2 Mi to Dtwn: Boston Apartment Near Beaches!

Quiet residential area. Bus stop nearby for getting to convention center (or a nice walk, weather permitting).

Went there with my partner for a conceet. The place is small and cozy. Easy to get to. Very clean space. A lot of local restaurant. Once you turn the corner you can see the beach from a far. We walked 1-2 blocks to walk the beach. It was good we enjoyed our stay.

We loved it. Cute little place below street level in a very safe and nice neighborhood. Didn’t spend a ton of time there, basically just slept and watched some tv before going to bed. Great for the price and exactly what we were looking for. Hosts were very kind and accessible, but we didn’t reach out to them for too much. They gave us a very comprehensive guide for everything and included suggestions for our stay which is always welcome. Great place. Very appreciative to our hosts.

Great Boston experience! Everything was clean and the host was quick to respond to any questions. Definitely don’t recommend a car, just use the fantastic metro system.

This is a great location in Southie! Walking distances to restaurants and shops, and easy into access into Boston. The accommodation is a little quirky - the bedroom is tiny but it's comfy and good sleeping. The bathroom is split with shower and good sink in one area and the toilet with a small sink in another. Took a minute to figure it all out, but for the price the quirkiness is easy to accept. The only real issue was the lack of a space for my suitcase to be laid out. I was a solo traveler to visit my daughter for a weekend. If my husband had joined it would have been tricky. I did find a place to hang clothes in the kitchen the day I was leaving. As I said, a tad quirky, but the price was right. Finally finding the alley was tricky. The address brings you to the front door of the house, but the entrance to this is behind the house via a small side walkway on the side street - you can't pull in with a car in the back alley - just FYI to fellow renters. I'd use it again for a quick visit.
