Casi todo bien, excepto que solo cuentan con tres lugares de estacionamiento en la propiedad, si ya estan ocupados tienes que llevarlo a un publico con convenio que esta a 3 cuadras del hotel.

Lugar lindo y agradable, céntrico. La alberca no estaba habilitada y es algo complicado el tema del estacionamiento, sin embargo todo lo demás excelente. Gran servicio.

Es la Segunda ocasión que nos hospedamos en esta bella casa con una excelente ubicación en el Centro Histórico de Santiago de Querétaro; con el inconveniente que por su ubicación no cuenta con elevador y realmente es molesto subir o bajar maletas. Y tampoco tiene servicio de restaurante aunque suple un poco el hecho de que las habitaciones cuentan con su cafetera y una área común para un horno de microondas.

Bien: Ubicación muy céntrica y fácil de llegar. Los espacios y la habitación muy bonitos y cómodos. Mal: El cuarto tenía oportunidades en la limpieza y la zona de la alberca estaba inutilizable (llena de bichos muertos en las tumbonas y en la alberca, y el agua de la alberca sin circular)

El hotel esta prácticamente nuevo, las instalaciones son buenas, sin embargo no tiene estacionamiento, ni tampoco elevador o rampa para subir las múltiples escaleras. En la parte de atrás hay un antro por lo que la música se termina a las 4am.

En general todo bien, solo dos detalles, una ventana no cerraba y se escuchaban los ruidos del acceso principal, y el otro detalle aún mas importante es que el agua de la alberca estaba helada y no pudimos meternos a disfrutar de la tranquilidad y el clima de esa tarde y la mañana siguiente al igual.

Hotel was great and convenient. The staff is amazing. The level of service provided was excellent. Room was always cleaned to perfection. I have to acknowledge Norma, Gustavo and Carols. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Thank you all! Special thanks to Carlos for always helping with questions about city and always being available. We enjoyed are stay and if we come back we will definitely stay here again.

Es un hotel al cual he llegado por segunda ocasión, y no deja de sorprenderme lo limpia y bien cuidadas las habitaciones, es tranquilo , seguro , el personal muy amable siempre y sobre todo es muy céntrico

The place was clean. But they did not have elevator so we had to use stairs with the luggage for 2 floors. They also forgot to provide shower gel or soap.

Good location/price but I wouldn’t stay there again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to any of my friends/family. The room door, was heavily damaged with visible holes and a chunk missing right near the lock. Furthermore, the shower drain was severely clogged, causing water to pile up and drain very slowly, and the grout in the shower had an unsanitary, reddish color. We also found the beds to be extremely loud and squeaky with every movement, and the towels were rough. The service was equally disappointing; despite paying for an early check-in and having my whole family stay, the staff was unaccommodating and unhelpful throughout our two-night visit. While the rate is low, I believe basic safety and sanitation should still be non-negotiable standards.

This was a lovely hotel all in all it was a great hotel. The only negative was lack of places to keep clothes so we needed to keep everything in our suitcases. Everything else was great! Highly recommend it. The area was perfect to walk around to restaurants and beautifully decorated squares for Christmas!

Be aware they dont offer parking, the some detector battery needed replacement so the device kept making an intermittent noise while we slept but we could not see where the noise was coming up until next day, cable was not working and they couldnt fix butcthey had to move us to another room,l and finally front rooms faces some bar that could be noisy if you are trying to sleep early

Me gustó la ubicación y la atención de Juanita de resto pienso que no me volvería a hospedar aquí, no recibimos el beneficio por parte de Expedia ni del hotel, por ser clientes VIP, en nuestra reservación decía que nos darían una botella de vino espumoso y jamás la recibimos, las habitaciones son pequeñas y la que me dieron el primer día no tenía ventana, tuve que pagar extra para que me cambiaran a una habitación con ventana. Las otras habitaciones que dan a la calle, si hay fiesta en frente no pueden ni dormir. El agua de la ducha se sale por la puerta y queda todo mojado y no sale si bajas el agua del WC. No tiene elevador y sólo 3 lugares de estacionamiento, si no encuentras lugar debes dejarlo en un estacionamiento público como a 5 min aprox que debes pagar 100 pesos diarios, realmente alrededor hay muchas otras opciones. Por lo demás, hay restaurantes, las principales calles del centro muy cerca. Hotel lindo pero no regresaría

It was in a good area, only a few blocks from the heart of Centro Historico. The pool was lovely, the room spacious, the bed comfortable, the staff pleasant. There was not enough area to put your clothes for two people. There were no drawers and shelf space for only one person. Also the room is very noisy from people going in and out of their rooms nearby.

Me gusto mucho el diseño de sus interiores , lo espacioso de sus habitaciones y la limpieza de las mismas , lo que NO me gusto que no tienen más que un espejo , y no hay mucho espacio donde poner la ropa , por lo demás todo está perfecto

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! I loved everything about it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean and spacious.The location in the historic center is also a huge plus. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

Very good hotel, conveniently situated with helpful staff. One minor gripe, probably no fault of staff, is that the hotel probably has an arrangement with taxi service, whereby it receives a nice percentage of fares. The reason I suspect this is that they claimed the fare for them arranging taxi service to the airport was $600-700 pesos, whereas the Uber app suggested half of that. We ultimately just hailed a taxi on the street and got a ride for $300 pesos.

the hotel is ok, nothing fancy, the staff is nice but I did have a very bad experience when asking for the invoice of the hotel, Angeles was really rude, I had to ask a numerous number of times for it, and when I finally got it it was wrong the first time, everybody else where nice. I will definitely not stay ever again in this hotel, there are much more nicer and friendlier hotels than this one at the Condesa area

Gracias a Gibrhan y su impresionante actitud de servicio. Su disposición en resolver cualquier cosas es digno de reconocer Por otro lado.lleufe el sábado. Las 9 am por el vuelvo temprano de mty a Querétaro y cero apertura de mente en darme una habitación aún con costo extra como lo solicité. Cero disposición por parte de recepción (Juanita), aún comentando que me cobrarán early check in (una práctica muy común y más entre empresarios ) y fue una rotunda negativa a mi solocitu

The hotel is good, and location is very convenient. The personnel at the front desk were not very helpful, they did not give complete information, there is not a restaurant on the hotel, they did not give information regarding that, neither provided complete information regarding tours or other information for tourists.

Location is great to visit Queretaro’s magnificent old town. Hotel facilities are nice but simple and scarce. Older type AC unit didn’t do the job well at our room. It doesn’t offer parking but if you are lucky you may take one of the 3 to 4 spots in the entrance patio.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue muy agradable. Las instalaciones son excelentes y bien mantenidas, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de una estancia cómoda. Las habitaciones eran confortables, espaciosas y bien equipadas, proporcionando todo lo necesario para relajarnos. Además, la ubicación es un gran punto a favor, ya que se encuentra cerca del centro, facilitando el acceso a diferentes puntos de interés. Our stay at this hotel was amazing! I loved everything about it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean and spacious.The location in the historic center is also a huge plus. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

Casa Loreta tiene una localización privilegiada porque en pocos minutos se llega caminando a todas las amenidades del centro histórico de la ciudad. Dado que está cerca de dependencias gubernamentales la presencia de policías es mayor y siempre me sentí seguro. Sobre el personal del hotel, se esmeran en que los huéspedes estén bien atendidos.

La estancia de 4 dias fue agradable, llegamos a mitad de semana y si había espacio en el estacionamiento (solo tiene 3 lugares) por lo que ya no nos preocupamos por encontrar estacionamiento, el check in fue antes de la hora estipulada y nos agradó pues llegamos cansados del viaje, la habitación limpia, equipada con lo básico, buenas amenidades de baño, tiene caja fuerte, la ducha con agua caliente en todo momento, la limpieza de la habitación diaria impecable, cerca de todo… el único inconveniente fue que en las noches hay ruido de música y fiesta en una terraza contigua, supongo que es un bar pero se termina el ruido entre 12 y 1 am y puedes dormir tranquilo, no tiene restaurant pero puedes pedir por aplicación o introducir alimentos al hotel … nuestra estancia fue muy placentera y si lo recomendaría y también volvería a hospedarme ahí

Our stay in Casa Loreta was fine. It is well situated in the historic center, yet on a quiet street. The staff was not trained well to inform visitors where to eat breakfast in front of the hotel. There was no communication between staff which made our super early in the morning arrival a bit surprising for the staff member. All in all it was fine.

Es la Segunda ocasión que nos hospedamos en esta bella casa con una excelente ubicación en el Centro Histórico de Santiago de Querétaro; con el inconveniente que por su ubicación no cuenta con elevador y realmente es molesto subir o bajar maletas. Y tampoco tiene servicio de restaurante aunque suple un poco el hecho de que las habitaciones cuentan con su cafetera y una área común para un horno de microondas.

Un hotel bonito con todas las cualidades de un hotel boutique, pero en nuestra habitación había un olor a orines en una de la camas, se reportó y el encargado nos comentó que era el aire acondicionado ya que los filtro se ensuciaban muy rápido. Son poco accesibles a las peticiones del huésped ya que les pedí si podía dejar una hora más mi camioenta en su lugar de estacionamiento a lo que no aceptaron. El desayuno es muy poco variado no lo recomiendo para pagarlo
