Great location to the Perth airport with a free shuttle bus service to the airport was a wonderful surprise. Very generous sized room with a nice outlook. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Staff friendly and professional.

The room was clean and tidy but very dated, our room was right at the front of the facility and was very very noisy due to the proximity to Great Eastern Highway, the traffic never stops Parking, there are very few parking spots close to the rooms, the majority are out the back of the facility in what can only be described as isolated parking. I would expect this parking to have some form of security but there is none of particular concern is what they call the "basement parking", this is dark isolated and open at the back , an easy access should someone wish to jump the fence.

The best features of the hotel is safe location, proximity to the airport and the free shuttle service. However they advertise their shuttle as a 24-hour service, but, that is NOT the case. There is a sign in the lobby stating "Shuttle to Airport is 4:30am to 10:00pm.." The LAST evening shuttle leaves the hotel around 9:00pm, which was the one my sister took. Room is dated, but was spacious and clean. Buildings are rundown. Trash bins at each corner of the buildings are a sad sight to see and to walk pass. Elevator is small, dirty and grimmy-looking and a bit smelly. For one night stay for us is ok. It is a shame that needed renovation has not begun since the hotel is a good property and in a great location.

Great that there’s a free airport shuttle to/from the airport. Rooms are large but traffic noise is quite loud. Staff were helpful when I requested a blanket for the bed as it was a cool evening. Not an awful lot of food choice nearby but can recommend the fish n chip shop up the road.

There was blood spots on the walk way from Friday to monday - was not cleaned up. There was rubbish around including empty beer bottles, food rubbish, broken glass again for our entire stay - Friday to Monday. There was no TV reception in the room for our entire stay. The hotel was extremely noisy with other staying and fighting in rooms and car park. Pool area was dirty.

It was convenient to where we were going shower needs a good bleach, there was hair behind the bathroom door and you could see where something was splattered across the tile floor.Other occupants very noisy running around on the floor above.

Can tell this place is for FIFO. For what we paid/were charged should have stayed elsewhere. Elevator not working. Gardens immaculate but the rooms & surrounds were filthy and really old/outdated! Had an 80year old with us and was made to walk up and down 2 flights of stairs.Wanted to wear my shoes on in bathroom. Toilet area smelt like urine after the first couple of uses. Curtains/blinds/carpets/floors were filthy! Also not sound proof at all. Will admit though linen (appeared clean) & the Aircon did work well. Will not be staying there again.

This hotel is absolutely filthy! As soon as we checked into our room, we were greeted by a cockroach in the kitchen. I tried to kill it, but it scurried away faster than I could react. Then, to our horror, another cockroach made an appearance when we opened the wardrobe. Honestly, from the moment I stepped into the room, I felt so uncomfortable that I couldn’t wait for my two-night stay to be over. The following day, when we returned to the room, another cockroach was waiting for us behind the front door, as if to "welcome" us back. On top of the pest problem, the hotel’s internet connection was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to get anything done. Overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all cost !

I was put in a room right over the highway and it’s super noisy all night. There’s minimal sound proofing between rooms and there was a man in a room a couple of doors over who was yelling and carrying on most of the afternoon into the evening. I wouldn’t stay again.

This is a well priced place to stay, good for somewhere near to central Perth if you have a car. If you get a room up the front be prepared for significant traffic noise as the Great Eastern Highway is busy day and night. The rooms are well kept and well serviced but the TVs could do with an update. The complex is quite large and busy but it's still a good night's sleep. And excellent value for money. One thing which could be improved is vehicle access - access to a side street so you don't have to go out on the highway and back in would be welcome - as it's always so busy. And don't expect too much within walking distance. You really need a car around here.

I liked this property it was clean and good on the budget. The bed was a bit old and uncomfortable but that’s what I expected for the price…..you won’t get luxury. We paid $203.00 NZ. Happy enough.

Room charged more apon arrival than advertised on website through Expedia . Airport shuttle bus was booked on arrival for that evening and reception staff failed to log the booking so i had to wait for a taxi which only just got me to the airport in enough time to catch my flight .

Check in was very quick and easy. Very large spacious room and very quiet. The bathroom amenities are lovely and smell beautiful. The bed and pillows so comfortable. Adding to this a free shuttle bus to the airport which is located right outside reception.

it was unique to be awoken at 11:30-12:30 pm and asked to come to reception. then questioned of identity and be mentally manipulated to feel responsible for someone else no longer having a room. all after arriving, given wrong room,called and told it was fixed said to come to pkup new key, then being moved to another wrong room, and myself arriving to be told that it was only 1 left.

The hotel’s website clearly advertises a continental breakfast, but there is no breakfast at all. When I asked the receptionist about it, she told me there was no restaurant or dining area in the entire place. If that’s true, then it’s clearly false advertising, and if there actually is a restaurant, then the staff need proper training because they’re giving guests completely wrong information. Either way, they should remove the misleading information from the internet. There was no apology, no explanation, and no willingness to help whatsoever. The staff were rude and uncooperative from the moment we arrived, showing no interest in making guests feel welcome or comfortable. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the whole experience was nothing like what was shown online. Overall, a very disappointing stay, false advertising, rude staff, poor service, and zero hospitality. Definitely not recommended.

Great Eastern Motor Lodge offers a spacious room with a double and a single bed, a table and chairs and a kitchenette in a suite accommodation. The kitchenette is very good, with hotplates, microwave and small fridge. It's lovely to be given fresh milk on arrival, and the breakfasts are generous. The bed was comfortable with good pillows. Other positive features are the free bus to the airport and proximity to a shopping centre with a small supermarket, good coffee and excellent pizzas. I would have liked hand towels in the bathroom, dislike hangers that are attached to wardrobe rails, and a power point over the desk/ledge would have been good.

Staff very accommodating. We weren’t able to connect with them for the free ride from the airport and had to take a cab. To help make up for that they upgraded our room. Beautiful large room with spa and balcony. Clean, nice amenities. They don’t have a restaurant but recommended one near that was excellent. Highly recommend.
