The elevator was not 100% operational. On the ground floor you could not call for a car. The sign said wait for 5 minutes and the door would open. They had two elevators, with one that did not work. If you did not want to wait you walked to the end of the hotel, took the stairs to the second floor to take the elevator to your floor. You could not control the heat from the wall hvac unit. We set it at 64 and in the middle of the night the room had to be in the mid 80’s. Had to turn the unit completely off. Oh the outside temperature was below zero

We loved location. We had room on end of building-good sized room. Room seemed clean. Nice hot tub. Exercise room was good. Liked the fresh lemon water. Only downside is thin walls-bunch of adults in camping chairs, in parking lot so loud until middle of night! Neighbor night before yelling and you could hear the people above us walking. So we turned on sleep sounds we could sleep. They have some minor repairs they need to work on-rusted light fixture in bathroom and lightbulb didn’t work, toilet paper holder needed a screwdriver. Bathroom had little ventilation so super steamy after one shower.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Location was good! Room was spacious and so comfortable. I was in town to see family as my mom passed away and had another space to accommodate people coming by and checking in. Super friendly staff! Delicious cookies! Nice small pool! Beautiful hot tub!

Room was comfortable. Front desk staff very kind and attentive. Room was mostly clean. Bathroom could have been cleaned better. Appreciate the large garbage cans. Workout room great! Sat in public area with some friends during evening. Had my yeti as I don’t like drinking from plastic/paper when drinking water. The bartender accused me of drinking alcohol and not purchasing from the bar. I don’t drink alcohol and haven’t for years. Her approach was not tactful. She threatened to get our game cancelled for not following the rules. I was offended. I understand there is a bar open, but I do not drink. However, I do enjoy sitting in the gathering area and visiting with the other people in our group. I’m not sure where else we would gather and visit except for there. It was super awkward. For the staff to threaten our game was not called for. Only a few families from the team were even staying there. Not the whole team. I offered for the bartender to look in my cup but she did not acknowledge it. Just to finish - not everyone drinks alcohol. Another sort of disappointment was on Saturday morning my son and I had breakfast there. I got in like to pay, but my the time I got through the line - there was hardly any food left. There was a large group of people eating and food was not being replaced. I think they maybe were expecting so many guests or something. No sure, but the staff were made aware, and I don’t think it eve got replaced.

Pool is currently in demo mode (June ‘25). So, had to go next door to swim. Breakfast is not free, but is available for prices comparable to fast food. Drinks in bar area were a little spendy $9 for a whisky. Room was CLEAN and comfy! Patio area looked great, but didn’t utilize. Probably would not stay here again. Would choose somewhere with free breakfast. However, is is perfect for the family who doesn’t mind spending more for the convenience and super clean hotel.

Pool was closed; took multiple times to get ahold of front desk to follow up since they didn’t mention when I checked in !! Having us go next door to the pool was the option but is not preferred by most guests to walk through the conference center in your swim gear. Room was clean, front desk staff was kind, pool was way smaller than expected and was very busy, pool towels weren’t available and when staff brought more they only brought a few so they were used up very quickly, lobby/dinning area and elevator stunk like booze. Overall for a overnight stay in was decent.

Nice hotel for sure. Our room was nice however drawers were broken and cheap. Caulk in the shower had mold all over and the couch was pretty nasty and worn out. The breakfast was good and taken care of the mornings we ate there. I did let the hotel know about the mold issue upon departure. This should never be overlooked.

I appreciated the help we received from the individual working the front desk. We were checking in late and she was the only staff member working the front desk and it was busy; she was doing her best to accommodate the many demands on her time. We were however very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of our room. The hide-a-bed was disgusting!!!! We used blankets in the room to make the best of it. It was late and with the demands on the front desk staff, we knew that requesting a different room or for staff to attend the situation was going to make our already long travel day even longer/harder. It was disappointing to pay so much for a room that was so dirty!

Awesome staff up front. When we first got to our room my wife went to use the toilet and there was crap in it I flushed and it would not flush. That tells me this room was not properly cleaned (disinfected) and that made us uneasy. The staff gracefully moved us to a new room and gave us drink tickets but we don’t drink. I paid a higher rate to stay here thinking I would eliminate these types of situations however that did not happen. I’m not looking for freebies I just like stuff done right and that’s why I paid the higher price as there were hotels available for half of what I paid here. In the future, anything over $100/night, I would not pay. This place is a $75-$100/night hotel.

It was very clean. Th room had a small separate area with a couch and a second TV so that I could watch comfortably without sitting on a bed or desk chair. I was surprised when Housekeeping reset the bathroom but did not remake the bed, but maybe that was by design. At any rate, I can highly recommend it and would be pleased to stay again.

Great hotel. Convenient location. Very comfortable beds. Our room, #221, was incredibly humid the entire time and there was no way to get rid of it. The wall paper was 3 off of the wall because of it.

It was a good hotel room. Beds were comfortable, pool was a bit on the small side, but the kids enjoyed it. The only problem we had was at 11 pm we switched on the a/c and it ran for a couple of minutes, then stopped. We decided just to go to bed and hope it didn't get too warm because if we called that late at night they may want us to switch rooms and we just didn't feel like it. We tried to figure it out, but no matter what we did with the controls, it only worked a couple of minutes. It was a bit stuffy during the night, but we slept for the most part.

The rooms were very spacious. We had room to set up a pack and play, a bassinet, amd had room for 2strollers without feeling cramped. I will absolutely be staying here again!

We loved location. We had room on end of building-good sized room. Room seemed clean. Nice hot tub. Exercise room was good. Liked the fresh lemon water. Only downside is thin walls-bunch of adults in camping chairs, in parking lot so loud until middle of night! Neighbor night before yelling and you could hear the people above us walking. So we turned on sleep sounds we could sleep. They have some minor repairs they need to work on-rusted light fixture in bathroom and lightbulb didn’t work, toilet paper holder needed a screwdriver. Bathroom had little ventilation so super steamy after one shower.

The room needed a few repairs (cracks on ceiling, shower floor/tile, rusted fixtures in bathroom). Bed was comfortable and the layout of the room was very nice. Staff were wonderful and the lobby was very nice. I stayed one night and even though the room had some things needing repair, it did not impact the overall stay.

I went to Fargo because i had to have surgery at 5 am the next morning. The staff was amazing. The hotel was nice and everything clean. My one complaint i do have....Im 5'1and partially paralyzed, the beds were way to high for me to get on. My husband helped me get up on the bed which was super comfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights and when we checked out, we realized it was the PEOPLE who work at this hotel that made it a great place to stay. Any hotel in any city can have pros and cons. But it's never the beds, nor the food, the price, nor the convenience to shopping that draws a person back. It's the AWESOME employees! And it includes cleaning staff, bar tenders, morning breakfast and coffee crew, and most especially the front desk personnel who really set the tone for making us feel welcomed. It was our first time here and we will stay again the next time we travel through Fargo / West Fargo. Thank you all for making us feel so special.

We reserved a room with a roll-in shower for my disabled father. When they got there they were put in a room with a tub, not a roll-in shower. When I asked the front desk, I was told “it wasn’t her problem.” I asked for a card, she claimed she didn’t have any. I asked for her supervisors card, she claimed he didn’t have any. She wrote down on a piece of paper that her name was Shakira, or something to that effect. She claimed she had no last name, not contact info. I travel almost every week for work and have had to deal with my fair share of front desk people but this human was by far the absolute worst. We will never stay at that hotel again because of her.

Staff was on their phones and unhelpful on a potentially dangerous situation. Reported a gentleman who was intoxicated in the hot tub while kids were swimming in the pool. Staff did not know how to handle the situation and did nothing to rectify the issue. The gentleman could barely get out of the hot tub without the assistance of his partner. When mentioned to the staff all they said was, “Oh ok” and did nothing. If it wasn’t for the location and cleanliness of the room, I would not stay here again.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Location was good! Room was spacious and so comfortable. I was in town to see family as my mom passed away and had another space to accommodate people coming by and checking in. Super friendly staff! Delicious cookies! Nice small pool! Beautiful hot tub!

Room was comfortable. Front desk staff very kind and attentive. Room was mostly clean. Bathroom could have been cleaned better. Appreciate the large garbage cans. Workout room great! Sat in public area with some friends during evening. Had my yeti as I don’t like drinking from plastic/paper when drinking water. The bartender accused me of drinking alcohol and not purchasing from the bar. I don’t drink alcohol and haven’t for years. Her approach was not tactful. She threatened to get our game cancelled for not following the rules. I was offended. I understand there is a bar open, but I do not drink. However, I do enjoy sitting in the gathering area and visiting with the other people in our group. I’m not sure where else we would gather and visit except for there. It was super awkward. For the staff to threaten our game was not called for. Only a few families from the team were even staying there. Not the whole team. The staff was very nice and helpful when I had questions about the area! The room was very spacious and comfortable! I didn’t eat at the hotel but had an excellent meal at the Blarney pub that was within walking distance! I have stayed at a few other hotels in the area and this was by far my best experience yet! I will definitely stay again when I’m in the area!

We have stayed here several times and it is always clean and the staff is nice. I’m not a big fan of the beds as I like them to be on the soft side but they are not terrible. The hot tub could have been hotter but overall a great place to stay. Location is very quiet!

You could put a $10 clock in the pool area and fitness center. No towels in the pool area at 10 am. That staff was great, but small thing such as those would make the experience better. Also you would have much more participation in breakfast if it was not 14$ dollars for the full and 7 for continental. Too many competitors in the area are free.

Pool is currently in demo mode (June ‘25). So, had to go next door to swim. Breakfast is not free, but is available for prices comparable to fast food. Drinks in bar area were a little spendy $9 for a whisky. Room was CLEAN and comfy! Patio area looked great, but didn’t utilize. Probably would not stay here again. Would choose somewhere with free breakfast. However, is is perfect for the family who doesn’t mind spending more for the convenience and super clean hotel.

Having us go next door to the pool was the option but is not preferred by most guests to walk through the conference center in your swim gear. Also why book here when the pool is closed and you have to pay for breakfast when next door rooms are comparable and you get free breakfast and a working pool? Disappointed in this visit
