Radisson Hotel Liege City Centre

Séjour gâche par l absence de parking il faut utiliser un parking municipal éloigné et cher et de plus inutilisable à partir de 1h00. Enfin aucune signalétique pour accéder au parking ou même à l hôtel enfin pas de zone de stationnement pour décharger les bagages !!! Enfin des travaux partout en centre ville avec une circulation très difficile et aucune aide de l hôtel, pas de plan ou de conseil !!

The property looked very standard but delivered a remarkably non-standard experience. The rooms and common areas were clean, fresh and stylishly modern. We stayed in a family room with a double and a single bed. The beds and linen were great quality and the complimentary (posh) coffee and water were a lovely touch. They even had bathrobes and slippers which made it feel very luxurious. It was one of the very few hotels that had a modern hairdryer that actually works! The breakfast was exceptional and fantastic value for money. It was plentiful and included treats like smoked salmon, roasted vegetables and a variety of interesting dips and spreads. The main thing that could be better would be very clear instructions on parking. Oddly the parking garage under the building belongs to a different hotel so if you end up in it, there is nothing to tell you that this isn't the Radisson car park and what you should do to find the Radisson one. Anyway, it took a while and multiple trips to the front desk to sort out. Overall, we had a great one night stay in this hotel.

That was my second stay the suite had a bad smell and was super cold although I have been advised many times and the parking under the hotel was over priced 48 Euro for overnight where it was noted 20

Le parking public le plus proche est très rudimentaire et pas toujours disponible. Le petit-déjeuner très insuffisant (quasiment plus rien à partir de 8h, plus de jus de fruit à 7h30 lundi matin), très peu de tables serrées les unes contre les autres. On nous a conseillé d’arriver entre 7h et 7h30 (dimanche compris). Chambre correcte mais impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit.

Nice and confortable hotel room in the heart of the city center ! The bed was super confy and overall the facilities were great. Walkable distance from Place Saint-Lambert and the Christmas markets. 24 hours reception. Parking was a bit pricy, but we managed to find a free parking spot in a street next to the hotel.

Hotel was very nice and convenient to city center. The only issue was parking, but it worked out.

The hotel was great. Great service, tasty breakfast and a huge, clean room. There were only two things we disliked: The air condition in the room promised a temperature up to 28°C if desired. Unfortunately, the room never felt warmer than maybe 20-21°C even on the highest setting. Parking was a bit complicated as the parking garage in the same building doesn’t belong to this hotel but to the Vandervalk hotel. We needed to move the car to a parking lot across the street. Maybe this should be made a little clearer to the guest.

Bra centralt hotell, AC som fungerar, bekväm säng, trevlig personal i receptionen. Hotellet har inte egen parkering med det finns parkering i samma byggnad, infart på baksidan.

Room was comfortable and sparkling clean and I enjoyed a very good night's rest thanks to the black-out curtains. I like the supplementary water bottles in the mini fridge, the handy vending machine on ground level and the close proximity to the city center (you will need to walk uphill for like a minute to get there though). The glass wall only covered half of the shower area and there was no option to close off this area with a cabin or sliding door, so the floor got flooded pretty fast, regardless of whether you use the handheld shower head or the rain shower. A safe and some more in-room information about room service would have been extra nice. Enjoyed my stay overall.

Nice and clean but quite basic and communal areas/breakfast, very average. Room was very nice though - so would prob use - but feels more like a budget IBIS than a quality Radisson

Check-In lief problemlos, wir bekamen das Zimmer 205. Bereits beim ersten Betreten fiel uns auf, dass die Badezimmertür verschmiert/verspritzt und der Seifen- und Cremespender verschmiert und zugestaubt waren. Im Laufe des Abends und des nächsten Morgens entdeckten wir außerdem ein sehr langes Haar an der Dusche, Haare und Staub an den Wänden, sowie Wollmäuse unter der Garderobe. Wir meldeten dies inklusive Fotos an der Rezeption. Man gab sich schockiert und versprach uns, das Zimmer sofort reinigen zu lassen. Als wir nach 5 Stunden zurückkamen, war lediglich das Haar an der Dusche entfernt und das Bett gemacht, alle anderen Sauberkeitsmängel wurden nicht mal versucht zu beheben! Wir meldeten dies erneut an der Rezeption und bekamen ein Superior-Zimmer auf dem gleichen Flur (Zimmer 217). Hier fanden wir leider ähnliche Sauberkeitsmängel vor (dreckige Seifenspender, ein völlig zugestaubter Badezimmermülleimer, eine verschmierte Badezimmertür und mein persönliches Highlight: ein zerknülltes Taschentuch unterhalb des Waschtisches). Wir machten auch hiervon Fotos, meldeten dies jedoch nicht noch einmal, da wir akzeptierten, dass dieses Hotel offensichtlich ein massives Problem damit hat, seine Zimmer zu reinigen und wir nur eine weitere Nacht dort verbringen mussten. Bei unserem Check-Out wurden wir nicht gefragt, ob nach dem Zimmerwechsel alles in Ordnung war. Wir werden Radisson nicht mehr buchen!

Beste, jammer genoeg hebben wij een niet zo fijne recensie op ons verblijf in jullie hotel. Het onthaal was top, daar valt helemaal niets op te zeggen! de kamer daarentegen, deze was echt niet 100% netjes. Vooral de badkamer, deze was oppervlakkig gepoetst. Spatten op het vuilbakje, een dikke laag stof op de toiletrolhouder en de plinten. Spiegels waren niet proper, nog strepen en vlekken aanwezig. Het doucheglas kon ook beter en de vloer plakte. De kamer was op zich proper, het beddengoed was clean en het bed netjes opgemaakt. Het extra bed voor ons dochtertje had wel een harde matras maar op zich oké. En dan het ontbijt, 40€/persoon, dat is heel veel geld voor enkele niet uitgebakken boterkoekjes, een fruitsap en wat eieren. we waren voor dat geld beter elders in de stad een lekker, uitgebreid ontbijt gaan eten. Jammer van deze ervaring!

Cet hôtel est vraiment un excellent hôtel. De l'accueil au départ, tout est parfait. Un personnel très professionnel et souriant, attentif à leurs clients. Une chambre et une salle de bains très spacieuses. Une literie parfaite. Une Propreté impeccable. Un buffet petit-déjeuner super copieux et de qualité. De quoi passer un séjour VIP.

Dit hotel ligt op 3 minuten loopafstand van het station St. Lamberts. Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Vriendelijke personeel, gezellig muziek op achtergrond in het centrale hal. Kamers zijn modern, mooie meubels, lekker schoon. De matras kon wel iets zachter. Toch heb ik goed kunnen slapen. Ook heb je een koelkast en een waterkoker op de kamer. Ontbijtbuffet was lekker en lekker veel keuze. Graag kom ik nog een keer naar dit hotel!

Property managed thermostats to the rooms without regard to the clients. The customer has no control over the temperature in the room.

J'ai réservé 3 nuits une chambre qui était beaucoup trop chaude, je n'ai donc pas pu dormir car le personnel était incapable de me proposer une solution et ne se souciait pas du problème.

Nice modern downtown hotel with excellent service and good customer service

Great value. Staff was incredibly helpful as my brother left his laptop behind and they contacted us several ways to make sure we got it back. So nice!

The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. I had a situation where I needed repair on my glasses and they helped me find an optician to get it fixed.

This hotel is located very close to the city center so easy to walk around and explore. It was a wonderful place to stay with the Christmas Market running and so much to see and do.

Hôtel trés bien situé, á quelques pas du centre ville et de principales attractoions de la ville.

A good hotel of its class, but a little distance from the interesting parts of the city centre. Good service, no problems, quit decent rooms.
