The hotel itself is very nice it might even be new. They do housekeeping every other day which was fine we were there 3 days so housekeeping the middle day was fine with me. The 2 things I did notice was the last 2 days of my stay the breakfast was wiped out and not restocked. I also picked this hotel because it had a hot tub which was broken the entire stay. If your kids like a big pool this one is not real big so we chose to not use it and just to use the nearby hot springs instead.

Le personnel est très accueillant, la chambre spacieuse, propre et la literie condortable. Il y a une machine à laver et un sèche linge ce qui peut être pratique. En revanche la piscine est beaucoup plus petite que ce qu’il n’y parait sur les photos et le petit déjeuner a le minimum mais je trouve que pour un hôtel de cette gamme il pourrait mettre plus de choses comme des oeufs, du bacon, du pain et plus de fruits frais. Et aussi avoir une machine à café qui propose autre chose que du regular.

Everyone was very welcoming. Room was very clean. We used the downstairs laundry room but I must say that we need to use two cycles of the dryer and the clothes were still damp.

Hot tub not working, both treadmills did not work the tv in our 1st did not work. We visit Alamosa quite often, and the Marriott is a much nicer hotel. We will never stay at this Fairfield again.

Breakfast was way below quality and selection from Fairfield in Littleton. The spa was not operating and only luke warm water was coming out for my bath. I was really sore from a hike and wanted a Hot bath, but no Hot water coming out!

This is the nicest hotel in Alamosa. My experience staying this time wasn’t as seamless as past stays. My key didn’t work 2 out of the 3 days and they didn’t replace it as they said they would. The hot tub was out of order, which was just a bummer being prime hot tub season, aka snowing & spring break.

Eh the hotel was ok. The pool was cold, the hotbtub not that warm. We showed up at approximately 330pm for checkin had to leave as our room wasnt clean returned close to 5 room still wasnt ready for us to check in. Front desk staff friendly. Bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable.

This was the perfect hotel for our family after a long day on the road from Albuquerque. We were only passing through Alamosa on our way to the Great Sand Dunes but I would have enjoyed staying another night or two at this location. The rooms were spacious and everything was very clean, including the laundry and common areas. The staff was professional and very courteous.

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff take great pride in their work, are friendly and provide excellent customer service. You never see anyone simply standing around, everyone is either cleaning organizing or helping guests!

I stayed 7 nights total I had to request maid service 1 of the 7 nights which was the only day my room was serviced I was on top floor and elevator was broken all week Hot tub also out of service Breakfast was never on time missed it every morning room key had to be reset every single day I usually do not complain but this was the top priced hotel in the area definatly do not recomend.

This was the 1st Fairfield Inn I’ve stayed in. The shower floor was so dirty I had to wear my sandals to take a shower. Then you had to flush the toilet 5 times just to get it to drain the toilet paper. Other than the bathroom issues, I felt the sleeping part of the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. So take a chance..

Breakfast is very weak and not appealing at all..staff could not keep up with the amount of people. Took for ever to get the staff to refill the coffee as well as the food.. terrible to say the least; but they had a tip jar forefront of everything? For what.. I was given a room that they said was renovated; very bad job of renovating. Caulking was old and mildewed as well as the shower pan was stained. Money for renovations not very well spent..

The best night's sleep of our entire vacation! This hotel was a wonderful surprise. The staff were friendly - but not overbearing. The rooms were sparkling clean and fresh. The beds were soooo comfortable. The blackout curtains worked fantastically. AND it was quiet.

New property, clean and bright, free breakfast like many similar but maybe a bit more variety. Check in was fast and friendly, staff was capable. Room is compact, but since this was just one overnight it was quite comfortable and adequate. Restroom/bath is roomy and functional. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was quiet and beds were comfortable. We checked in after 9pm and the front desk staff was so polite and accomodating when I requested a top floor room so late in the evening. Would definitely stay again!

We went back at 7:30, system still done, but we were walked to our room, let in with a master key and told if we left we’d have to prop our door open so we could get back in. Nothing was offered as compensation and at $300.00 a night, I felt something should have been offered. Also, even though the a/c worked great, it was very noisy.

The person who checked us in was amazing! During our previous hotel stay, we learned that my son and I could no longer share a bed because he’s quite the bed hog. I asked about renting a rollaway bed, but I’m guessing they weren’t available at this location. Instead, she upgraded us to a room with a pullout couch so we’d have a third bed. It was such a kind gesture and made all the difference for a good night’s sleep. I really wish I had remembered her name!

The lady at check in ran my card twice for "incidentals" because she said the machine kept doing this recently but not to worry because it would not charge me twice. I paid for my room before I got there. She never told me what the fee was for the incidentals, but I was in fact charged twice totalling near what I already paid for the room.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The lobby and facilities were in excellent shape. I never received room service even though I requested it upon check-in. While the rest of the bathroom and room were fine, the shower was in poor condition.

The young lady that checked me in had very good customer service skills. The morning breakfast at 7am was overrun by a bus tour of old people that demolished the early breakfast servings, but the staff went into high speed and replenished the buffet in record time! I barely had to wait to eat and was beyond impressed with the speed the staff replenished the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel and its outstanding staff

Nice hotel on the very edge of town. We walked to a restaurant but didn’t feel completely comfortable doing it. The room was comfortable and clean although the porcelain in the bathroom had seen better days but was ok.

We appreciated a variety of dietary restriction options at breakfast. Would have liked a waffle maker for more fresh options and perhaps some breakfast meat? Appreciated there were gluten and dairy free varieties. No fresh fruit? Staff was exceptionally friendly, however.

The only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars is because the shower has zero water pressure. Pretty lame for a nicer hotel. Other than that pretty good. I’m also very tired of powdered fake eggs for breakfast.
