First of all the resort is very private and it has a very large pool. Also the golf course attached is amazing. The view is priceless. Literally every personel were very nice, sweet and helpful. Special thanks to Miri (Host), Tlhame Hoummadi (Bar), Oumaïma Aloaui(Hostes Poolbar), Zakaria(Bar). They made our stay memorable.

The hotel was spacious, vast and immaculately kept. Plenty of areas to enjoy some peace and quite and a nice walk around the property and grounds. Lovely golf course, facilities and swimming pools including the gym and spa. Nice choice of restaurants however if you are vegan, the food is extremely limited / no choice in some restaurants. Although the managers were helpful and tried to accommodate, the lack of English speaking staff made it hard to communicate my dietary needs. They really need to include at least two vegan option dishes for starters, mains and deserts as a minimum in all restaurants including at the breakfast buffet, otherwise guests will eat out. As we visited in January the hotel was very quiet as a result staff were super attentive to the point of annoyance. One evening as I was getting ready for a shower a male staff member walked into the room (he may have knocked but I didnt hear). We found therefore found our privacy was lacking due to the constant knocks on the door, offering smoothies, fruit, cakes. Lovely touch but just too much for us. Both our coffee machine and fridge were not working and no hairdryer had been provided. However the best part of the room was the bed, absolutely divine and the best nights sleep weve had in years. One point to note is that everything here is overly expensive. Breakfast was £40 each and an Aperol Spritz £20! Also check your check out bill...they fleeced us on taxi prices compared to the yellow cabs!

Beautiful suites with attention to detail, very well maintained. Staff were excellent from front desk to house keeping, polite, courteous & very professional. We couldn’t have asked for better experience on our first visit to Morocco. I would certainely say we will be back for longer next time. It was everything we could wish for a more. Super friendly staff - at all times and all types (e.g. gardeners as well as hosts, concierge, reception etc). Room (stayed in Family Suit Mountain View 128 sqm) was spacious and nice. Food was good (but often slow so order in time). Can highly recommend.

We recently stayed at the Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech and it was a truly delightful and luxurious experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and outstanding service. The hotel itself is simply stunning, with beautiful grounds and elegantly designed rooms. Every detail was thought of, from the comfortable bedding to the ample amenities. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the amazing proposal that the hotel organized for us. They went above and beyond to create a magical and romantic evening that we will never forget. We would like to personally thank Amine, the room dining director, for his exceptional attention to detail and for making sure every aspect of the proposal was perfect. And a special shout-out to Sara, the guest relations agent, for her kindness and for making our stay truly memorable. In conclusion, we highly recommend the Fairmont Marrakech to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. Thank you again to the entire team for making our stay so special.

Beautiful resort about 30 minute drive from Marrakech. Huge rooms and great service (albeit at breakfast it was painful trying to get the correct coffee order before lunchtime). Pools are fantastic, they’re heated all year round. Our children loved playing in them. The food is limited however. The restaurants are limited. Five are advertised but at dinner there are only two plus a sushi bar in the main bar. Very expensive food, although delicious. There’s no dinner buffet which is a big miss with children. We got bored of the menu and irritated by the prices compared to port inn size. A plate of meatballs from the kids’ menu arrived as five tiny IKEA quality meatballs with no pasta. Pasta was an extra charge. Incredible! I would recommend hiring a car so you can explore and eat out easily. There is a good (free) hotel shuttle but only two return trips a day. Local taxis difficult to get and hotel taxis expensive. Concierge were very helpful however.
