Wir haben hier zwei Nächte übernachtet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war super. Die Lage hat uns gefallen, mit der Fähre kamen wir immer gut ins Zentrum (eine schöne Aktivität für sich!). Unser Zimmer war sauber, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Parken kostete uns 15€ pro Tag. Ich würde nochmal buchen, wenn ich mal wieder nach Amsterdam komme

Dejligt hotel i spændende område. Kort færgetur til Central Amsterdam. Boede som familie på tre på 7. sal med fin udsigt. Vinduer hele vejen fra gulv til loft også på badeværelset, hvilket gjorde at gardinerne var trukket for det meste af tiden (sol/varme/indblik). Fin morgenmad, ok fitnessrum (løbebånd, crosstrainer og cykel samt håndvægte og vægtbolde). Vi kommer gerne igen.

Un hôtel que je recommande vivement. Situé à 15 minutes en ferry (gratuit) de la gare, cet hôtel offre un confort que je n’ai jamais vu pour un prix aussi abordable. La chambre super spacieuse, le lit très confortable, la salle de bain et douche gigantesque, un Acceuil souriant avec un cookie dés la réception puis la boîte de galette offerte dans la chambre, un espace bar/restaurant cosy. Enfin cet hôtel mérite 5 étoiles !

Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Personal sehr freundlich. Konnten sogar früher einchecken. Parking auf dem Gelände verfügbar. Fähre zum Hauptbahnhof in 2 min. erreichbar und gratis. Wir werden dieses Hotel sicher wieder buchen.

Gebucht und nicht bereut. Hotelpreise im Norden der Stadt sind spürbar günstiger als in der Altstadt, und es gibt bezahlbare und verfügbare Parkmöglichkeiten. An diesem Hotel ist zusätzlich geniale, das der Anleger für die kostenlose Fähre zur Altstadt praktisch direkt vorm Hoteleingang ist. Die Überfahrt dauert etwas über 10min und geht bis spät in die Nacht. Ich würd hier jederzeit wieder buchen. Einzig das Frühstück fand ich verhältnismäßig teuer. Qualitativ war es aber gut.

The location was excellent beside the ferry from central station... The room was spotless and very close to lift... The staff were excellent and friendly and obliging... Food was excellent.. Room was a little bit dark but I know that was going to be the case.

Me and my partner were here for a weekend, and it was lovely. Quiet place, only few steps away from the free ferry that takes you to the city. The ferry goes often and fast. Hotel is cozy, the rooms are clean.

Stayed two nights before a cruise in the smallest hotel room I have ever been in,the area around the hotel looks like a homeless camp. The windows of the hotel have metal mesh covering them looks like a prison. The rooms have a queen bed with just enough room to get around it and a small bathroom. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room so after a long day of site seeing we came back to a dirty room and no clean towels. The restaurant is way over priced even for a hotel restaurant (32 euros for a cheese burger and fries) . Don’t waste your money on this place

The cleaning was just making our bed and folding towels. The staff was nice, but not very helpful, the area is poorly lit by night and looks like a construction site. None of this would be a real problem had it not been for the price. That was the most expensive average hotel I've ever stayed at.

Great Hotel with all the typical DoubleTree amenities you would expect incl. the Crabtree and Evelyn shampoo, body lotion, hand wash etc. very comfy beds as well!

The room was a good size and rhe bathroom was roomy with quality towels (& facecloths...not commonly found in european hotels). One downside..the lighting was not great. Location was within a few minute walk to the ferry to the Centraal Station so most of the city sites were easily reached. Overall, a good stay

We loved our stay, it was a great location, absolutely amazing spot. Great facilities & staff. The only minor issue we had was the limited air flow in the room. Being on the ground floor there was only 1 window with a very slim opening which didn’t allow much flow & air conditioning was far from the bed so it’s effectiveness was minimal in that area of the room. Other than that one issue, everything was fantastic, staff we very helpful, everything was clean & as expected of a Hilton standard.

A massive rock festival on a square nearby. Was in a room where the noise was unbearable (no chance watching TV). On the second night I paid to move to a room the furthest away from the festival. Much better. Feel the staff (very junior) should have taken care of matters to ensure a good stay regardless of cost. Will not stay again.

Upon checking in, we were told our room's air-conditioning was broken. We were traveling with 3 other couples, whose rooms were all unaffected. We were given to option of moving to another hotel 15 minutes away. This was not acceptable as we had reservations for the Ann Frank tour and would have missed it do to the time of arrival to the offered hotel, not to mention being separated from out group. After being told many times there was not room available, I was clearly very disappointed, it was then another employee gave us a room. I understand maintenance issues happen, but I believe a room was available, but was being reserved as it was an upgrade from the room I had booked. We were also told that rooms were overbooked.

I was quite upset because they charged me 20 Euros for late check out. This is the first time I got charged this. When I asked the counter in the morning, I was not told of this charge. I have stayed in many hotels in my life, when I request for late check out, none have charged me. This is the only one. Probably the last time I will stay with Hilton

Zimmer service kommt nachts nicht wenn man durst hat obwohl man an der Rezeption unten gesagt bekommt melden sich sich beim zimmer service. Fußboden im Bad ziemlich kalt und das Wasser der Dusche wechselt ständig die Temperatur. Für den Preis für eine Nacht kann ich dieses hotel auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

The restaurant had the best burger in Amsterdam and the service there was exceptional as well. We have stayed at 5 star hotels and they could not match the kindness and competence of this staff. The staff we absolutely amazing. Obi helped us at check in and he could see how tired we were after having cancelled flights. He was able to get our room open early for us and it meant the world. The restaurant staff were kind and accommodating. The room was beautiful. I will be coming back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. It is very convenient to the railway station just a short ferry ride, which we also enjoyed. It is located in an apartment residential area with a lot of commuters on the ferry every morning and evening. The facility has a nice breakfast buffet that we enjoyed several times. The staff in the Dining room were superb. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance along with some carry out places. There is a fantastic amount of street art around the area which we thoroughly enjoyed but some might feel concerned about it. We were also happy with the more reasonable price of this hotel, versus some of the others down by the rail station.

We enjoyed the free ferry ride to and from the hotel. The property is quite new and modern design although quite isolated. We had a room on the top floor, being summer it was very hot and the air con had to work very hard to cool our room down. The staff were reasonably helpful and breakfast was great. Overall it was a good stay.

I had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam NDSM. The breakfast and restaurant were excellent, and the overall service was outstanding. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with a free ferry connection from Amsterdam Centraal to NDSM, which makes access easy and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel’s biggest asset is its location. The hotel is right next to the free ferry that takes you directly into Central Station. Therefore, within 15 minutes you’re in the center of Amsterdam with access to metro, tram, buses, and the train! Around the hotel is an artsy community. There is Straat, the museum of street art and graffiti next door, but otherwise very little at this location…mostly workers live in this area and commute.

I ordered a Pizza Margherita to my room and it cost over 20€, which is way too expensive for a hotel like this. The room service only offered four different pizzas — no salad, no burgers, no pasta. There was also no option to get a drink other than water. Even at the reception, they only sold 0.2L bottles of cheap water in plastic for 2€ each. At least one bottle of water per day should be included.

I had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam NDSM. The breakfast and restaurant were excellent, and the overall service was outstanding. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with a free ferry connection from Amsterdam Centraal to NDSM, which makes access easy and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.
