Close to downtown Beaufort. Pros:great 24 hour gym, nice staff, and pretty quiet room, average breakfast Cons: lots of bugs in the pool and super small (lap pool), AC extremely noisy, room/tv set-up slightly awkward

The entore staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area. The pool is tiny, but we didnt need to use it because the weather/water was too cool. Overall, excellent stay.

The hotel was in a good location and the front desk staff were very friendly, they allowed us to check-in early. The breakfast bar was also good but the rooms were not top-notch clean. There were dust bunnies still on the bathroom floors and the tub stopper was broken. My sheets had some black blobs on them. The bedside table had red (kool aid) looking stains on them. The Peloton bike was not operable in the exercise room, which we were looking forward to tr out.. For the price we paid, I think I will take my chances at another hotel next time. On a scale of 1-10, I guess I'd give it a 7.5.

This hotel is well maintained with a friendly and conscientious staff. They take time to ensure cleanliness and the breakfast is actually a very nice surprise. The rooms were clean and the fitness room is very nice for a hotel.

Everything was great. Very good value for the king-bed suite we had. The pool is very narrow and rather small, we opted to not partake. A nice group of great restaurants nearby as well as a couple coffee joints. Writhing walking distance of Bay Street and downtown. Right on the main drag through Beaufort so very convenient.

Although the king suites were not available due to shortage of housekeepers, we were upgraded to an executive suite which was lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. Gym and breakfast were very good. Would stay here again.

Some of the bathroom towels were dirty, dirty carpet, check in person signed me up for rewards program without asking (discovered as emails started arriving), desk in room had lots of damage on top, etc. Experience was not as expected for a Marriott property.

When we arrive, we went to our room and it was not clean. It looked like someone had just thrown the covers back. The soap in the bathroom was already open and used. The door was unlocked and open went to the service desk and she immediately took care of it and put us in another room. The bathroom kin the other room was not up to par either but beds were clean.

The room wasn’t clean…hair in the shower-no plastic bags in trash cans-dust on lamp-chip crumbs from earlier occupants-hair on the wash cloth. No room service for towels or trash removal. I chose this hotel due to location and safety. Will not stay there again. Very disappointed for the price. Could have stayed at Hotel 8 that is cheaper and have the same experience.

The room was overall clean but a little damp. Most likely seasonal, but the humidity in the room was not well compensated for which left a "wet" feeling in the carpet. Pillows also were not that substantial. I have stayed here on several occasions but not in the last three years. Front desk service was excellent and friendly.

Everything went perfectly smooth from reservations to check in, throughout the stay. Room was clean. Everything worked fine with the exception that the refrigerator actually froze things. Help was wonderful, nice and kind. Whitney at the front desk was great. Gave us tips on sites and restaurants. Couldn’t speak higher of the staff. Breakfast was good and diverse enough. The only questionable thing, which did not detract from our stay, is that the room is a strange configuration. It was unusually large which was great, but the television is not easily visible from both queen beds.

Overall it was nice but i did not sleep well because I could hear people in the room above walking around and other noises from rooms and halls during early morning hours. Was awakened around 4AM duration of my stay due to noise.

D. Johnson, the person who checked us in, was awesome. We had some issues on our end, but she handled everything great. I was a little emotional, and she was patient and understanding. Her customer service was perfect, and she was passionate. We were there for our grandson's Marine ceremony. We Thank you, Ms. Johnson.

We were welcomed every time we entered and exited the facility by the front desk. They were very friendly and professional. They made sure the guest were taken care of during breakfast always refilling items with a smile. We were there forr my son's Marine Boot Camp graduation. We all enjoyed our stay. Front desk check in person was very rude when we arrived. we arrive before 7 PM and the slider doors were already locked. We did not see the button to ring a bell. We knocked on the door and she freaked out.

Safe, convenient, spacious with neatly designed lay out! Huge shirt and a great little office desk and couch. All the staff from Robert at front desk, housekeeping staff and breakfast items were all delicious and extended longer for holiday travelers this Memorial Day!!!

The property is right place, I went to My son Graduation at Parris Island is very close to the base, breakfast is good every day has a variety, staff is very friendly and clean, also has restaurants around the area, the only thing that don’t have a safe to secure your belongings. I recommend if you going to SC.

The place was not only clean and visually appealing but also stood out for the attentiveness of the staff. Even in the evening, while tidying up, every staff member I encountered greeted me warmly and with genuine courtesy. Breakfast was excellent, and again staff monitored the servings, tables cleaned etc. Excellent, location is excellent too.

This was a nice hotel in no particular order staff, room and parking. I found the breakfast to be not to appetizing. No eggs or bacon. Minus the slack breakfast the hotel was nice and I would stay there again.

So we decided to go with a different hotel to pick up our 4 marine :) and my family and I were extremely pleased !! From check in to check out, it was a very pleasant experience :) The bed was soooo comfortable!! The only negative thing I have to say is the complimentary breakfast could use an upgrade :( . The time also needs to be earlier. If you are going to Parris Island you have to leave wayyyy before 6am which is when breakfast is served. Our family met in the lobby at 515 for the moto run and to their benefit some breakfast items were out however it was not pleasant on the palate....however everything else was 5 stars :)

Overall the stay was good, it was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. For a Hilton property I was little disappointed. I actuality expected more. Breakfast was basic, not much effort to make it enjoyable. The people serving did an excellent job with what they had.

First night toilet was stopped up.No one came,so they gave me the plunger and had to do it myself.Light on headboard of the bed didn't work.Guy came and looked at it,said he would be back and never came back,but the kicker was mold in the cheese at breakfast.I told my family to throw everything in the trash
