The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure guests feel welcome and cared for. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by an issue with the air conditioning. The unit is installed directly above the bed, which is an odd placement. After running for about an hour, the AC started leaking water—a mini Iguazu Falls right inside the room! While this issue was frustrating, it seems like an isolated problem that the hotel can easily resolve. El hotel es muy bonito, cuenta con una alberca y desayuno incluido, la habitacion excelente y muy limpia aun que recomiendo llevar repelente de insectos por la zona. El unico detalle es que esta retirado de todo, es necesario solicitar un transporte para moverse a cualquier parte.

Insgesamt haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und das Hotel ist sehr neu. Die Poolanlage ist nett. Kleiner Nachteil ist tatsächlich, dass es sehr ungünstig ist, dass die Zimmer zur Terrasse raus zeigen und man daher alles im Zimmer sehen kann, wenn die Vorhänge offen sind. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist leider auch nicht so üppig, wie es die Bilder versprechen. Insgesamt würden wir trotzdem unseren Aufenthalt dort als sehr gut bewerten.

It's a good option for stay. The amenities are OK although towels are quite old and there is no small fridge in the rooms. Breakfast is also OK although not as full flede like hotels. Overall we liked it.

Chambre très spacieuse avec grand lit et bonne literie. La piscine n'était pas toujours propre et les transats sont en très mauvais état et pas assez nombreux. L'hôtel est un peu excentré de la ville et il faut prendre un taxi.

Owner David was very communicative and helpful before my stay. Check in was easy, and the setting of the hotel is very pretty. Laid back comfortable vibe and the pool area was very nice. Continental breakfast was good and there were fresh fruit options and good coffee. I would stay here again.

Such lovely front desk ladies. Cooked us empanadas after we returned from Iguazu Falls and were too tired to go out for a big dinner. Wonderful relaxing pool at the end of a very hot day!

Hotel razoável, não tem frigobar e secador de cabelo nos quartos, café da manhã bem fraco, sucos não são natural, falta informação quanto a produtos no mesmo ambiente e que são cobrados a parte, por exemplo, tem uma geladeira no café junto ao café da manha com sucos de caixa que são cobrados a parte, mas não consta essa informação. Em relação a comida, bem fraco e com preço absurdo, não vale a pena, estrutura do hotel é mediana, quartos são até razoavelmente bons, peca um pouco com a falta de alguma manutenção, bem como falta de um frigobar.

Razoável, pois parecia muito melhor nas fotos. São quartos com a porta de vidro em uma parede de vidro para sacada, sem janelas. Armário muito grande sem necessidade de uso(desperdício). Banheiro com uma pequena janela de ventilação com ducha boa. Cama muito boa e travesseiro bom. Hotel fica afastado em uma região de chácaras. Café da manhã muito fraco, pouco tipo de frutas(3), não tinha presunto, nem mussarela, nem bolos. Atendimento bom.

Room was okay, minimal electrical outlets, wifi worked well. Staff are nice enough, however, absolutely no English spoken, was an issue for us, but that is on us, not on them. Service in restaurant was horrible, had to go to front desk repeatedly to get someone to help us. Most importantly, had hotel book a transfer to the airport (with written confirmation). Transfer was late. At 10 minutes late, we asked them to contact the transfer company. At 20 minutes late, we called an Uber. It arrived in 2 minutes. We have no idea if the transfer ever arrived

Room was okay, minimal electrical outlets, wifi worked well. Staff are nice enough, however, absolutely no English spoken, was an issue for us, but that is on us, not on them. Service in restaurant was horrible, had to go to front desk repeatedly to get someone to help us. Most importantly, had hotel book a transfer to the airport (with written confirmation). Transfer was late. At 10 minutes late, we asked them to contact the transfer company. At 20 minutes late, we called an Uber. It arrived in 2 minutes. We have no idea if the transfer ever arrived

Owner David was very communicative and helpful before my stay. Check in was easy, and the setting of the hotel is very pretty. Laid back comfortable vibe and the pool area was very nice. Continental breakfast was good and there were fresh fruit options and good coffee. I would stay here again.

No puedo decir nada negativo , todoo Positivo , muy acojedor , ambiente natural . Servicio al cliente y el staff Exelente. En lo personal y mi esposo nos quedamos super conforme TubimoS un inconveniente con el vuelo a Iguazu , El dueño y el staff fueron muy paciente y amigables en considerar mi reserva, se pudo mover los dias. EXCELENTE TODO !!!!

This is a decent jungle hotel, not too fancy, but the mattress is firm and the pillows were good. The breakfast is good, not great. Decent value for the price. Was only there to sleep and left early the next day for the falls.

Hotel razoável, não tem frigobar e secador de cabelo nos quartos, café da manhã bem fraco, sucos não são natural, falta informação quanto a produtos no mesmo ambiente e que são cobrados a parte, por exemplo, tem uma geladeira no café junto ao café da manha com sucos de caixa que são cobrados a parte, mas não consta essa informação. Such lovely front desk ladies. Cooked us empanadas after we returned from Iguazu Falls and were too tired to go out for a big dinner. Wonderful relaxing pool at the end of a very hot day!

It is a very beautiful property feels like it's at the end of the road you turn and go down a long road to finally get to it and all of a sudden it appears it says they serve a continental breakfast but it was a huge buffet breakfast which was pretty incredible the water was highly overpriced a bottle of water Nicholas was an incredible help at the front desk the rooms appeared to be quite small. Once again the best part was The Helpful staff and the incredible unexpected breakfast.
