Design of property was great. (Bare brick walls combined with modern black and red features). The gym was more than adequate and the pool a BONUS. Modern furniture in excellent condition Great location for the V&A waterfront and the business district. Excellent value for money.

We loved our stay here. The staff are all so helpful and gracious. The breakfast is incredible and we looked forward to it every morning. The room was spacious and comfortable and the location made it convenient to walk to both the waterfront and to attractions like the District 6 museum or castle. The gym was good and the little pool is lovely.

The staff at this hotel are really super friendly and helpful - but it’s a pity the product is so tired. The beds are DONE - you can literally feel the springs on the side of the bed. The airconditioning in the rooms work well - but are super noisy. The bathroom, although nothing wrong and perfectly clean - just feels straight out of the 90’s. This might have been a 4 star property until a few years ago - but it is in dire need of an update. Breakfast was adequate, but not mind blowing.

My room was a good size and comfortable, my only problem was that the air con was very loud and I needed ear plugs to sleep when it was on at night. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good with tasty coffee.

In the heart of Cape Town, easily walkable to the V&A Waterfront. Check in staff, at our request relocated us to a quieter room off the main street. Breakfast was good with loads of variety. Staff friendly and helpful!

We didnt receive the room we reserved, what made the matter worse is that the welcome letter in the room had a different name which suggested that another guest was given our room honesty for the amount paid this was unacceptable. the hotel did try and make it up to us the following day by changing the room but we left for the whole day to complete our itinerary for that day and when we returned they had checked in someone else. the hotel really needs to improve on this , they also need to consider that a welcome letter in the room creates a bond with the hotel or personalizes your stay with them and if i find a difference name ... everything else felt standard after this event.

My room was a good size and comfortable, my only problem was that the air con was very loud and I needed ear plugs to sleep when it was on at night. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good with tasty coffee.
