Das Hotel ist sehr groß und ich würde es als modern bezeichnen. Das Personal ist nicht gerade das freundlichste, aber es ist okay. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und auch sauber. Das Badezimmer und die Badewanne sind leider sehr eng. Begeistert waren wir vom Frühstücksbuffet. Es gab eine große Auswahl und es war sehr lecker. Die Parkgarage fand ich nicht so toll und für 3 Tage etwas teuer. Im Grunde und Ganzen würde ich das Hotel empfehlen und selbst wieder kommen!

Room and bathroom was clean. Bed was good. Bar and restaurant personnel was very nice and friendly. Some less things were: 1.You could hear the noise in the hallway. 2. My airconditioning was not working. Somebody came and after that was fixed for few hours and still not working days after. So I had a hot warm with 35 degrees outside. 3. Also bar closed already at 11pm, they send you away and and can't have drink from outside there after closing time. 4. No ice cubes for drinks after closing time bar 5. Front desk not so friendly. Especially night shift young guys lazy Good thing is 200 meters from the hotel is a 24/7 gasoline station where you can buy cold drinks and beers and even booze and food

Really nice hotel with clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Nice cafe near lobby. The immediate surrounding area is rather quiet and a bit empty with few shops or restaurants. There are some nice cafes, but most of the city life is about a 15 minute walk away. Not too far. Botanical Garden and King Tomislav Square are a 15 - 20 minute walk. Jelačić Square is about a 25-30 minute walk.

Schön renoviertes Stadt-/Business-Hotel mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV, TRAM-Haltestelle ca. 50 m entfernt und PKW-Parkmöglichkeit im angrenzenden Parkhaus. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet und neugestalteter Frühstücksraum. Zimmer hinreichend groß und sauber und (je nach Lage) sehr ruhig. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder.

It all started wrong as I have reserved the room with breakfast through the hotels.com app, but when I arrived at the hotel I was informed that breakfast was not included. After chatting with Kathrine from Hotels.com app it was just confirmed to me that this is the hotel policy. Strangely though when I asked whether I did choose breakfast option I did not get an answer. Just got that this is the hotel’s policy. Further to that my room had an issue in the bathroom where the ceiling was dripping water, after the technician came to see, he informed me that the next day we were going to change room. The hotel never informed us, we were in the room until 11am, no one called or visited. We went out in the city and when we came back our key was disabled because “you were changed room why did you not come to reception?” Overall it is unfortunate on how hotels.com handled my reservation.

Stayed only for one night on a much-too-short visit to Zagreb.I found the hotel to be excellent. Reception staff very helpful. Room was spacious and clean, and bed very comfortable. Bathroom was clean, modern and large. The location is good. Just a few minutes on the No.13 tram and you're right in the centre, or alternatively, an interesting 20 minute walk. All at a great price. Definitely recommended. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I had requested a high floor and a good view and I got it. The room was modern and comfortable with a great bathroom and bathtub. Breakfast and half board were both very good and included in the price. Good value for money.

The hotel is average. The frustrating part was being there for two nights - two rooms - one room was fine but the other one had a broken AC the whole time we were there. Tried calling to have it fixed - had someone come see it twice. The very last time it turned off completely and we slept in complete heat. Hotel just said sorry about it and nothing else. No option to switch rooms - nothing. Wouldn’t recommend coming back!

A beautiful room with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Breakfast excellent. Close to trams so being away from the city center was not a problem - also an easy walk to Center. We walked from the bus terminal with our bags no problem - nice foot paths all the way. No cooling on air conditioning at in October but a big window can open to let fresh air into the room. Fresh paint and decor. Perfect.

A little outside the main touristy area but still walkable - 15 to 20 minutes to main square - hotel is very clean and quiet. Stayed there twice within 2 weeks and were very pleased with both stays. They even provided a nice box lunch at no charge when we checked out at 4AM to catch our flight. If we are ever in Zagreb again we will be back

The nicest hotel property and best breakfast during our three-week trip to Eastern Europe. We were upgraded to a deluxe room (thanks to our hotels.com status). Large and lovely. Super nice! Breakfast was incredible! The largest and most extensive offering of breakfast food that we have ever seen at any hotel. WOW! The server, Ana, was attentive and charming. All the staff was polite and helpful. The location is a little bit of a hike to the city center and sites, but the bus and tram stops are close by.

L'hotel è pulito, bello , le camere ampie, la colazione abbondante ma poi una caduta di stile esagerata si riscontra se avete optato per la mezza pensione come noi...un unico menù per sei giorni e un self service che il secondo giorno presentava gli avanzi del nostro menù alla carta dei giorni prima!! Ci siamo lamentati chiedendo la restituzione dei soldi della mezza pensione e hanno variato un po' il self service ma comunque ritengo non all'altezza di un 4 stelle.
