On a reçu de l'excellent et du moyen service: Le personnel en soirée n'a pas donné les bonnes explications concernant la recharge de borne électrique. De plus, il nous a dit que le petit déjeuner débute à 6h00 alors qu'il débutait à 6h30. Heureusement, cette personne n'a pas appliqué le tarif de 2$/heure de recharge suivant les 4 heures gratuites, car nous avions utilisé que 2 heures... Et le personnel du matin nous a ouvert à 6h00 pour les 2 matins, afin de ne pas être en retard à notre travail. Merci pour cette attention.

When I booked room with Expedia, it shows non- smoking room and when we reached the property they told us we booked smoking room. Me and my husband don’t smoke and there is no option for us and there were no other rooms available. The room smells too much cigarette smoke and that makes our stay horrible. There are flies in the room and we informed reception and they did nothing. We travelled almost 700 km from Kitchener to Montreal and the stay makes our trip terrible experience. Because of the smoke smell we both had headaches and we were not able to explore the city.

I really hate to leave a bad review but feels this is warranted. Stayed here one night as was passing through for work. There is a $200 deposit required to be paid at check-in. Walls are very thin, can hear neighbours (especially in bathroom). Bed is like cardboard, the duvet isn't even a duvet, luckily I had an extra blanket in my car. Toilet had mould, ants were crawling around the room. I’ve stayed at many roadside motels with a much better experience. Breakfast area was fine.

The property was ok. The bed in the room and the bathroom were clean but the floor needed sweeping as there seemed to be some sand from dirty footware or something. Also, the room was supposed to be non smoking but I could smell the concealed smoke.

Je vais à l'hôtel pour DORMIR. Hors, le problème des chambres est que vous entendez le bruit des canalisations des toilettes en pleine nuit, celui des portes des véhicules qui claquent à 2 heures du matin ou des personnes qui parlent au téléphone dans le couloir dès 6 heures du matin donc impossible de passer une bonne nuit. Sinon, l'accueil est très bien, le stationnement est facile, la chambre confortable et le déjeuner bon mais pas de fruit, et les éléments chauds ne sont composés que d oeuf et saucisse : aucun légume ou féculent.

Friendly staff from reception to dining! Great location and quiet! Easy plenty of parking spaces. Clean rooms with AC. Bathroom needs an update to be exact (the shower heads) the water pressure is funny either splashing in the sink and barely there in the shower. But for the price can’t complain we made it work.

The customer service/staff were excellent and the hotel offers a a nice breakfast next to a lovely garden included with the room. However, despite requiring a deposit against smoking in the room (and we are not smokers period), our room had carpet and it stank of cigarette smoke and we could not change rooms. Our shower was also terrible with barely any water pressure and the hair dryer was missing the cap.

The staff are all friendly, the room was clean and the coffee was good! The bed, for me made me wake up sore but my husband had no issues and slept well. The breakfast is decent but could stand to have more options like yogurt and fresh fruit.

Rude staff at the do called breakfast area. Very little provided. Noisy room. Hefty extra deposit that is not needed. Takes 10 days to get your extra deposit back. Too pricey for this place.

Good value for money! Rooms are fine for the price range and the facility looks good overall. Very polite, friendly and hospitable staff who seem to care about the amenity and guests. Be prepared for a $200 security deposit to be paid upfront (mine was returned the day after checkout as promised)

Un des rares établissements d'hébergement de Laval à inclure le petit-déjeuner dans la location des chambres. Mais attention, si vous ne voulez pas être déçu, ne vous fiez pas trop aux commentaires des clients à propos des bons déjeuners avec oeufs, viennoiseries, etc. car cela ne s'applique apparemment que pour les week-ends.
