The hotel was really nice. The bedding was very soft. No housekeeping unless requested. Lots of families with children. Not a lot of sound proofing in between floors or rooms. The pool was cold.

I had a very nice three night stay at this place. The front desk was very friendly. When I arrived they told me I was upgraded to a suite at no extra charge! First time that has happened anywhere!! Our room was very comfortable and clean. They have a private outside hot tub and an inside big pool . I enjoyed both the first evening there. They also have an exercise room . The breakfast in the morning was good also. I would definitely recommend a stay to family and friends!!

This was our second time staying there for visiting with friends and family. We were also able to rent out the meeting room to host a Baby shower and the Staff that worked this weekend made us feel at home and welcomed. I want to also give a nice shout out to the night Manager Misty, thank you for the help and letting us be able to set up the night before the event. It definitely saved us time. Also thank you for making us feel at home. We will definitely be back in the future.

Overall, I would say this property had very nice and helpful staff and that it was pretty clean. However, there was a horrible smell in the elevator that lasted a whole day. We opted to use the stairs that day. There was also a bad smell in our room that we thought might be coming up from the shower drain? We kept the bathroom door closed to keep it from filtering in the room. Had we been staying for a longer time, we would have requested a different room. Overall, the place was very nice, just smelly at times.

This is our third time staying here. The rooms are large, and the TV is very high quality, and is huge! The free breakfast is very good. Location is right off I-75, and there is a grocery store within walking distance of the hotel. Pet friendly, our little dog seems to enjoy it as well. The lobby/breakfast area is clean and bright. We enjoy this hotel and will visit it again.

our room was right next to semi truck parking which is loud. The room smelled like wet dog. It was horrible. The blankets are covered with thin sheets and I'm guessing the heavy blankets are not washed every time. I won't ever stay at another comfort inn. It wasn't cheap either!!!

Excellent hotel with large room and large bathroom. Very clean, large tv, very comfortable bed, friendly service. My only complaint is the kids in the room directly above us running back and forth. They really should put people with young kids in the first floor.

All I can think about is the cold room we are staying in. When we got here it was 63 degrees. We set the wall thermostat for 71. One hour and a half later it is now 62 degrees in the room!

The hotel is conveniently located off the highway and very new. Service was good and the room was quiet. Note however that the hotel is not where the website or Google Maps says it is. It’s across the street.

Came here strictly for due to the customer reviews and I was left feeling “meh” at best. Check in was great, but the room was average at best. The bed was not great and kept me tossing and turning all night and then left with sore hips from pressure points. Not something I’d expect from a comfort inn. Then upon showering in the morning I was laughing at how poor the water pressure was. It was an unfortunate way to start my day. I’ve stayed at other chain hotels in Gaylord and had a better experience.

Heather and Sarah in house keeping keep the rooms clean and welcoming... the breakfast is run well and kept clean witha friendy smile and most excellent Flogers Coffee that everyone was so happy with... see you next time we are back in the Gaylord area...

The entire staff was incredibly friendly, breakfasts were well above average, pool & hot tub were terrific. We were there 4 nights, on the 3rd night we realized we were next to the interstate highway, we never heard it when we were inside. Friendliest place we have ever stayed and would go out of my way to stay there again.

The hotel was very convenient to everything, it was just off the interstate but far enough that truck noise was not a problem. downtown was within walking distance and good dining option were near by.

Nice people. Maybe it is an upper Michigan thing? I could hear the bass from the bar down the street that went until about 11:30 PM or 12:00 AM. It was a Friday night.

This is our third time staying here. The rooms are large, and the TV is very high quality, and is huge! The free breakfast is very good. Location is right off I-75, and there is a grocery store within walking distance of the hotel. Pet friendly, our little dog seems to enjoy it as well. The lobby/breakfast area is clean and bright. We enjoy this hotel and will visit it again.

My only disappointment was the lack of quality protein for breakfast. Lots and lots of carbs, but only HB eggs and powdered scrambled eggs for protein. I'll definitely stay again. The bed was extremely comfortable.
