This place has an old school Florida motel vibe, and they really lean into it. It is so cute and the staff is amazing! If you're looking for gyms and spas and a lot of amenities, this is not the place for you. There is a pool, a tiki bar and grill area (BYOB and food), there are bikes and kayaks to sign out, it's right on a canal, and there is a bar and grill on the other side of the parking lot. There are other restaurants and shopping in walking distance and it's a short 5 minute Uber ride to the fisherman's warf area with several other restaurants and the ferry to Key West. It's the perfect laid back, relaxing, retro vibe vacation and it's extremely affordable!

This place has impeccably kept grounds and clean comfortable rooms. Complimentary kayaks and fishing poles, crystal clean swilling pool and we literally watched dolphins play in the channel while we ate our breakfast. This cute resort offers extreme value. Note that it does sit on a pretty busy roadway but this is a small price to pay

Great place the property is older but well maintained. Pool was great free kayaks and bikes are neat! The breakfast was decent… Overall would recommend and will likely be back! The staff was also fantastic super laid back great little off fort Myers beach off season spot!

The amenities in this place are incredible, you have bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles, grills, fire pits, AND breakfast included… rooms are clean and tidy and staff is super attentive and nice. Will recommend and will be returning for sure.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable and they had a really nice outside area to sit and enjoy the water. They had bikes and kayaks for loan. A grill to use. It was a very pleasant stay! We will stay longer next time.

My room had an area of mold. I was told that it was normal as they had terrible flooding last year. That I understand, however, the room next to mine did not have any. I was also told that they lalearn these things from guests. It helps them out. Really? You're waiting for your guests to inspect your rooms for you. The only overhead light was not working. Maintenance removed it and told me the boss said it would be replaced the following day. This did not happen. I was told it was due the holiday. I have never stayed any place that did not have staff even during the holidays. I was literally in the dark in that area while I stayed my 2 nights. There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. My socks turned black after walking through the room. I could hear everything from the room above me including bathroom noises. Street noise is loud. I will say the mattress was new and comfortable. Would not recommend.

The property shown in pictures was not the same one I was sent too they have 3 properties. The room had tiny bugs that were in the bathroom and around the coffee pot area. Many things need to be replaced because they are old and worn out. The pool lounge chairs had mold growing on them. The bikes for patrons use were old and rusty. The convenient thing was it was close to the beach.

Shower would not get hot, so always a cool water. Bugs on floors and on beds. Online images were deceiving as is it said it sleeps 5. There was a double bed, a twin bed, and a couch/futon downstairs. no chance 2 people could sleep on that. So we had to get another hotel room several miles away. Hotels.com would not allow a refund or cancellation. Bad sulfur smell.

We got in late so it was good for the keyless entry. The shower ceiling Had mold . It was apparently visible to see a leak from the upstairs unit had occurred at some point. The room was otherwise clean and beautifully decorated with a beach theme. It was a good sleep over before my key west trip.

Super nice, beachy style motel. They have done an amazing job restoring it from hurricane Ian. The rooms were nice and updated, the beds are comfortable, great decor, and a nice pool area. Ft Myers was devastated by Ian and Latitude is way ahead of many other motels/hotels. I would recommend and would stay again. Beach is just a short drive away.

Old place but cozy. The air conditioner was moldy causing us major allergies. Only had 2 adult kayaks and one for a child. We would have to go the other location to use 3 adult kayaks. Breakfast is dry food and coffee and refrigerated drinks. Should be clear not a real breakfast. Love that there’s a portable stove too and full pots to cook and dining wear. Convenient location to get to the beach but not horribly expensive.

Clean and comfy. It’s right on the canal which is nice. The road is busy and you hear traffic 24/7 and maybe need some better curtains to block out the light. Overall nice and would stay again. Very close to Sanibel and Red Sox

This is a reasonable inexpensive hotel. The staff were very nice the following day, but there was no-one there to check us in, and we did not receive the instructions via text. We were able to get a hold of someone on the phone and eventually got into our room. The room was nice, but the bed was VERY soft, making for a rough night's sleep. The shower and sink water never really got hot. It's OK as a place to use as a base for Ft. Myers for vacation, but not a resort in itself.

Room 9 is where i stayed, nobody should stay in this room until you update it, broken tile and loose floor tile, outdoor table in chairs that where painted. Desk chair, rollers on it that dont roll, tv way to small for room. IF your going to charge that amount for this room, you need to upgrade. I wont be back!

Our room (#4) was next to the highway so the road noise was bad. It was a first floor uinit so every time the toilet flushed you'd hear it plus the dripping for 5 minutes afterward. It was supposed to have a kitchen but what it consisted of was a double hot plate, microwave and a fridge that did not work. Breakfast was adequate but didn’t open until 830. The staff was accommodating and polite but didn’t address problems. Other hotels would have given another room. They offered the office fridge to keep our perishables cold until 6 PM.

Great place for a staycation everything updated however when you receive a text to extend your stay, confirm with the guest representative at the desk and make sure they know you are a late check out … 4 different times a knock on the door disturbing my time resting after a great night in the area Was a total turn off. I reserved 2 rooms and when I arrived at 9:00 pm only 1 room would open. No one was on the premises and it took a half hour on the phone to get the second room sorted out.

Horrible stay, I couldn’t rest the hole night afraid someone will coming to our room. We arrive to the resort around 9pm, we did a virtual check-in, I was given room , when we arrive to the room the room was already occupied, immediately we contact the front desk virtually because there was no one on property to assist and we then were given room which was also occupied. Once again I contact them and they send me to another room which thankfully was unoccupied. I couldn’t sleep thinking some might run to the same issue and open our door. This is a serious matter, I can understand mistakes happen, but twice is unacceptable. I have notify the staff about the situation twice and no manager has contact us not been to apologize. The two time we spoke with a staff member they said a manager will follow up. This happened on Saturday night and I’m still waiting for the follow up.

This is a reasonable inexpensive hotel. The staff were very nice the following day, but there was no-one there to check us in, and we did not receive the instructions via text. We were able to get a hold of someone on the phone and eventually got into our room. The room was nice, but the bed was VERY soft, making for a rough night's sleep. The shower and sink water never really got hot. It's OK as a place to use as a base for Ft. Myers for vacation, but not a resort in itself.

Two different times I stayed here and they never sent link for room number and door code first time took an hour for anyone to call while I sat outside hotel second time was on phone for more then 20 minutes waiting to be helped!!!

You check-in and out by yourself which is great if it works. But we hadn’t received a code when we got there. They answered quickly on the phone, but the code we got, didn’t work. After about 5 phone calls and 45 min later, we finally could get into the unit. Otherwise the stay was good value for the money.

Multiple properties made it confusing - started at the wrong location. Perhaps different names for each property would help. Need "Do Not Disturb" signs. Was bothered 4 times before our check out time and twice knocking and immediately opening the door without allowing for time to respond! This (and the location confusion) is why only 4 stars, instead of 5.

Clean and comfy. It’s right on the canal which is nice. The road is busy and you hear traffic 24/7 and maybe need some better curtains to block out the light. Overall nice and would stay again. Very close to Sanibel and Red Sox

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Good hot water pressure in the shower. Kayaks and bicycles available for use. Very close to Fort Myers Beach. Free breakfast was just ok. Only real negative is the road noise, as it is on a busy stretch of San Carlos Blvd. We would stay here again.

Loved this place! Thrblocation is next to a rewlly delicious bar and then within walking distance, you can hop on the bus for dirt cheap and go down to fort myers beach!

This place has an old school Florida motel vibe, and they really lean into it. It is so cute and the staff is amazing! If you're looking for gyms and spas and a lot of amenities, this is not the place for you. There is a pool, a tiki bar and grill area (BYOB and food), there are bikes and kayaks to sign out, it's right on a canal, and there is a bar and grill on the other side of the parking lot. There are other restaurants and shopping in walking distance and it's a short 5 minute Uber ride to the fisherman's warf area with several other restaurants and the ferry to Key West. It's the perfect laid back, relaxing, retro vibe vacation and it's extremely affordable!

I was so impressed with the progress they made with rebuilding only one year after the devastation of Hurricane Ian. The room was pleasant and spacious. Best selection I’ve ever seen for a continental breakfast. Outside area was comfy with lots of seating. Free bikes, kayaks, and standup paddle boards were a plus as this is located right on a canal. Very convenient location. They have plans to continue to upgrade the property. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is very nice even being an older hotel. It’s kept up well. The restaurant bar next door was good and super convenient. Canal Views were nice. The beds have average comfort. But the cleanliness totally makes up for being average. The only complaint is we missed breakfast because it didn’t start until later morning. We needed to be up and going by 8am. Looked like a nice place to have eaten. Wish it would have been started earlier.

We very much enjoyed our one night stay. And would recommend it’s anyone passing through on a motorcycle.. the little continental breakfast was a nice bonus. If we were to stay here again, we would not spend more than $130 a night, For the 1 room 2 bed

We were only there for a night but the room was very clean and had everything we needed! It was beyond my expectations. The outside doesn’t look like much but don’t let that fool you! We never needed any help from staff so didn’t have interaction with them but they seemed on top of everything while they served breakfast. The hotel is also located in a nice area. Would definitely come back!
