Lovely large rustic traditional rooms in stunning Tuscan countryside setting. Handy location for visiting the many local historic villages & towns of the area. Excellent breakfast with a large variety of choices & will cook eggs to your order. Lovely swimming pool in the grounds & on-site restaurant. A beautiful hotel running by the family, has a pool, tennis court. Room and bathroom were a bit small, but comfortable. The staffs are very friendly, helped us with a few things. Nice breakfast with some local cheese bought freshly, they greet you every morning and have a small chat with all guests. Dinner at terrace with a beautiful view, food are delicious and prices are reasonable for the region. Free parking on site and can store bicycles with them.

Bella Villa con piscina. Parcheggio riservato (sotto rimane all’ombra!! Viste le temperature di quei giorni è cosa da non sottovalutare!!) camera molto carina con arredamento in stile, ma un po’ poco spaziosa, bagno ampio con doccia. Dalla finestra una bella vista. Personale cortese e disponibile. In piscina relax assicurato all’ombra degli alberi con le rondini che planano dall’alto e cinguettano mentre leggi tranquillamente un buon libro. Colazione con torte fatte in casa!! Chicca della struttura il loro ristorante con terrazza panoramica. ovviamente non incluso nel prezzo, ma ne vale veramente la pena! tutto ottimo! nel paesino non c’è molto.. ma è in una posizione strategica per visitare i dintorni.

The room was very clean and comfortable and we had a great view from our window. The San Lucchese restaurant is 5 star ! Very good food, wines and service! We love seated outside on its patio with beautiful views of the vineyards from our high hilltop location. The hotel is very well located and we can get to many different attractions in the region within 15-25 minutes drive. We loved it so much that we extended our stay longer. lovely old estate, charming, large, comfortable bedrooms, restaurant offers delicious entrées, one of the best meals we’ve had on our visit to Italy. friendly and efficient staff, Lorenzo, who speaks many languages guided us to which vineyards and other towns to visit. Beautiful gardens to stroll through also.

Stayed at Villa San Lucchese for 4 nights using it as a base to visit different parts of Tuscany and loved every minute of it. Not the modern plush clinical 4 star hotels but a very old building full of history, big rooms with sofas if you need to relax, nice outside areas to enjoy the sun. We were actually travelling by train and foot but anyone that doesn't like walking it is 30mins from the Train station up a big hill. Not a issue to us we knew before we booked (the hotel will book taxis if needed though). Been up a big hill of course means the views in all directions are spectacular, loved it. Restaurant is also very good so no need to go anywhere else after a hard day visiting the Tuscan sites.

This was our third time staying at Villa San Lucchese, and the first time in about 8 years. It was just as wonderful as we remembered! The staff is extremely friendly and that's what keeps us coming back. The accommodations are extremely comfortable. Thank you for the ac! The breakfast has lots of great options, and the fresh scrambled eggs are delicious. We always enjoy dinner at their restaurant as well. Can't wait until our next visit!

Stayed at Villa San Lucchese for 4 nights using it as a base to visit different parts of Tuscany and loved every minute of it.
