room was directly over a noisy side street. There was a foul odor coming from my bathroom than I knew I would not be able to tolerate. The staff was helpful in reassigning our rooms. The second room was better in that it smelled better but a few items could be improved such as the half glass door to the shower that wasn’t quite wide enough so after every shower there was a pool of water on the floor. Also the serve coffee pot has no visible on/off button and no operating instructions were provided. We were there during the national holiday and although the streets were closed intermittently throughout the day many cars were seen driving up and down the street, the staff advised us that they could not call a cab and that we would meet to carry our luggage For two blocks to hail a cab. As luck would have it a cab driver pulled over about 20 feet from the hotel as we trudged with heavy luggage towards the Main Street. The staff at the front desk were helpful in most cases. Overall the staff were understanding and responsive in switching rooms so for that I give them credit. The items needing improvement were not related to staff performance.

This was our favorite hotel on our 5 city tour. It was very professionally run. The staff was super helpful. The room was much bigger than what we experienced in other cities. Very easy walking area with lots of shopping and places of interest. Would definitely recommend.

The location was great, and junior suite was nice and spacious. There was no iron, and no ironing board. we wanted to use the sauna but no bathrobes or slippers. Soap and lotion were mixed up in the bottles and all shower products are unsustainable (Dead Sea products only) so we used our own. The wifi did not work in the room, so we had to go down to the lobby. Service in breakfast room was lacking, and all the coffee and tea was self serve, which made it feel like a cafeteria. Leadership should work on customer service skills with Staff. Smile and really engage with enthusiasm. I watched staff miss out on simple customer service skills.

그라나다 대성당 앞에 위치해 다른 관광지로의 접근성이 좋고 근처에 다양한 맛집들이 많습니다. 3명 가족이서 사용했고 triple room 이어 4명까지 사용하기 좋습니다. 조식 메뉴가 다양해 너무 훌륭했고, 다음 날 일찍 나가야해서 조식을 못먹는 상황이었는데 피크닉 박스를 챙겨줬습니다. 화장실 환기가 안되서 냄새가 심하게 올라오는 점은 보완해야 하겠지만 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

Comfortable, spacious room. Great location, walking distance from the Arabic quarter, about 10-15 min drive (30-40 min uphill walk) to the Alhambra/Nusrid palace. BTW, be sure to book Alhambra/Nusrid palace tickets months in advance.

Fabulous hotel. Can't beat the location, literally a minute's walk from the cathedral / centre / shops / restaurants. Staff were lovely, room was nice, everything was clean and well maintained. Handy parking (both private for the hotel and on-street nearby). Will be returning.

A great base for seeing the sights of Granada on foot or via the local buses if your legs aren't up to hills of the old town or walking up to the Alhambra. Wonderful location with lots of local cafes, bars and restaurants. Very comfortable rooms with excellent bathrooms. Although the publicity information says there is a restaurant, they only offer a couple of club sandwich options and there is no bar as such, but they will serve you a sandwich and/or drink in tbe evening if you ask. The 'restaurant' is really used as a breakfast room although we went out to local cafes for breakfast. The hotel was very clean and staff were kind and very helpful when our son was taken ill for a couple of days mid-stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Hotel was in a wonderful location next to the Cathedral. Staff were exceptionally helpful, bedroom and bathroom very clean and well appointed. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, great choice and plentiful. Highly recommend stay here!
