I glad i choice this hotel. Facilities and pool area very nice. Restaurant got so big selection of food, every day different and tasty. Always lots of fresh fruits and juices, also many options for kids. By pool area we had nice music and lots of activities for kids and adults. We booked pool view room and got amazing sea and pool view . Thank you all staff , everyone very friendly. There is in restaurant area lady who clean a table , she is amazing. And when you see her in the morning she cleaning table , smile and singing , your day definitely start with good mood . Unfortunately i not get her name. But wanna say to her Thank you very much .

Stayed here with my best friend as part of a grad celebration trip and loved it. The food is absolutely incredible-- so many options, all of great quality! Was concerned when I found out even the "restaurants" that you need to reserve at are buffet style, but these are truly the best buffets I've ever seen. There are taps of beer, wine, sometimes sangria, water, and soft drinks you can almost always access, and we loved the reusable water bottles they gave us at the start. The bars were great, too. I thought that it would have direct access to a boardwalk to the beach, but you need to walk around the building to reach a small beach and a few blocks to the nearest large one. There's a lot of loud kid-oriented programming from 3:30ish-5, and in the evenings there are often concerts or karaoke (which is a fun time!) until around 10. Couldn't hear the kids stuff from our first floor room but the evening music was definitely loud. Never a huge problem, though. Overall, such a great place to relax and make the most of all-inclusive amenities!!!

Positives - very clean rooms, oriental and Mediterranean restaurants make a change from the main dining area and not limited to how many times you can use them. Safe in the room is great. Negatives - loungers could be cleaned. The oriental restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The pools are freezing cold. The lower ground spa pool and jacuzzi are also very cold. In my opinion for what we pay we should get heated pools. Entertainment in the M bar is good but repeated so much that it’s too much. I would expect the same stuff for each week but in two weeks I heard all of the same stuff at least 6 times, likely more. At every meal they take your room number and how many are dining and I can’t think of why. It’s all inclusive so this makes no sense to me, but maybe they have their own reasons. Overall a nice place but wouldn’t go again. I’ve had much better experiences at other all inclusives. There are two beaches, the smaller one about 5-8mins walk and 126 steps to the large one which is beautiful. Vilamora Marina is lovely and a 10-15min walk to the beautiful beach which is stunning with bars and places to eat, amazing actually.

Even stranger, the jacuzzi was cold, which obviously surprised not only ourselves but other guests we watched trying to use it. We tried to see the evening entertainment and it was ok for a short time but it was very distracting and annoying to have all of the little kids dancing and running around in front of the stage, even thought it was later in the evening. The kids were fine being in attendance, even though they would not have enjoyed the music, but it would be helpful if, at the beginning of the entertainment , someone asked that everyone (including children) stay away from the space in front of the stage. While we watched it was a total day care/playground in front of the stage with kids racing each other around the area and back and forth continually. Just a suggestion. I noticed several other people, especially older people, leave early because of this.

Hotel is nice for families, quite crowded when busy. We travelled in early October and the pool bar was closed, even though it seemed like high season still. Although the hotel is kept clean it has a weird "toilet small", specially in our room and on level -1. Also, we asked for late check-out since our flight was at 8pm and traveling with a baby, they said they were fully booked, which was not the case since you could book rooms online. I then asked again and said I would pay extra if needed and they suddenly weren't fully booked!

Une excellente surprise pour cet hôtel qui a été racheté et rénové par 3HB depuis cette saison 2023.( Ne tenez pas compte des anciens commentaires avec l'ancienne agence RIU). Une propreté exceptionnelle. La restauration est excellente avec de vrais produits frais ! Du fait maison. Le personnage est adorable (de la femme de ménage à l'accueil et au bar...) Les piscines très propres et belles. Proche de la plage. Petit bémol, pour les animations aucune en français, mais on sait se faire comprendre, par contre difficile. Merci à l'hôtel pour notre merveilleux séjour et certain nous y retournerons 👍😍.

A bit overcrowd, some restaurants are not always available without an early reservation. Cleaning is excellent but more than once the staff forgot to replace all the towels. Surroundings are safe and walkable but in a day or two you can easily visit everything there. Apart from that, we really loved everything else, especially the warm staff. We would like to come back one day.

A estadia foi muito at agradavel, excellent service e simpatia do pessoal em geral. Excellent salad bar, os pratos quentes podia ter melhor escolha. Limpeza em geral muito boa, excepto a area das picinas.

Food: good for be an all inclusive hotel. - ( Minus) The where extremely loud music in the pool area, and all the sun beads were taken early. It felt more like a party than a family trip. We ended up at the beach just because we couldn’t stand the all the drunk people and party music. I don’t recommend this hotel, it’s not worth the money.

The room was ideal, however a walk in shower would have been better. The bar were fine and the bar staff work very hard. One observation is when your sitting in the reception area you have to go down stairs to get a drink.

Check in and check out was very smooth. All staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay. Rooms and facilities were very clean. The beach was walkable down the cliff and that provide =d much needed exercise especially after the irresistible food which we was provided in all restaurants within the hotel. Wonderful stay and will definitely go back!

The food was excellent and we loved our room. Our only objections were that the indoor pool was a little cold. Even stranger, the jacuzzi was cold, which obviously surprised not only ourselves but other guests we watched trying to use it. We tried to see the evening entertainment and it was ok for a short time but it was very distracting and annoying to have all of the little kids dancing and running around in front of the stage, even thought it was later in the evening. The kids were fine being in attendance, even though they would not have enjoyed the music, but it would be helpful if, at the beginning of the entertainment , someone asked that everyone (including children) stay away from the space in front of the stage. While we watched it was a total day care/playground in front of the stage with kids racing each other around the area and back and forth continually. Just a suggestion. I noticed several other people, especially older people, leave early because of this.

Generally a nice resort for families, would have preferred an adult only section and pool. Coffee and tea were from a machine vs fresh and were only available at breakfast unless you went to bar to obtain. No coffee maker in room. Drinks were self serve, would have been nice to have it served.

Amazing stay very clean very friendly, helpful, let us keep out luggage after check out, and ate still until we left. The only dis appointing thing was my hotel massage 75 euro awful massage just felt like somebody rubbing the ha da o er and no water offered afterwards and miserablw face just wanted to go home as i was the last client. Hotel was impeccably. We would stay agsin.

A bit overcrowd, some restaurants are not always available without an early reservation. Cleaning is excellent but more than once the staff forgot to replace all the towels. Surroundings are safe and walkable but in a day or two you can easily visit everything there. Apart from that, we really loved everything else, especially the warm staff. We would like to come back one day.

Found this hotel to be exceptionally well run. Although very busy, there was never a problem in finding a table for our group of 8 for meals. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the level of cleanliness was excellent. The choice of food for every meal was really extensive and the quality very good. Would definitely recommend for families.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their way to accommodate any of our requests. The food in the buffet was very good and had a lot of options. The Japanese restaurant was excellent. The entertainment staff were very approachable and humurous. We really had a wonderful stay! The only thing that you should know is that this is really a family oriented resort with many young children. As two adults, that part wasn't favourable, but for a family with small children, this is the place to go!

Une excellente surprise pour cet hôtel qui a été racheté et rénové par 3HB depuis cette saison 2023.( Ne tenez pas compte des anciens commentaires avec l'ancienne agence RIU). Une propreté exceptionnelle. La restauration est excellente avec de vrais produits frais ! Du fait maison. Le personnage est adorable (de la femme de ménage à l'accueil et au bar...) Les piscines très propres et belles. Proche de la plage. Petit bémol, pour les animations aucune en français, mais on sait se faire comprendre, par contre difficile. Merci à l'hôtel pour notre merveilleux séjour et certain nous y retournerons 👍😍.

Stayed here with my best friend as part of a grad celebration trip and loved it. The food is absolutely incredible-- so many options, all of great quality! Was concerned when I found out even the "restaurants" that you need to reserve at are buffet style, but these are truly the best buffets I've ever seen. There are taps of beer, wine, sometimes sangria, water, and soft drinks you can almost always access, and we loved the reusable water bottles they gave us at the start. The bars were great, too. Positives - very clean rooms, oriental and Mediterranean restaurants make a change from the main dining area and not limited to how many times you can use them. Safe in the room is great. Negatives - loungers could be cleaned. The oriental restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The pools are freezing cold. The lower ground spa pool and jacuzzi are also very cold. In my opinion for what we pay we should get heated pools. Entertainment in the M bar is good but repeated so much that it’s too much. I would expect the same stuff for each week but in two weeks I heard all of the same stuff at least 6 times, likely more. At every meal they take your room number and how many are dining and I can’t think of why. It’s all inclusive so this makes no sense to me, but maybe they have their own reasons. Overall a nice place but wouldn’t go again. I’ve had much better experiences at other all inclusives. There are two beaches, the smaller one about 5-8mins walk and 126 steps to the large one which is beautiful. Vilamora Marina is lovely and a 10-15min walk to the beautiful beach which is stunning with bars and places to eat, amazing actually.

The room was ideal, however a walk in shower would have been better. The bar were fine and the bar staff work very hard. One observation is when your sitting in the reception area you have to go down stairs to get a drink.
