La habitación muy bien, la alberca limpia, área comunes un poco sucia de ojalá de árbol probablemente porque llovió antes de mi llegada. Un poco lejos del centro ocupas ir en carro o taxi, no hay valet y el carro lo puedes dejar mero enfrente de tu habitación eso se me hizo muy conveniente, si llego a regresar a Valladolid sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí

Habitaciones muy cómodas, zonas exteriores y alberca muy agradables y bien mantenidas. La única observación es que es necesario contar con coche para llegar al centro de Valladolid.

Very nice and quiet hotel located close to the center of the city. You would need a car tho to get to the center. The pool area is great. Rooms are spacious but generally lack equipment: no fridge, no safe. I think management could really make it way better by investing in few furnitures for the hotel and the public areas. The breakfast included in the price was limited to bread, jam, coffee and (not) natural juices. But you get what you paid for! The price is very good and everything is very clean.

The pool and dinning options were great. The room was huge. Had a great sitting room for playing games

Rummeligt rent værelse. Fin pool. Tager ca. 20-25 min. at gå til byen, men kan sagtens finde lokalt mad tættere på. Til prisen er det er meget godt sted.

La habitación es grande y el estilo del hotel es agradable. El agua de la alberca se encontraba turbia y verde.

The overall aesthetic is beautiful. The room was very clean, the beds were firm but comfy, and the staff was friendly. Overall a great experience. I would definitely stay again.

Bien en general. Falta un poco de mantenimiento. Hormigas en el baño. Restaurante caro y malo. Personal muy atento.

Lo que no me gusto encontrar cucarachas en el baño y la regadera no cerraba bien, es decir tenia fuga. Lo demás bien, pero estos son detalles molestos

The room was in really poor condition with paint peeling of the walls and hair from previous guest in the bathroom. When we arrived to the room the AC was off so the room was about 40 degrees inside. Every time the cleaning cleaned our room they switched off the AC so when arriving at night the room was 40 degrees and it took at least 2 hours to cool down where we couldn’t sleep. The bathroom was never getting cold so it was like a sauna even though the door was open to the rest of the room. The pool outside was not clean so we didn’t used it. The pool was one of the reasons why we choose this hotel.

Lack of amenities you’d expect from a hotel such as hair dryer, mini fridge, safe. Far from the centre of town. Horrible wifi and lack of service at 3G since we were so far from the centre of town. Promotes a continental breakfast included but it’s really just toast and some cereal. I’ve had better breakfasts at hostels. Maybe include some hard boiled eggs, Mexican pastries and cakes, cold cuts, yoghurt?? Restaurant staff were nice but that’s the only redeeming part of this hotel.

EVERYTHING OK EXCEPT THE INTERNET SERVICE I WAS IN ROOM 405 AND THE INTERNET WAS NEVER GOOD DURING MY 2 NIGHT STAY

WLAN funktioniert auf den Zimmern nicht. Kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer Poolanlage schön, aber stark gechlort.

Hotellet lå lidt langt væk fra centrum af Valladolid, men det er også det eneste. Alt andet var godt, gode værelser og faciliteter. Samt morgenmaden var rigtig lækker. Ville anbefale at bo her hvis man har nogen form for transport eller bare vil slappe af på hotellet.

Clean, spacious rooms and great staff

El hotel esta bien ubicado, el control de la TV no servia el volumen estaba muy bajo inclusive en lo mas alto del volumen que te permite subirle al control de la TV. El wifi no tenia suficiente señal para los celulares.

No había internet

La atención del mesero del restaurante excelente siempre atento, en recepción se reportó problemas con el wifi y dijeron que nadie más les había reportado algún problema y no resolvieron, la persona de limpieza de habitación no dejaba cambio de toalla y jabones además que las camas solo dejaba dobladas las cobijas, en los baños estaría mejor que fuera esmerilado en la ducha y no había suficiente ventilación en el baño.

Is a nice hotel but if you don’t have a car you would have to walk almost 2 km to reach the center of the city with narrow sidewalks. Taxis are not to easy to get if you are walking, but the hotel can call a cab for you. I had problems in my room with internet/wifi, but the hotel staff promptly moved me to another room.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Marcelino was our waiter each breakfast, he was very kind and quick. The hotel area/common places looked well maintenaned and in good condition generally. The room was rather OK, but a little too dark and had the "worn out" feeling. Sound insulation was rather poor, so we heard a little too much from neighboring rooms. The WiFi worked pretty well around the area, just our room was somehow in WiFi "shade", so we had to manage online stuff on the bench just outside our door. Parking was fully convenient, literally few steps from our room and capacity looked sufficient. Breakfast was quite satisfactory, but the choice is low and repetitive every day Location of the hotel is a bit far from center.

El personal es amable y la propiedad tiene buen diseño, asi como las instalaciones estan en buen estado. La estancia fue muy agradable.

Habitaciones amplias, limpias y modernas. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Estacionamiento gratuito. Desayuno incluido. Quiero resaltar el trabajo de la gente que trabaja en el comedor de desayuno especialmente Marcelino que es tan atento y cordial que nos hizo sentir muy a gusto en el hotel. A solo 45 minutos de Chichen Itza es una opción muy cómoda para usar de base para moverse y conocer el area. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Nice hotel. Not sure if we would stay here again though. A tour group of teenagers/ students showed up the 2nd day and were very loud. Both us and the people beside us called the front desk about the yelling, screaming, pounding, slamming doors, running all over and yelling. They sent security over hit all he did was stand outside their door. At one point a field shrieked at the top of her lungs from in her room as though she was being murdered. All the security guard did was approach the door and stand and listen and wait. I don’t understand why the young chaperones weren’t told to reign in their group and give them a talking to but clearly they weren’t. This went on for several days that we stayed there. They also took over the pool at times and weee jumping in fully clothed. The staff did nothing. After that there was too much grime and hair at the bottom of the pool and my own kids couldn’t use it. The second night the group of teenagers were there we went to the restaurant to eat. We were tired and hungry and didn’t want to go anywhere. We sat down and noticed a buffet set up near the kitchen. We asked a waitress for menus which she brought us and said we may just need to wait a bit to order as the group was coming theough for the buffet. There was lots of room at the restaurant even with them all there and as we looked through the menu she came over to say they wouldn’t be serving anyone else that evening except the group so we had to leave and find somewhere else.

Muy bonito hotel. Limpio. Cómodo. Lo unico que podria considerar como una posible desventaja es que está ubicado aproximadamente a unos 8 minutos del centro historico en auto.

Great for one night stop to Merida. Easy to find and parking. We had to drive into town …traffic was crazy.

Property is charming, and the rooms were big and clean. It’s far from the town center, though. The AC could have been colder. Great for a one-night stay.

This hotel is a very nice and offers amazing value for money. It is a great base to explore the center of Valldolid, El Balam, Chichen Itza and some beautifull cenotes. The hotel is quite big and consist out of various buildings, so it does not feel that big. This location requires a car to get to the city center which is a 5 minute drive. The benefit of not beeing in the center is the size of the pool which is great for kids after a long day of sightseeing. They also offer a nice variaty of breakfast options.

Preis-Leistung ist topp!!! Zur Innenstadt ist man bequem in 15 Minuten... einfach Calle 37 folgen Pool ist klein aber sehr schön angelegt! Frühstück ist topp!

Chambre qui sent la cigarette. Serviettes de toilette indignes d’un hôtel. Et surtout petit déjeuner continental limité à du café du lait et des tranches de brioche. C’est à peu près tout il faut payer pour avoir plus. Très déçu pour une famille à 4.

Room was nice, breakfast included ok. We had dinner once at the restaurant and this was the worst meal ever.

Personnel agréable, extérieurs mériteraient d’être mieux entretenus. Petit déjeuner buffet un peu léger si on rajoute pas des plats en supplément payant

Hotel très bien placé et au calme. L'acceuil est très agréable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est bien trop cher pour ce que c'est, donc nous vous conseillons de ne pas le prendre et d'aller en ville plutôt ! Le restaurant n'était pas ouvert le soir quand nous y étions. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la climatisation n'est pas trop bruyante. La piscine est agréable et l'ambiance y est très relaxante. C'est un très bel hotel et nous y retournerions sans hésiter.
