SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western SeaTac Airport

The elevator was broken. Although did over us a cancellation at no penalty finding another hotel would have been difficult. The had horrible parking.

Front desk staff was very nice. Lady in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days or when requested, we requested service and it was not cleaned on 3rd either. Front desk gave us new towels. Carpet in rooms are gross, and there were stains all over the curtains. Car was broken into in the parking lot, glass all on the floor

My wife and I stayed at this property for one night. Our car was broken into and two of our bags stolen. Thousands of dollars worth of our items gone. Staff has advised they have nothing to do with break-ins, however I disagree. Law enforcement officers told us there have been similar break-ins on the same day of the week for the last three weeks in a row. Staff did nothing to warn us about such activities, despite being very aware of a pattern of thefts. They have not done anything to improve security, and have not even provided the video footage to law enforcement. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT STAYING HERE. IT IS NOT SAFE.

My vehicle was broken into and my suitcase was stolen

Room was large and spacious, with separate living room. Breakfast was okay. Parking in the front garage gets full early. If you are late, they have another garage at the back, which is 2 min walk by the road. You also might have to wait for your turn, to get the garage remote key.

This was a nice place that is a little challenged by the density of the area it is in. The long term parking option was… creative. My only complaint was a long wait (45 minutes) for the shuttle from the airport on our return.

Amazing staff and cleanliness. The elevator/lift did not work during our stay and an elderly couple had to go up 2 floors with their luggage but counter staff a reception gentleman form Sierra Leone was fantastic and carrie dour luggage up. He was outstanding. Laundry facility was great and much cheaper than laundromats. Bathroom door was very light and 'flaking' off a bit but otherwise the room execeeded our expectations..Limited parking spaces was a pain as half the parking was restricted for the nextdoor Comfort Inn

There was not enough parking space. I had to park at a paid parking lot even though the property advertised free parking.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. However, there is very limited parking and the parking spaces are small and tight. It is challenging if you have a large car like the one we were driving (Ford Expedition).

This property was close to the airport. The staff were nice. The only thing I dislike about staying here was the transportation from the airport to the hotel. If you don’t want to wait for 45min to an hour you’re better off getting an Uber or a LYFT.

The toilet and surrounding area had loose hair everywhere as if it had not even been swept or wiped down. When we opened the couch Hide a bed it had old used sheets on it with someone else’s dirty Kleenex. We had to strip the bed and change the sheets ourself because there was no housekeeping staff on site. The front desk lady was so nice and sweet and that made up for a lot but I would not stay here again.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, except for the bathroom floor. Between the tiles there was visible mold. However, upon checkout the next day, I let the staff know so that it could be taken care of. The staff was absolutely wonderful, very kind and helpful, and my mind was at ease regarding my car while I went to a professional training in downtown Seattle, because I was able to park at the hotel's gated lot.

I didnt like that my door was unlocked unless I locked it from the inside. I had a red light not green but didnt know that meant it was unlocked figured my key wouldnt work if I had a red light . I thought it was still unlocking . Do they moved me to another room and didnt discover untill I was taking somthing out of the fridge that their was cockroaches . I was going to stay a few more days but not after that . I was bumbed cause I really liked the property . My first room was great the staff was so friendly . I didnt get but a oh Im so sorry about that hope you enjoyed youre stay .

This room was unacceptable to be rented. I reserved the room for emu mother. Sister and me. LOL The sofa bed was jammed and could not be used, the hotel was at full capacity and had no rollaways. The rooms were so dimly lit my mother need a flashlight to see the Hvac settings. The room smelled dirty there were large stains on the carpet

Had bed bugs

As others have mentioned, elevator still not working. Our room was not properly cleaned, there were used washcloths in the bathroom. My daughter found a moldy orange under the bed. The pros- it was quiet, felt safe, and was close to the airport.

Very noisy. Was not cleaned very well, hair left in bathroom. Small parking lot. Staff were polite but not very personable. Beds/couch were uncomfortable. Walls/floors are very thin and could hear water running, toilets flushing, talking and footsteps all throughout the night.

Check-in was a hassle because the clerk didn’t know what she was doing. We arrived at 2 am and it took 30 minutes to check-in. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, and it was insanely noisy. There were no sound barriers in place at all.

Great place to stay. Decent breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff and helpful to boot. Clean rooms. Great shuttle from airport to hotel.

Internet not working. The front desk was informed and they were working on it. It was working the next morning but I had a flight at 6am and no time to use it. Very frustrating

Clean but old, tiny check in desk, old building and old rooms. I needed a place close to airport for the night and this was a less expensive one. 258.00 a night! Wouldn’t stay again if I had a choice.

Paid for a suite, so that we could use the pull out couch. The mattress was so thin and worn out that u could feel every spring

Older hotel. Beds a bed springy; TV excellent. Breakfast fine; Standard.

The room was clean and spacious. It was a quick overnight so not much to add.

Bed is not comfortable. You hear the spring in the mattress. Very noisy as you can hear people walking and the sound of their bed.

First, the hotel staff were great, helpful, accommodating and friendly. Nothing negative there. The washoom and bed was clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. This hotel is very old, may have been apartments before and converted to a hotel. The carpets and walls were not the best. I didn't feel the safest here. I believe there are also people living in the hotel, which is fine but they're so comfortable that they just hang out around the common areas and use them like it's their own living room. We found that very odd.

Went to check in after leaving my cruise and they were so rude. We came early as check out for the cruise is pretty early. We went into the lobby and the lady at the front desk was immediately rude. She said we cannot be here yet, when we asked if we can just sit in the lobby she said it’s not allowed. The most unwelcoming approach to customer service I’ve ever experienced. She never even asked for our names or reservation information. After explaining our situation she offered us an early check in at $45 more than what we already paid (we accepted but she was just so rude!). The free breakfast is also just a small selection in their conference room though their website states it is a buffet breakfast.

There were not enough waffle makers for the crowd. There was a lack of variety and only one fruit option. For the amount of people wanting breakfast there was not adequate options and space.

The front desk assistant that checked us in was very nice but beyond that the stay went downhill. The other guest at the hotel were very noisy late into the night and early morning until 2:00 AM. We had to get up at 3:00 AM for an early flight and got very little sleep. The shower curtain has been repaired incorrectly and would not stay closed well after it had been ripped out of the wall previously but really that was a minor concern along with the overall odor/smell of “cover up fragrance”. Most concerning was they upon our arrival, we let the front desk know that the we needed a shuttle to the airport at 4:00 AM the next morning. He took note and said all was set, no worries, however when the shuttle arrived the next morning the driver quickly said he could not take us because the van was full and said he didn’t care whether we missed our flight or not. It was not his fault, poor transportation management, but he certainly showed little concern nor was there anyone at the front desk to arrange an alternative complimentary ride. We had to get an Uber that cost us $ 20.00 to go just about 2 miles. That was a very disappointing way to end a two week vacation and one that will not be soon forgotten. I hope that the corporate management of Best Western find this experience concerning as well. I usually stay at Marriott properties and this only reinforces that more in the future.

The hotel staff at this hotel was amazing and super accommodating. I'd stay again just because of the staff. The host at the desk was super friendly and helped me solve a door dash issue. The shuttle driver was fast and courteous and helped with our baggage and drove us to another hotel to pick up our food, when door dash dropped it at the wrong hotel. They went above and beyond and Im not sure if I would have found the same service elsewhere. The room was very clean and very quiet. I'd absolutely stay there again the next time I'm in the area, and will recommend it to my friends. 20/10

Great staff at check-in! Kind, helpful, and patient.

We were between hotels and my husband has cancer and was weak and tired. We tried to check in early (1:45). He said there weren’t any rooms. I asked when we should return. He said one hour. We returned at 2:45 and he said he still didn’t have any rooms. I told him that the website said check in was at 3:00. He said ,”3 to 4”. Miraculously, another person walked up and checked us in! This first man told us they had an inspection and that was why they didn’t have any rooms. He was rude and unprofessional!

Property was a short walk from the rail system that made it an easy way to get downtown without the worry of driving and parking. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to the airport and a free shuttle is provided.

Do not stay here. Sub par rooms and unsafe neighborhood with car break ins

This was a very clean, convenient location. A great price and a pleasantly nice interior for what I paid. It’s weird to get to, but other than that, I would stay here again. It saved me $50 for parking too.

When we first arrived we found that it was tucked behind another hotel making it hard to find. The entrance had automatic glass doors, one of which was shattered and held together with tape. The lobby smelled like the kind of deodorant that's used in gas station bathrooms, the room smelled the same. We were able to air out the room a bit by opening the window. Won't stay in an already paid hotel with no recourse for leaving again.

Very near to airport, quiet, friendly staff. Parking is very limited. Perfectly fit my need for a comfortable place to sleep before an early-morning flight.

Our driver from the Seattle ferry had a really hard time finding this hotel. It was hidden and it took several times driving in circles to find it.

Originally booked as would be staying with my fam but their flight was delayed so stayed there alone. Didn’t love area, parking lot, or reception.

Close to airport and train

Most unassuming, humble hotel enterance EVER. Maybe used to be the basement? Staff was professional. Breakfast was good. Next to Light Rail, was not any noisier than average room AC unit. Place to stay for morning airport flight.

Only spent one night, the room was great. But both times I ordered the airport shuttle, it was over 20 minutes late. They said there was construction at the airport so this problem may be temporary. Breakfast was also just ok. Lots of options including cereal, bread, muffins, eggs, sausage and diy waffles. None of the options I had were that tasty (the waffles were especially blah, neither of us finished ours.)

Excellent choices for breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, bagels, cereal, juices, milk.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was substantial (waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, etc.) The area is okay and Angle Lake across the street is pretty.
