The hotel is in a great location. However, the reception team were less than helpful - issuing us the wrong room initially and then, after swapping the room couldn't have been less interested in helping us move, or find the new room or any kind of explanation as to the mistake. Breakfast was very sub-par (and expensive) - promising the usual (eggs benedict, pancakes, etc.) but then we were told that they weren't available. Throughout our stay no one was friendly or helpful (apart from the room servicing team who were lovely). Such a shame - as the hotel had real potential to be amazing - but seriously failed our expectations.
