Staybridge Suites Denver - Central Park by IHG

Great location with relatively quick access to the train, helpful staff, great breakfast choices, loved the separate kitchen/TV room from the sleeping area and the free laundry. This was a great stay for our family of 4.

Pros: Good central location between the airport and other tourist attractions. Also close to Target/Walmart for groceries. Free parking. Continental breakfast. In-room kitchens with dishwashers. Free onsite laundry. Small pantry/store for convenience. Manager's social hour. Great front desk staff, all super nice! Cons: Cleanliness - I lifted the sheets to check for bugs (as I do at any hotel) and saw some pretty bad stains on the mattress. The room overall wasn't very clean, lots of dust and fingerprints everywhere especially the kitchen. I ended up wiping everything off myself with Lysol wipes. Our dishwasher soap tray and the ice maker in the fridge were both broken - not a big deal, just annoying. We also had sewage smells coming from the shower one day, not sure if it was a plumbing issue or what. I reported it to the front desk but nothing was done. Thankfully the smell went away the next day. Continental breakfast is available, but the food isn't great. The pool was open late, but the water was FREEZING. There's also no hot tub. TVs are very old - you have to scroll through the channel guide the old fashioned way. A printed list of channels in the room would have been appreciated. Overall our stay was okay and we made it work, and some of the amenities really were great (ie, free laundry). But the lack of cleanliness for the price and having so many other options in Denver, I would not stay here again.

Satisfied with our experience! The hotel was clean, the breakfast was delicious and offered many different options, property was inviting and well taken care of, staff was friendly, other guests were quiet and respectful, the pool was clean stocked with towels, room contained everything we might need including toiletries and dishes. The location is great, 20 minute drive from airport, multiple restaurants within walking distance as well as a target located across the street. Only complaint is that we wish there was a hot tub!

The rooms were nice but not what we really wanted because we were going to cook some to save some money and there was no table, like the photo showed online. However, the breakfasts were great with hot food, fresh fruit and more. Their happy hours M-W were really nice as well. Wine, beer and food.

Staff very helpful and friendly. The free use of laundry machines is a plus !

Great location when I’m in town for the Raiders/broncos gm I stay here love the facilities and convenience.

The property was great the whole familly enjoied our stay. We swam, used the gym and ate breakfast. They also showed us a room with books for entertainment.

The check took a lot longer than expected however the rest of the hotel experience was excellent. The room was very spacious and clean and well stocked. The gym was also very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great - the staff hustled to keep the buffet replenished and clean and the food was pretty good!

The back patio needed some attention since smokers were putting the cigarette butts out on the table underneath the gazebo.

Location was great for being close to main roads but not loud. Pool was cold, no hot tub or sauna which was a huge bummer. For size of room and kitchenette size, it is a surprising value.

We stayed for 3 days and had no house keeping service. No one emptied the trash or gave up new towels. The same was true for our friends in another room.

This hotel was very clean and spacious.

Was a little dirty for my liking. Candy from previous visitors and non vacuumed floors. Besides lazy house keeping everything and everyone else were great.

NO ROOM SERVICES ON WEEKENDS IS WHAT I WAS TOLD. I ASKED FOR MANAGEMENT AT FRONT DESK AND WAS TOLD ( ANNETTE) WOULD BE IN NEXT DAY AND THEY WOULD LET HER KNOW MY COMPLAINT. NEVER HEARD FROM ANNETTE SO NOT SURE IF SHE WAS EVER TOLD. BAD EXPERIENCE

Staff was great. Room was very clean and well maintained

I wasn’t expecting a luxury hotel or anything. However, I would at least hope that the carpet wouldn’t be staying with Kool-Aid and other substances upon my arrival. Fortunately, I had Clorox wipes with me to wipe down a lot of things. The hotel itself was not filthy, but let’s just be honest, the pictures on the Internet, clearly are clearly photoshopped. The staff was very polite and courteous. The elevator is extra slow. We took the stairs several times because we got tired of waiting for the elevator. This is not a hotel that I would go back to.

The staff were so friendly! Not with just me but with everyone. It felt like I was a family members house. Everything was very clean! Breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean! I took one of the BEST naps ever and we were even given an option for a late check out (checkout was already a late one which was also a bonus)! We will be back.

We really like staying there. The only downside is how much you can hear people in the hallway or in the next room. Seems like the walls are pretty thin. Otherwise, we love staying there!!

We had a 2 bedroom suite. Each bedroom had a bathroom. Many good restaurants in the area. Would stay again if the price was right.

It was ok stay, the hotel is getting old. Needs a goot face-lift and furniture replacement. The staff is very friendly.

It was like staying in a nice studio apartment. Full kitchen, nice big bathroom!

Large very comfortable bed in very spacious room

The fact that I could do laundry for free after a dirty job I had to do was amazing. I wasn't planning to get dirty, but having the free laundry was perfect. It's a nice area with plenty around it. Just a little noisy from the street. Rooms on the Uinta Road side can be noisy from the intersection with Central Park. Other than that, it's a great place!

Hotel has the worst costumer service. Sent my crew there on business and they had nothing but issues checking in. They asked for a credit card authorization form and we when sent back the guy said this won't work you need to check box for all charges even though card was only for incidentals. Then after checking out they charge my employees card for the room even though his card was only for incidentals.

There is a little painting/remodeling going on at the front but no noise or distractions. The staff at the front desk were awesome. Very helpful, answered all my questions and helped me with figuring out how to get around. And the lady who checked me in gave my family and I an upgrade to a bigger room so my teenagers didn’t have to sleep on a small pullout. So sweet and greatly appreciated. The room was big and beautiful and clean and the beds were so comfy. I so wish it was more than a one night stay. I could’ve stayed for much longer!

The General manager, Ron, was awesome. Very welcoming, friendly, and courteous. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Denver.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I loved the happy hour that was offered each of the nights that I was there. The food was delicious and the opportunity to connect with others staying at the hotel was a lot of fun. Our room was clean, and the kitchen in our room had everything we needed.

I can’t really comment on my check in because when I got there I was informed there was no room available and had to be moved to a different location. I specifically choose that hotel based on its location and was moved several miles farther away

The hotel was very good. We had two rooms; one had an air conditioner problem the second evening of our stay, but staff did all they could to help us be comfortable, and overall the experience was good. We would definitely stay again.

They put me in a room knowing they were renovating the floor I was on the next day & packed up all my stuff while I was at work without my consent to move me to another room.

Thought it would be a great location, however the security and lighting in the parking lot was not very good. My vehicle was broken into and attempted to be hot wired and stolen. Not very supportive or helpful except for a phone call to room that it happened. No compensation for damages and emotional strain to family. Was offered a “snack” when I left. Room was decent; did have lots of dust in vents and looked like some dead bugs in the lights fixtures.

Close to entertainment and restaurants as well as shopping… fairly close to airport.

Just avoid DENVER altogether. We took all of our valuables into the hotel with us, yet still, when we woke up in the morning, our car had been broken into, passenger side window smashed to pieces. Traveling cross country in 30 degree weather we obviously couldn't just clean it up and go about our trip. Though the hotel staff was amicable, it was "out of their hands" and we had to file our own police report, wait for the report #, and then wait for the hotel insurance to see if they'd cover the cost of the window replacement. They did NOT. They said that because the hotel has signs that they aren't responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings, the hotel would not pay for any repairs. So lesson learned. NEVER AGAIN.

Very nice location for walkability to neighboring outside mall with restaurants and bars. We went to go to Bass Pro and spent a good half day there.

This location is great! It's near a shopping center/Target, restaurants in a new area of Denver. It was quiet, clean and most importantly SAFE. The room was clean, the pool was open late and the full breakfast was a great way to start our day.

It was located close to major highways and places to eat.

The staff were incredibly helpful, the room was lovely with a comfy bed and very good heating/cooling, everything you could need for an extended stay. The breakfast was also not bad, I appreciated the fresh food touches. The only downside is that the road can be loud at times.

Located in a convenient location, close to the airport and also Arsenal Nature Reserve, and in a pretty safe spot that I could tell. Well staffed, saw people working anytime I went through the lobby area. Hot water in shower was great. AC only worked on my first night, then was broken the rest of my stay. The food wasn't labeled in the breakfast bar and I had an allergic reaction as a result. Outside of the negatives I experienced, Staybridge is always my favorite hotel to stay at.

Everything was great the only complaint that my husband had was when we were having breakfast the gravy and oatmeal were a little runny but other than that everything was great. We love staying there.

The staff were great at check in and check out. The room was a nice size and very clean. I like having a refrigerator and dishes. Staybridge is a great place to stay. My only complaint is that breakfast ends too early. On a weekend get-away or vacation, people typically like to sleep in a little.

The Staybridge Suites was well-kept, clean, and convenient. There are many adjacent restaurants and shopping spaces. I would have liked more breakfast choices, but the breakfast was hot, the small breakfast space was clean and well-stocked, and the staff were courteous. I am not a dog person in a hotel, so if you are you will be fine, but I do not like dogs in the lobby or in the hotel. Seth especially was so supportive and followed up with my hotel needs, as was the front desk. Great place, nice contemporary rooms and convenient to everything,

It was amazing. The staff were very friendly! Yer, the lady who checked us in and out, was very friendly and asked if we needed anything! Despite the renovations that were going on, it was very quiet and very lovely place to be!! The breakfast was amazing.
