Kokoa Hotel Cusco

O hotel fica bem localizado, próximo às principais atrações da cidade. Dá pra visitar tudo a pé; compras, passeios, refeições e bares. Fomos muito bem recebidos, a recepcionista é muito simpática e atenciosa, as acomodações são muito boas, o restante da equipe é bem seca e direta, mas nada que comprometa a experiência. O café da manhã é simples, mas de boa qualidade. Há água quente para chá de ambientação à altitude em todos os andares, com bancos para descanso. É importante para quem não está acostumado. A localização é uma rua bem tranquila, de pouco movimento. Ficamos receosos no primeiro dia, mas depois notamos que a cidade é muito segura, foi uma estadia excelente. Recomendamos.

Close to the main square, hit water and shower pressure are consistent and good. Room is dark enough to get a good night sleep. Each floor has water and tea service.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Modern clean and perfect location. 5mins walk and you are in the main square. Also stored our bags when we were trekking for 5 days.

I loved my stay at Kokoa Hotel!! The staff were all very friendly and kind. Some were bilingual, I was able to get by with limited Spanish. The rooms were comfortable and well-designed. The little tea stations on each floor were a nice amenity as well. The only thing that would have made it better is a mini fridge in the room (there was a microwave in the dining area) so that I could have some leftovers when needed. I suspect it’s common for rooms to be lacking this in Peru so I don’t really fault the hotel. Overall excellent stay!

We switched to this hotel for 2 nights after returning to Cusco from Machu Picchu (MP). The location was about a 5-minute walk from Plaza Mayor. The service here was outstanding. We were able to leave our luggage 2 days before checking in while we were away in MP, and we received great dinner recommendations from the front desk. Breakfast was simple (eggs could be ordered on demand) but only started at 7 am. The hotel provided a simple to-go breakfast for our 5 am tour. The room had a Greek Island style with blue accents and was very chic and modern. However, the walls were very thin, and I was woken up at 3 am because a few people were congregating in the lobby (our room was one floor up). Bring earplugs!

Hotel has great water pressure. Clean, comfy, staff were awesome.

AMAZING HOTEL. the place is extremely clean, the staff even better! everything was perfect at this hotel especially the beautiful bathrooms. no complaints at all.

Ótimo hotel, mas o café da manhã poderia variar um pouco. Para quem fica muitos dias, fica enjoativo comer sempre a mesma coisa. O café é sempre pão, queijo, presunto, frutas e cereais. Na nossa estadia só teve bolo em dois dias. O hotel também precisa estar mais preparado. Num dia quando chegamos a noite, cansados dos passeios, fomos tomar banho e não tinha água quente. Estava uns 5 graus e não dava para tomar banho na água gelada. Em outro dia o hotel não tinha toalhas secas. Saímos de manhã e à noite quando fomos tomar banho não haviam toalhas no banheiro. O hotel não tinha uma toalha para disponibilizar, disseram que estavam lavando.

The staff here were amazing with a special mention to Eliana and Evelin at reception! Always friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and was always spotless. This was the nicest shower, hot, clean and plenty of room. The only thing letting the hotel down was lack of choice at breakfast, maybe more pastries and fruit. Would definitely pick this hotel if I returned to Cusco.

I wouldn’t stay here again, but also not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. The bathroom had a smell. Seemed more like a hotel for young people wanting to party. Noisy.

Was given 1st floor room when I checked in, that was facing street. There was no actual barrier for window (other than to block off view from street), so you can hear everything and smell everything - which is not pleasant. Asked to switch rooms, and was given a different room the next day. The second night was also given a different 1st floor room, and think there was a smell coming from the bathroom gutter. Think all the rooms not on the first floor are probably fantastic, since these were more building issues being on 1st floor rather than the rooms. Everything in the room was brand new, so loved this component of the hotel. Breakfast is really nice for $30/night. Staff was always extremely friendly. Request for non-first floor room if possible

Hotel bom, mas não tem calefação. Forneceram um aquecedor. Mesmo assim muito frio, e muito barulhento. Estive em junho. Vc ouve todo o ruido dos hóspedes e tb da movimentação na rua. O quarto tb não tem black out, fica muito claro pra dormir. Em resumo, as noites foram terríveis. Se vc dormir como uma pedra, não vai ver problema nesse hotel. Localização boa, café tbem bom. E o ambiente como um todo muito agradavel. Hotel novo.

Fui colocado em um quarto em frente a recepção e que a janela era virada para a rua então escutava muitos barulhos da rua e dos hospedes que chegavam pois nao vedava bem o barulho. Diante disso não dava pra deixar a janela aberta por conta da privacidade por ser virado pra rua e na calçada, o pior era que o quarto não possuía nenhum sistema de ventilação, então ficava muito quente e sem poder entrar ar, tinhamos que abrir a janela e a rua tinha total visibilidade de dentro do nosso quarto. A lancheira que eles serviam para quem ia nos passeios que saiam de madrugada e nao era possível esperar o cafe da manha era muito basico e se voce pedir uma manteiga para passar no pão pois era muito seco eles falavam que teriam que tirar o queijo e o presunto e so vinha 1 fatia de cada, nao podiamos agregar a manteiga no presunto e queijo.

Atendimento de todos os funcionários e limpeza muito bom. Camas muito confortaveis. Chuveiro bom. Nos quartos do 3 andar, os banheiros tem parede e porta de vidro (super transparentes). E no teto tem uma parte que é de vidro, entao de madrugada o quarto fica todo claro.

You get what you pay for. I was on the top floor with a skylight (no windows on the walls). There were no blinds so you wake up when you wake up. The hotel has been constructed poorly and there were cracks in the ceiling next to the skylight which opened to the outdoors, so it was freezing cold, and you could hear absolutely every noise from the street and night clubs below. No heating or cooling in the room, no safe to store your things. Also no bottled water- other hotels had offered this on arrival. On top of that, there is no sound proofing between the rooms or hallway, I woke up every time a guest came home at 11pm, 12am, 2am etc as the noise echo’s up the staircase. The majority of the staff could not speak English- I also found no one to be at the reception when I walked past, or they may have been sleeping at reception. I asked to move rooms to one at the back of the property but was told as I paid on check in (this was my only option), that moving rooms was not possible. Breakfast was okay. The staff also quoted me for the taxi back to the airport, I had the cash ready, but it wasn’t enough which caused issues when I was trying to leave. In summary- if you can, find somewhere quieter or slightly older which has been constructed better if you want a good nights sleep!

Hôtel sympa avec un personnel très agréable. En revanche très bruyant, dans la rue il y a des bars avec des gens dehors jusqu’à très tard et si votre chambre est au rez de chaussée vous entendrez tout le petit déjeuner …

Ótima opção para ficar em Cusco. A apenas duas quadras da Praça de Armas. O hotel é novo e os funcionários muito atenciosos, parabéns especial a Endrick. A Internet funcionou bem em todos os ambientes do hotel, o café da manhã é básico, mas suficiente. Como os passeios são sempre bem cedo, às vezes não tomamos café no hotel, mas eles forneceram lancheiras pra gente. O quarto tem um tamanho bom e o banheiro também é bem espaçoso. Detalhe é que como tem sempre alguém que vai em uma excursão mais cedo que você, saem batendo portas e falando pelos corredores e dá pra escutar tudo de dentro do quarto.

The hotel is well located in Cusco, a short walk from the main square. The staff were exceptional and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room and the hotel was great! Brand new, sparkling clean, modern! Pedro and Manuel on the reception were brilliant. On the first night they offered as a breakfast box without asking as we wre leaving very early and we would miss breakfast. The third receptionist that I can’t remeber the name could not speak English so it was abit difficult to communicate. When we checked out very earky the last day he didn’t offer breakfast box as he said we had to ask for it. Also, he was sleeping when we had to check out and it took us quite some time to wake him up to let us out because it was locked. On the first night our room was on the first floor by the street and it was very loud so we couldnt sleep at all. Next day we eere given another room in the back which was great and quiet. Other than the last experience though, our stay was great.

Esta propiedad está en excelentes condiciones. Muy céntrica , a dos cuadras de la plaza de armas. El personal muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. Lo recomiendo muchísimo

Nice little property very conveniently located close to all the action in the historic centre of Cusco. Especially convenient if you're into the bar scene, but the street can be a bit loud and boisterous late into the night with all the partiers leaving the bars at the end of the street.

Quarto ótimo, confortável, limpo. Café da manhã bom. Faziam pacote para passeios quando saiam antes do horário. Só faltou mesmo uma cortina ou algo no teto, que parecia uma claraboia e deixava o quarto claro muito cedo.

Camas muito confortáveis, com jogo de cama de qualidade. Chuveiro muito bom. Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções de sucos, frutas e pães.

El Hotel moderno y bien limpio, el personal muy bueno, el desayuno es bufet pero solamente puedes pedir una porción de huevo… la calle donde se ubica el hotel es segura a pesar que no parece. Seguro que regreso, vale la pena!
