初めての草津旅行でしたが、このホテルを選んで本当に良かったです。部屋に露天風呂がありとってものんびり出来て、仕事とかを忘れさせてくれて本当に癒されました。ホテルの方々もとても親切で丁寧で良かったです。浴衣の貸し出しも、傘の貸し出しもあり本当に不便なく過ごせました。1泊2日でしたが、連泊したいくらいです。湯畑まで無料送迎バスも出ており、行きやすかったです。ディナーも美味しかったし、朝ごはんのバイキングも種類が豊富で、コーヒー等の飲み物も部屋に持ち込めて本当に最高でした！また利用したいと思います。一つ言うとしたら、夜分遅くに3階にある自動販売機を利用しようとしたら全部準備中になっていたところです。部屋のサービスの水がなくなり、水が欲しくても近くにコンビニも無いので、仕方なく5階に行きお茶を買いました。ですがそれ以外は本当に不便がなく、お土産屋もあってとっても快適でした。短い期間でしたが、癒しと幸せな空間を味わせてくれてありがとうございました！

We loved our stay in La Vista! The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was very clean. We had our own private onsen in our room but made sure to use the bookable private onsens - those ones had a beautiful view. Our favourite part was the free yucata rentals - we got to wear them around town and it was such a fun experience!

湯畑からは少し距離はありますが、バスの送迎があるので、問題なし。ラウンジでアイスと飲み物をいただきましたが、品物の欠品が多かったのは残念でした。温泉は貸切も空いていたし、部屋に温泉が付いているのが最後でした。

The hotel is a very nice one, all the staff are very helpful. I was so delighted by the Concierge, who help me to put on the WD-40 （lubricant） on the wheels of my suitcase, so that I can pull my suitcase smoothly for the rest of my journey. I was very impressed by their helpfulness. I have reserved the room with private onsen, it was a spacious room with beautiful view. The room is tidy and organized. I will definitely come again.

初めて草津温泉旅行でした。とにかくお部屋の広さも申し分なく、各お部屋に露天風呂がついてるのですごく贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。スタッフの方が、お若い方が多いことに驚きました。とてもきちんとされていて、対応も心こもっていて素晴らしかったです。電車で行きましたが、湯畑から歩いて行けるか尋ねたところ、20分かかることと歩道は雪があるので、送迎バスに乗ることを薦めていただけたのがとても有り難かったです。アップダウンもあるので、電車で行かれる方は絶対送迎を利用した方がいいです。サービスも今まで泊まったホテルと比べられないほど良かったです。とてもお勧めです。改善してほしい点があるとしたら、浴場に時計をつけて欲しいのと、サウナ利用用にマットがあればなお良いと思います。

When I email your restaurant that I have food allergy to "fish", and you reply email saying that you have an independent menu that have removed lots of allergic ingredients, I would easily tend to understand that you have got my message. It turns out that there are lots and lots of fish, including a whole piece of fish with it's head still there. hopeless restaurant.

The hotel is very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and are quite big and well laid out. The views are ok, not extraordinary. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we still could not see any mountains but only roof tops of other surrounding buildings. There is free food and snacks available but only for a limited time. The dinner and breakfast was good but not great. The onsens are the highlight of this property.

Wow. This was the best hotel stay I have ever had, and I have travelled a lot. The rooms were beautiful, with the most stunning views of the mountains. The balcony with your own private onsen was heaven. The food, coffee, beer and snacks available on the 6th floor were tasty! I also had a massage during my stay and it was one of the best services I have ever had. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would!! Absolute luxury.
