Problemas en la recpción con el Inglés, dejamos colagdo el aviso para que nos limpien la habitación y la limpiaron después de tres días cuando baje a reclamar. An average hotel in centre of city. First impression was DO NOT bother with online checkin, whoever sold them the software must be very proud as it does nothing to aid check in, arrived at car park & despite having enter all car details/passports etc we could not get into the garage & was surrounded by a family of rats running around my feet ! Was informed by reception we needed a card to gain access to car park & our room so online check in is completely pointless!!!! Then on departure the garage door broke down & we were stuck in the basement car park delaying our departure until the receptionist appeared with a stepladder to unplug & reboot the door. Basic but ok Buffett breakfast. Good location for exploring the city.

Schönes Hotel, sehr gute Lage, Zimmer neu und sauber, leckeres Frühstück. Um 15.00 h lange Check-In Schlange, aber die Mitarbeiter:innen an den drei Countern gaben alles. Am besten nicht zu spät anreisen, da das Parkhaus dann ggf besetzt ist. Die Skybar, die ebenfalls über den Hotelaufzug erreichbar ist (jedoch externer Anbieter) ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert. Einziger Verbesserungspunkt aus meiner Sicht ist der "Fitnessraum": Ein kleines, notdürftig ausgestattetes Zimmer ohne Fenster.

Hotel was very close to the main street, lots to see and do in the area around the hotel. Check in and out was easy and the room was excellent. Parking is through an alleyway to an underground car park, the alley is just before the hotel itself, places are limited and it can be hard to park sometimes. Make sure to let reception know your car details and get a sheet of paper to put in the car showing you are a hotel guest. There is a rooftop bar that is worth a visit, entrance is not through the hotel but around the corner. Would recommend a stay at the hotel

-: Der Checkin hat trotz vorherigem Online-Checkin leider länger gebraucht. Die Tiefgarage: da muss man gut einparken können, da die Parkplätze eng sind. Aber es hätte in 100m Entfernung eine Alternative gegegen. Der Geruch in den Fluren war ein sehr aufdringlicher Duft. Das Bad war nur durch eine Schiebetür abgtrennt, man hört entsprechend alles, was im Bad passiert. Der Kühlschrank wurde einfach nicht richtig kalt. Und er musste erst eingeschaltet werden. +: Alles war sehr sauber. Es gab Zusatzhandtücher. Die Betten waren bequem (ausgenommen die kleinen Kissen, die die "Luft hielten"). Zimmerreinigung nach Bedarf. Es konnte gelüftet werden. Endlich mal Vorhänge, die den Raum richtig verdunkelt haben. Kein großartiger Lärm trotz Straße. Super Lage, um alles zu Fuß zu erleben. In direkter Umgebung viel Gastronomie.

Room was clean but very small. Tough moving around with suitcases. Location was good with respect to old town, the castle and the bridge. Parking was NOT good. The hotel did not have enough parking in their garage, so they sent us over 2 city blocks away. Hotels.com needs to do a better job in their booking data telling people this IS a possibility. It would warn people so that they could look elsewhere.

Der hohe Preis passt einfach nicht zu den Leistungen. Shampoo war leer, wir waren zu zweit und hatten nur ein großes Handtuch bekommen, das Personal war weder hilfsbereit noch freundlich. Im Parkhaus war der 2. Stock defekt, somit gab es keine Parkplätze. Im Bett waren Haare und Krümel.. das einzig Gute war die zentrale Lage. Wir werden nächstes mal auf jeden Fall ein anderes Hotel buchen.

Sehr unangenehmer Geruch im gesamten Gebäude. War etwas Staubig und auf der Toilette funktionierte die Lüftung nicht... die Wasserrohre gluckern sehr laut sobald andere gäste auf Toilette gehen oder Duschen, was vorallem Nachts sehr störend war. Für den Preis leider keine Option mehr für uns.

When paying hotel rates, I do expect clean towels when I throw them on the floor, - and I do at least expect they clean my room, - and make the bed. At this hotel they do not. Even when asking in reseption for new towels, no towels show up, before aksing again the day after. Only in very small letters on a card in the rom, they say we must before 06.00 AM (!!!), - tell if we want room cleaned during our 4 day stay. This is not god enough, - as a minimum we should have been told so by our check in. But climate or not, - a hotel room should be cleaned and bed maked. No save for climate not to make guests beds! Towels are more a choise if need new or not. The hotel policy here for a 4 star hotel, is so much to save money on less workers, - not for save climate. Breakfast is only average, missing fresh baguettes and bacon.

Breakfast buffet was excellent! Rooms were clean and a nice size. Bedsheets had a musty dirty feet smell. Had to spray my Parfum to be able to sleep. After arrival had to find cleaning lady to get towels - good that I speak some Turkish to communicate my wishes. Front desk was very friendly! Location is excellent, short walking distance to old city.Access to parking was very good.

Leider war das Badezimmer nicht gut geputzt worden. Das Badezimmer verfügte über eine Glasschiebetür, welche von Innen leider seit einiger langer Zeit nicht sauber gemacht wurde. Die Waschbeckenablage leider auch nicht sauber gewesen. In der Dusche keine Möglichkeiten eigenes Duschgel etc abzustellen. Das Wasser aus der Dusche spritze aus der Dusche raus, sodass die Badematte und Glastür nass wurden. Außerdem kein Abzug, um die Feuchtigkeit aus dem Badezimmer zu bekommen. Der Aufzug war auch nicht sehr ansehnlich und wurde auch schon lange nicht mehr der Putzlappen geschwungen. Der Empfang war nicht gerade herzlich, auch obwohl wir relativ früh dran waren, wurde man direkt abgewürgt, dass man zu früh ist und man ja einfach mal noch was unternehmen gehen kann und dann um 15 Uhr zum Check in wieder kommen kann. Es wurde nicht mal angeboten Bescheid zu sagen? Falls das Zimmer vor 15 Uhr bezugsbereit sein sollte. Auf Nachfrage um ein anderes Kissen zu bekommen, denn die Kissenqualität war wirklich wirklich schlecht, hieß es, dass keine Alternativ Kissen im Haus vorhanden sind. Für 19€ die Nacht für den Parkplatz ist nicht angenehm, auch weil die Tiefgarage sehr eng ist und kaum Wendemöglichkeiten, aufgrund Pfeiler, vorhanden sind.

I’ve given a positive rating BUT please be aware that if you book a jr suite room you will be blasted by thumping disco music late into the night. We changed hotels because of this problem. Management and staff were very understanding and gave us options including a refund. It’s too bad because the hotel is nice and is in a good location.

Bra läge med modern och fräsch inredning. Vi bodde i #611 som skulle kännas rymligare om man tog bort väggen mellan sovrummet och det väldigt lilla vardagsrummet. Helt ok vistelse om det inte vore för det helt ologiska och rakt igenom obegripliga ljusdesignen i rummet. Inga sänglampor alls. Gott om strömbrytare vid nattduksbordet men de är kopplade till alla möjliga lampkombinationer i båda rummen vilket gör att man lätt ljussätter hela sviten när man ska smyga på wc mitt i natten. Mindre populärt hos dem som försöker sova.

The hotel room was nice and so were the staff, but beware the rooftop bar on Friday and Saturday nights. It is more like a nightclub with booming bass that makes everything shake, and drunk people singing loudly. At least the hotel staff helped get the music turned off around midnight, but we would not have booked a room with small children if we'd known it was like this.

We were given a room right below the terrace, the company managing the night club upstairs runs separately than the hotel, we could not sleep as the party continued until early morning hours ( until 5 am ) we have complained and even the police showed up

We arrived before check-in from the US, and the team did a great job arranging an early check-in for us. The bed was very comfortable, the room was impeccable, and the hotel was very quiet. Unfortunately, my husband broke his wrist during our stay while hiking. Not only was the German healthcare system excellent, but the staff did a great job accommodating our extra night’s stay.

Man hat nicht das gefühl als hotelgast ernst genommen zu werden. 248 € haben wir pro nacht bezahlt. Dafür gab es, ein dreckiges zimmer, einen balkon voller Unkraut, 19€ pro tag für einen parkplatz der nicht immer zur verfügung stand, unfreundliches Personal, einen Manger der seine mitarbeiter inkompetent nennt. Das beste an dem hotel ist die klimaanlage die als einziger ihren job gemacht hat. Nie wieder würde ich dieses hotel buchen

War alles tiptop - sauber, Betten ok, alles was man braucht im Zimmer. Lage ist super, man ist gleich bei der Altstadt/ Einkaufsmeile. Vom Bahnhof ist das Hotel mit der Strassenbahn einfach zu erreichen.

We really enjoyed our visit. The only negative is that the room was very small and challenging to move around with no space to even put luggage. The breakfast was good, but several items that should have been served very warm or hot were not. This is an area that could be improved.
