This hotel is situated a bit out of the hubbub of central Palma, but close enough to walk into it. Lots of walkable options for good food. The hotel itself is well kept, with clean, quiet, good sized rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. They do have a parking garage where you may park for a reasonable fee- a godsend in Palma. My only disappointment is that the breakfast ( not included) was mediocre and not worth the extra money. Otherwise- very good value!

We only have good things to say about this hotel and here are our highlights and tips Great location and a short 10 min walk to the city Quiet and calm hotel Good beds and quiet AC Great quality breakfast and worth the 15 euro Tips If you leave later in the day store your luggage in the storage room and before leaving use the gym’s showers to refresh and change to new cloths.

Very clean facilities, nice staff, walkable distance from the port, the cathedral and restaurants. Very close bus station that connects you with nice beach areas. The breakfast was of good quality and worth the extra price. They offered us to use the fitness facilities to shower and change on our last day before heading to the airport. This been said, Palma is good if you are a family, not much to do if you are in your 20/30s.

Had an amazing stay here for 5 nights. The hotel interiors are beautiful, and the property has a parking garage as well (for €15 per day). The rooms are big, bathrooms are actually huge for european hotels and have a nice balcony as well. Staff is super helpful and they even rent you beach towels. Walkable to major sites in Palma city and also to the airport bus stop. Would stay again!

Wir haben ein gutes Zimmer zu einem guten Preis erhalten - die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und dank der guten Fenster trotzdem ruhig. Man erreicht zu Fuss viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, das Meer und viele tolle Läden und Restaurants. Das Personal ist kompetent und hilfbereit. Sauna, Whirlpool und Gym sind im Preis inbegriffen. Zu denselben Konditionen kommen wir gerne wieder.

The hotel was very clean and tastefully decorated. The room was large and the bathroom was also large. Really liked the built in radio in the bathroom. Breakfast was great too. However, the room was poorly soundproofed, we could hear people talking in the other room and we could hear noise from the road. This was the only downside to our stay. Location wise, the hotel is very close to main streets and restaurants.

Alles in sehr gutem und sauberen Zustand. Bett bequem. Service sehr gut. Gebäude ist an einer größeren Straße - wenn das Zimmer an dieser liegt könnte es laut werden. Die Zimmertüren fallen laut ins Schloss und es ist allgemein etwas hellhörig. Aber mir macht das nichts aus.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super leckerem Frühstück und wirklich tollem Team! Wir kommen gerne wieder :) einziges Manko war die hohe Temperatur in den Zimmern, da im März die Klimaanlage noch nicht zentral hochgefahren ist. Es wurde aber alles getan, um hier Abhilfe zu schaffen und in den Sommermonaten/Hochsaison gibt es dieses Problem nicht.

While some of the furniture showed minor chipping, it had no impact on our stay since we were only there to sleep for two nights. One amusing detail was the TV placement: it was mounted on the left side of the bed, squeezed between the bed and the desk, so you couldn’t actually watch it from the bed. The only way to watch comfortably was to move a chair and sit directly in front of it, which we found quite funny rather than frustrating. The hotel is conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from the city center and close to everything. We also appreciated the ability to store our luggage on the day of departure, which was especially convenient as we had an evening flight.

The Hotel is on a Main Street this means it’s not quite but extremely central. You can visit the cathedral, have a rest “at home” and go to the historic parts again without loosing much time. The hotel is spacey as well was my room although I was single. The staff is super supportive and the breakfast gorgeous

Un bel hôtel Art déco rétro bien situé juste en haut du port. Beaucoup de bars et de restaurants à proximité. Le petit-déjeuner est d'un bon rapport qualité-prix et je recommande vivement l'œuf Bénédicte qui était excellent, tout comme le yaourt fait maison. Hôtel parfait pour un long week-end. Tout est propre et la décoration est vraiment magnifique dans le bar/restaurant.
