We didn’t read thoroughly enough in your details (it’s there I now know) that there wasn’t a public elevator for us to or our suitcases. When we arrived, they put it in a private elevator and went up and we walked up the steps now. (thank goodness we could walk up steps) We explained when we needed to get on the ferry the next morning, stupid early. They apologized. It’s all cool. Just know there is no elevator. It’s a lovely hotel and it’s the vibe is amazing but the one caveat - no elevator. Cheers!

This is an introvert's dream because you never have to interact with anyone, they give you a code to get in the building and a code for your room door ahead of time, they have a little room in the hallway with extra towels, water, ice, toiletries and such that you can help yourself to anytime day or night, the room was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms have heated floors, which rules! We could hear the music from downstairs, and I'm sure the noise level varies from room to room, but we were in room 7 and honestly it wasn't disruptive at all, the noise of the a/c running completely covered the distant thudding. I'd stay here again for sure!
