Great sized apartment easy to get to and easy parking

Bed is good quality, area is quiet and shower is good. That’s my top 3. Yes, it’s a long way from anywhere but it’s as good as the photos look! Parking underground or on street.

We were pleasantly upgraded to stay in a two bed, two bath apartment. The property was clean and well maintained and the kitchen appliances helped us eat breakfast and dinner easily. Shopping stores were located near the address and we made frequent trips to the store to buy the bare necessities. We were very happy with our stay. The only downside is that the communication of the access codes for the parking and the building were provided only a few hours before check-in and that made us nervous.

The bath leaked onto the bathroom floor whenever someone took a shower but apart from that it was a great place to stay and the communication from the staff was fantastic . Nice and comfortable

Great rooms, easy check in and out with codes so no needing keys. Secured parking. Will stay again

The guest had a terrible experience with the lift being broken, what caused the guest being locked in the garage and couldn't go upstairs while her daughter and her service dog where in the apartment without information of mum. The phones where out of service and out of service hours, no after hours support. The accommodation wasn't flexible with the change needed to be done in the booking and charged the whole amount.

Great value for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fuĺl kitchen, washer and dryer. Generally clean, however, mould on some blinds and dust build up on window sills. Best to have your own transport for this location. Only significant issue was attempting to enter the secure parking on arrival (after an day long drive), the pin provided didn't work. Attempted multiple times before calling the advertised 24hr Kula contact number which went to an automated message advising the call could not be connected. Very stressful!

Apartment was clean, everything we needed was in there. Couple of minor issues, Aircon filters were clogged, they have a BBQ area but no BBQ there. Would stay again

In a good quiet street. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Has parking and local grocery stores nearby.

Great location. Easy walk to public transport and shopping center. Excellent communication. Unfortunately, cleanliness was not up to standard and maintenance in the apartment was lacking. General rubbish issues throughout the apartment building and especially the garage/basement areas were not pleasant. When contacted the customer service was quick to apologise and make amends in writing - will see if this comes to fruition and changes are made....

Modern and clean, easy from parking to access. Self contained and roomy, I would ignore the other reviews, this is a great place to stay.

Good , but need bit more cleaning and change the washroom , wasbasin which is out of design and not able to use because of mirror draw on top

The apartment was great, spacious and in an excellent condition. The location is great, and although parking was tight, there was a secure overnight parking. The only problem I found was that the carpet and tiles were dirty, they need a deep clean as they were extremely dirty and vacuuming alone is not enough.

The comforter needs a good washing Lot of yellow stain Room carpets are terrible

We stayed here back in Jan 2023 and had a great experience. We just recently booked and stayed again in June 2024 and what a shame to see how much the rooms have worn since. There was mould all over the blinds. The upkeep is not good. Bathrooms need a serious deep clean as well as the carpets. It was so noisy, 2 of the 3 nights we heard drunken chatter throughout the corridors at around 2am onwards. Lastly, we left a couple of our items in the apartment but when contacting customer service, they said the cleaner reported no items found in the room. Very disappointed in both the service and experience and we won't be back again.

Cons: - Apartment wasn’t very clean, floors, doors and walls had marks, dusty bathroom vents, grout on bathroom tiles was yellowing, there were several fruit flies buzzing around when we entered - Insufficient seating (only 2 seats on balcony and 2 seater couch for a 2 bedroom/4 person apartment) - Only 1 hairdryer in apartment and it didn’t work - Only 2 cups for hot drinks provided so we had to take turns having our morning coffee - AC unit in main living area only. No AC or fans in bedrooms - Master bedroom only had a queen bed (usually master bedroom would have a king sized bed) - No provisions for our dog when notified of pet coming along. In other apartment stays we have been provided with food and water bowls and an artificial grass pad on the balcony for the dog to use the bathroom Pros: - Clearly labelled kitchen cabinets and closets so you know where to find everything - Decent supply of laundry pods - Easy self parking - Easy self access - Our apartment digital keypad for entry was low battery and problematic when we checked in, without calling anyone someone showed up almost immediately to change the battery

It wasn’t dirty as such however the carpets, couch & walls were all badly stained which made it feel dirty.

Clean and tidy, extremely comfortable

This Apartment was well above what i thought it was, fantastic, would highly recommend to anyone, centrally located to Parramatta shops and ferry to the city, in fact all public transport. you will not be disappointed staying here.

Nice stay over all. We were on ground level and the noise from people running / walking above our bedroom was so loud we couldn’t sleep at night. My 2 year old was scared and wouldn’t sleep. A nice apartment, quiet street, close to everything. Though very very noisy. We had someone ring our doorbell / intercom at 3am one morning & 11pm another night. Was quite annoyed. Overall lovely little stay.

It’s an ok apartment. We were not impressed with how noisy it was. There was water in the garage and the dirt made it into the apartment. There was no hangers in the closet, very limited cookware and half an hour before checkout the code to open the door no longer worked. Unimpressed.

The apartment itself was great, there was a couple of things that brought it down like bathroom fittings not attached properly, noise travelled through the front door easily and only having 1 main aircon in the loungeroom meant that the loungeroom would have to be super cold to feel cool air around in the bedroom. The kitchen however was great and beds were comfy too which was nice.

Wonderful place to stay. It has all the basic amenities of a small apartment. Not sure if we came at a bad time but the building had a lot of guests that would make noise in the hallway, especially at night. Would be nice if something could be done to prevent that. But still enjoyed our stay and will definitely look into this apartment next time we visit Sydney.

KULA Apartments was a great location. We were comfortable and had plenty of space.

There is no heater in the bedrooms only one heater is in the hall split type. Except that everything went good. Loved

The units are large enough to fill at home.

Great communication and were able to help with the small stuff even without a front desk :) Amazing Patisserie around the corner! Will stay again.

Was a great property with easy and efficient check in and access, especially when arriving late with four children. We look forward to returning. Thanks so much

The apartments had a bit to be desired. The coffee machine was leaking water all over the bench. The apartment was missing the basics, no chopping board, no spatula, no salad tongs which made it a bit of a challenge even to cook eggs. We were in Sydney for a wedding and the iron supplied, was not in great condition, didn’t iron properly and actually stained our shirt because there was something stuck to the bottom. Communication via email was not great either. So all in all, it was disappointing.

Might have just been our luck, but multiple tradies entering during our stay to fix things making it less relaxing. We needed late check out with a really sick kid and difficult to contact a human to work out.

Very pleasant and quiet place. Spacious room, nice living areas, clean kitchen. Convenient and easy to get transport. Moreover is safe.

It is the perfect family unit and since only a 15 minute walk from Westfield mall in Paramatta made it all the more better. Also, close to train station, service station. Check in was no hassle especially when traveling with kids where flights delay, etc so we didn’t keep anyone waiting. Apartment was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities required to live in comfort. Very highly recommended.
