Villa Montagne & Lago is located on the hills in Villanuova sul clisi, just 15 minutes drive from the well-known town of Salò and Garda lake. Villa Lamadè is characterized by the breathtaking view over Lake Garda. The villa is divided into 2 levels. On the ground floor you will find the dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. From here you access the living area with a panoramic view of the lake and the spacious furnished terrace where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. On the upper floor you will find a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The villa does not have air conditioning, but this is not necessary thanks to the elevated position, as there is always a refreshing breeze. The swimming pool is slightly lower than the villa and has a very large solarium area with sun loungers, relaxation area entirely at your disposal. Private pool is at your exclusive disposal. The villa has a private parking space on the property and a second car can be parked in the cul-de-sac opposite the villa. Villa Montagne & Lago is perfect for those looking for a pure relaxation break. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity. Also an ideal starting point to explore the Monte Baldo massif, to visit the Isola del Garda, or to get to know cities such as Verona, Venice, Milan, Brescia and Bergamo.
