Very clean, well maintained and comfortable hotel. From the outside, it looks deceiving, but once you go inside, it's a beautiful property. Clean spacious room (unfortunately no TV) but the overall experience was wonderful. Small breakfast, but was still very good.

Really nice hotel, the staff is amazing, the only bad thing was the orange juice which is a full chemical juice, a fresh one should be better. For the rest it’s wonderful and amazing. The room was so nice and quiet.

Pleasant surprise, didn't really expect much however the rooms were very clean, AC was working and the pool was lovely (although we had it to ourselves). I can see how when all rooms are occupied the pool might get cramped as only two double deck chairs. Water pressure was decent and mattress was pretty hard. Breakfast was freshly cooked and nice to have to included. Staff are not always there so please make sure to NOT lock the front door as some of the other guests did during our stay as you don't get a front door key. The walk downtown is 12-15 minutes, which might be a lot when it's 35 degrees but we managed! Ger rally very pleasant stay!

The internet was great and the AC wonderful. Jesus was very nice to help us around places were we advise to visit. He is a dedicated worker. Keep him, it is hard to find workers like that lately. Thanks, we had a great time

This is a really delightful hotel! The inside is stylish and peaceful, and you’d have no idea that you’re right in the middle of a busy town! A great base to explore Valladolid.
