J’y ai passé un séjour idyllique. C ´est un boutique hôtel qui porte une vraie attention à sa clientèle. Je me suis vraiment senti choyé et l’objet de beaucoup d’attention de la part du personnel ce qui est exceptionnel pour un hôtel à ce prix là ! Sinon rien à redire l’hôtel est situé en plein cœur de Madrid mais en bordure de la zone piétonne très Pratique car a proximité de tous les points d’intérêts touristiques. Le design est original, les chambres calmes et très confortables. J’ai passé de très bons moments au bord de la piscine qui est très agréable et prend un petit air de beach club avec une large offre de restauration et de boisson et une très bonne ambiance, le dj savait mettre du bon son tout en restant discret pour que ça ne soit pas gênant. Le petit déjeuner est original et de qualité, les cocktails au bar du lobby sont délicieux ! J’y retournerais à coup sûr la prochaine fois qu je reviendrais à Madrid.

Magnifique séjour de 5 jours, tout est excellent de la chambre au restaurant italien, péruvien ou juste en bord de piscine. Le personnel est prévenant à tout instant. La piscine est magnifique et très bien gérée par le personnel aux petits soins. Nous reviendrons avec certitude. Bravo pour la conception et le service, du très haut de gamme !

Our stay at The Madrid Edition was fantastic. The staff was warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable, which made our experience feel seamless from check-in to check-out. The only downside was the spa; it was consistently fully booked, and we weren’t able to secure an appointment during our stay. My stay at both Madrid and Barcelona Edition hotels was superb. The staff are very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The room was large and kept in impeccable condition throughout our stay. The bars on the property were also fantastic and make a great "last stop" before going back to my room. I'll make sure to look into other Edition hotels on my trips to other cities.

Hotel incrível, moderno, super novo, piscina com vista maravilhosa. Hotel diferenciado em Madrid. As únicas pontuações negativas são: água da piscina é muito gelada, não é aquecida e fica impossível ficar dentro. Os quartos são muito claros durante o dia, a claridade do sol entra logo cedo pela manhã no quarto. O blackout não escurece o quarto. Já pela noite e no banheiro, é o contrário, muito escuro. Iluminação baixa. Muito difícil maquiar e enxergar detalhes.

The hotel has a great location. The service does not live up to the price-level. The lobby lounge was typically full of guests and walk-ins but had rarely more than one or max two people working. Unattentive to orders and other requests. The actual reception is a tiny room at the far end of the lounge. Only place for two receptionists can assists guests at any time resulting in crowded sea with quest queuing in the lounge. The architect who designed this has not a clue on logistics. Terrible! The actual entrance on street levels is huge and totally empty except for a concierges desk hidden behind the staircase. No place to work in the rooms and no place (proper) to sit down in common areas to do work. We booked a room with a private terrace - don't take the extra cost as the these rooms are on the first floor facing buildings on the other side of the hotel. The rooms do not get any daylight (more or less) and there is absolutely no privacy. This fact is not advertised by the hotel.

I had a balcony in an air shaft on the 3rd floor and the exhaust from the restaurant came up the shaft so all we could smell was cooking meat. also the rooftop bar was on the top edge of the shaft and was rather loud.

In general great hotel, I always stay at edition. But this one was super noisy, I couldn’t get even one good nite sleep! A homeless under my room dog was barking all the nite, noisy neighbours during weekend and the staff wouldn’t bring you enough towels etc. Very very minimal and dark in the bathroom area, I expected way more.

Stunning hotel with excellent service and a great location. I had an issue and it was resolved immediately by César and his team. It's easy to judge hotels when things are fine, but I was even more impressed with how they pro-actively handled my situation. Would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is gorgeous, unique and immaculate. The front desk, room service and front door staff are friendly and attentive. The only issue that I had was with the restaurant, one waiter to be exact. The food and the rest of the staff at Jeronimo were great. The male waiter that “took care” of us for breakfast was comically rude…..and basically that is the first thing I think about when I talk about the hotel.
