This property is clean, walking distance to the center, nice neighborhood, it has AC, washer machine. The dryer does not work fast as it is part of the washer. Nice cafeterias around. Madrid is not clean. Garbages on the street everywhere

Great location. Wonderful restaurants right out the main door. Be aware that emails from the property go to junk mail. We almost missed the check-in passport requirements. We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the AC units on both floors.

Codes tardifs qui ne peuvent même pas donner l'accès pour la conciergerie. appartement spacieux lumineux très agréable. sale et qui nécessite un bon coup de rafraichissement. Peu d'équipements d'une manière globale (lampe de chevet, ustensiles pour la cuisine, four...)

The apartment had everything you could need and was in a great location. The sound proofed windows were wonderful and allowed us the quiet we needed! So much space if you need it! The only critique I have is that the washer/dryer is not great, didn’t wash the clothes thoroughly and the dryer took 3 cycles to dry the small load I did.

The facilities are fine. It was gone 3pm on the day and still hadn’t got entry details. I wasted over 2 hours phoning and emailing and using Expedia chat trying to get in. This put a downer on the whole experience.

We stayed in the 4 bedroom unit for just under 3 weeks. It was really great. I read lots of reviews about troubles checking in and getting access to the building and units, but we had no problems at all. It was actually really easy. We got an email with clear instructions, and it all worked well. The location is ideal- walkable to everything. We stayed here with our 5 children and it was great to be able to walk everywhere with them. The Wifi in the unit worked perfect- even with devices for all the kids. The windows were great at keeping noise out. It was actually quite quiet with the windows closed. The clothes washer was so useful. The dryer fuction on the washer doesn't actually dry clothes- but there is a dryer rack in the unit that we used. There was always plenty of hot water from the water heater. I'm a huge fan of really hot showers, and this was ideal. There were so many great things! If I had to pick something to improve, the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it just looks lived in, not bad. Also, the unit has shampoo and soap but the pump dispensers dont really work. This wasnt a problem, because we had our own supplies. Lastly, we didnt find out that there was a lift until the second or third day and we were on the 5th floor! That was a relief with groceries and the baby stroller! I guess it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Its not hidden, but not obvious unless you go past the stairs.

Excelente opción, te sientes en casa, con todos los servicios de un apartamento.

Dejlig lejlighed , rent og pænt og stor. Nem adgang med app til adgang af lejlighed. Eneste var elevatoren kunne høres svagt når den kører i det ene værelse på øverste sal hvor vi boede. Gå afstand til centrum.ellers er metro nedenfor.

La propiedad esta bien ubicada en una zona segura con fácil acceso. El departamento está demasiado pequeño, los muebles se ven sucios, las camas super incomodas, especialmente el techo del area de la cocina estaba demasiado sucio. No hay nadie ahi para atender eventualidades como el dia que el ascensor estaba demasiado sucio y sin luz y solo te contestan bots en WhatsApp

The flat is supposed to be non-smoking. When we arrived the smell of cigarette was overpowering. We had to contact the office to tell them and although they eventually send somebody to clean, the excuse was that the previous clients were smoking without permission!!! Very disappointing. The internet was of very poor quality.

He sido un huésped frecuente de Luchana. Siento con tristeza ver como ha ido bajando su calidad poco a poco. Les urge mantenimiento, alfombras de pasillo desechas, malos olores en áreas comunes y el mobiliario de las habitaciones necesita un recambio.

Huge space and great location

Quietest place I’ve ever stayed in a city, in a lovely area. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Duvets not real, otherwise good, not much natural light.

Ligeramente cerca de la gran vía, camas cómodas, limpieza impecable, solo que en el cuarto superior nunca se dejó de escuchar un ruido, si los ruidos no te molestan no habrá problema, pero si si, no es tu lugar para dormir.

Muy bien ubicado, rodeado de restaurantes, café y estación de metro a pocos pasos. La propiedad no está renovada en pasillos y ascensor. La comunicación para obtener códigos de acceso todo a tiempo y muy bien. La suite seleccionada cumple muy bien para el propósito de viaje de negocios.

Do NOT book at this venue. Management is completely disorganized. We ended up standing in the cold and rain while being told that we had not paid for our reservation. Ended up checking into another hotel across the street.

This was a very neat & clean property, very central & having very good connectivity. The 3pm check in policy was a bit rigid especially when we reached the property by 130pm. Overall will come back to stay would rate our experience a 10 on 10- perfect!!

Communication and access was just as described. Accommodations were quiet and safe area on Luchana. Only small concern is you should put a label on the door to the street level flat to match the reference provided in the check in email.

Only negative part is the virtual front desk. Other than that place is good

el apartamento esta bien y correcto para el precio que pagas. Pero el tema de que tengas que esperar un correo con las instrucciones para acceder y que el correo nunca llegue no ha sido nada agradable. Dos veces tuve que llamar para que me dieran la forma de acceder.

Location good, condition as expected for price range. Call center hard to reach need to call 5-6 times

Really enjoyed our stay. Power outage across Madrid and staff on site carried my 20kg suitcase 5 storeys to the apartment. Also was so understanding when we made error with check out. Phone support was excellent too. Highly recommend 😀

Great walking and dining area. Easy access to Bilbao metro, buses and short walks to Mercado San Ildefonso.

Classic European flats. It was like being at home. The neighborhood was great on Luchana. Grocery store and everything.
