Staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely. Breakfast was good, decent amount of options. The only reason we did not leave 5 stars is the lack of parking. For the parking "included" with your room, it is a block walk and you pay $12.00 a night. To be fair, this is noted on the website. Overall, a nice place to stay.

We were not made aware the pool was closed for repairs and that’s one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. I expressed my disappointment and was told I could go down the street two blocks and swim in another hotel pool all they had to do was call them. 2 blocks really?!?

Loved my stay. Absolutely loved how quiet it was even tho it’s right by the HayMarket. Everything is convenient as it was centrally located. Staff was amazing and so was housekeeping. I also loved the fact that they had a peloton in their fitness center.

Everything was good. The pillows had a musty smell to them. The hotel bar closed at 11 pm on a Husker night game event. Way too early for a bar to close when the game ended at 10 pm. Walked back from the stadium and the bar was closed, very disappointing. Staff were friendly and facilities were nice.

First room 310 was NOT vacuumed! There were toe nails on the carpet and white dog hair all over the carpet. We moved to room 239 was ok. The bathroom floor had hair around the base of the toilet and floor. Gross

The hotel is nice but lots of outside noise. Should have known when there are ear plugs on the dresser. What really gave me pause was when I picked up the water glasses in the room they were dirty. They were stuck to the shelf, were sticky and had drink residue in them. Someone had placed the white paper cap back over them. Made me really think about the cleanliness of the room and the hotel.

We had to book a second hotel due to the first one being completely disgusting. The place smelled clean and we were welcomed right in. You were able to book our entire team and their families same day. Our hotel room wasn’t vacuumed as there was dog hair all over the floor and crumbs from the previous guests. We talked to housekeeping and they cleaned it right up for us. Other than that our stay was perfect and would recommend

The property looks like it gets a basic cleaning. Clean sheets and towels and vacuuming. I found an earbud under the pull out bed, peanut m and m and ripped off price tag under the mattress of the main bed. Surfaces could use a wipe down, floors a better vacuum and bathroom floors mopped.

The walls are very thin. There was a lot of noise throughout the night that kept waking my family up. In the morning the front desk staff was sitting in a Lobby chair and acted annoyed when I came looking for breakfast and coffee prior to running the Lincoln marathon. Breakfast was put out “earlier” than usual due to the race that day but not wasn’t early enough for those running.

The only part of our stay that wasn’t great, was the lack of privacy in the bathroom both visually and audibly. The bathroom door also was very difficult to lock, and the bathroom sink whistled loudly and barely reached the sink so water went everywhere. We also couldn’t find a fan for the bathroom, and it got very steamy in there.

Wonderful staff but lots of noise from street level. There was an extraordinarily loud garbage pickup at 5:30 am on Friday with truck noises and dumpsters crashing around. On Saturday there again was some sort of truck & dumpster noise at 7:20 am. This was room 301 which is on the alley. This was our second room after room 305 had a crazy screeching noise which staff said may have been the plumbing. Staff was wonderful and rooms are clean. There are great coffee and dining options within a 5 minute walk. We usually stay in the Innovation Campus area when we come to Lincoln and will go back to that hotel next time.

Well the techno music clearly heard in our room until almost midnight ( maybe it was longer we were just soooo tired). Then started back up at 03:38!!! there were ear plugs in our room... is this why ?? An ADA room to boot? Never again, uncalled for, I won’t ever pay what I am paying to where I have to wear ear plugs to bed. Very disappointed!!

The hotel and staff were amazing. The bed and the water pressure was horrible and the street noise kept us up most of the night. We were on the second floor facing the Q Street and we could hear cars driving by well after midnight. I would ask for a higher floor or a room not facing Q street. The bed was extremely stiff and not forgiving. If you have any sort of spine or hip issues and can’t have a hard bed, I would look elsewhere. The water temperature was amazing put the pressure was excruciatingly low. The pressure wasn’t strong enough water pressure to get the toothpaste out of the sink. The staff was amazing and the cleanliness of the property was to be expected.

Great nights stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The only bumps were on the sofa bed, would not recommend getting a room with that if there are 4 adults. The area is full of life and activity.

The location of this hotel was great! It was close to great restaurants and fun shops in the Haymarket area. However, the service was quite poor. The front desk was often unattended or staff members were in the lobby talking instead of tending to guests. No one came to provide service to our room and we tried to ask at the front desk if someone could just take our trash out, but no one was there. They also had no coffee on our last morning there. For the price we paid it was disappointing.

Good location but terrible service. Arrived at about 8:30 on Sunday night and nobody at the front desk. Waited 20 minutes for someone to check us in. We were there 3 nights and did not get room cleaned 1 time. We requested service and they told us the room was supposed to have been cleaned that day but it was too late now. They said it would be cleaned first thing in the morning. When we got back to room that night, nothing had been done. When i called about it they said the same thing. Same thing the next day. The only service we got was clean towels on the last night we were there. There is also no onsight parking. You have to pay to park in a parking garage down the road.

Overall this is a good place to stay while visiting Lincoln, NE. I’m not sure how it would be during a Nebraska football weekend, but offseason/off football weekend was a good experience. It’s convenient to dining, coffee shops, and light shopping. It’s fairly close to the airport also.

Went for a Nebraska football game. Stadium couldn’t be closer. Four minute walk. Right in the heart of Haymarket- area for restaurants and pubs. I was supporting an out of town team. Can’t say enough good things about Husker hospitality. A refreshing change. I’ll be coming back to Lincoln and this hotel. Perfect spot! A

We absolutely loved this hotel. Check in was efficient and desk staff were friendly, personable and helpful. The room was clean, loved having a couch in the room. The room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. We loved the location as we were able to walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops and also walk up to the University of Nebraska campus. Hotel is very close to the Pinnacle arena. We highly recommend and will definitely be back. My only disappointment was that they don't have a hot tub.

What a great stay. So convenient for our event at PBA. Walking distance to everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing and seemed authentically made with natural ingredients. The bathroom was laid out smartly with towels in reach. Didn’t love the mirror behind the toilet. That was odd. Staff was friendly, parking was easy. We will be back!

The couch had a loud metal pop sound when you sat on it and about 20-60 min after you for up, it would pop again! The breakfast was horrible! Paper plates that ran out when I asked for more, I was just stared at! The donuts were hard as rocks, eggs and fruit were sub par! The checkin went smoothly and service was great there!

We have been staying at the Hyatt place since it was fairly new in the Haymarket. Although it is beginning to show some signs of aging it's still a great hotel. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The breakfast is pretty good however we'd like to see them change offerings over our three night stay (bacon would have been nice rather than sausage all three mornings).

Only comment is that the breakfast ran out of food by 9:00 am both mornings. The quality of the food was pretty poor unless you chose the prepackaged cereal. Ran out of yogurt both days and fresh fruit both days. Coffee was out and no one was refilling the carafes.

We received great customer service from Josh when we checked in. We had an issue with booking one of our rooms through expedia and Josh quickly resolved the issue for us. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the large selection of delicious choices at the breakfast that was included. We also liked that the area has several good restaurants and activities that were within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Lincoln.
