Tiny bathroom with abrupt water temperature changes. Parking is very tight and no extra spaces. The included breakfast is all cold items with few options. The pool was clean but small. Staff went out of their way to keep the property clean and were very engaging.

Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and fully functional. Breakfast provided was basic but fine. Location is excellent for attending events at the arena, right across the street. Couldn't be closer. Plenty of free parking.

It was so nice to know that we would have a nice , clean place to land last night. The receptionist was so gracious and helpful. We will stay there again on our way home. Not everyone would like it because it is small, older not at all fancy, but for what we wanted, it was great: very clean, well priced and safe.

The property and my room were very clean and comfortable. Wonderful service from front desk. Great location across from University of Oregon. Directly across the street from Mathew Knight Arena and walking distance to Autzen Stadium. Plus 2 doors down from Track Town Pizza. Great location, reasonable game day price.

Great staff at check-in. After turning the tv off and getting ready for bed, noticed loud hum on refrigerator. Plug too far behind cabinet to be able to pull out of wall. Hope that we will be able to sleep tonight. In bathroom, sink stopper was all the way down and water wouldn't drain. When I lifted it out of sink with fingernail, found that it came all the way out as it was not attached below. Covered with black slimy mold. Other than those two things, we had been impressed with the property.

There were ants all through the bathroom We found dead ants in one of the beds, the tub had hair in it, the sink had hair in it, and the floors weren’t swept. We explained this and asked for a refund and they denied us. The room was pretty gross and dirty. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The room is dirty (especially the floor, it was impossible to walk without shoes), but the worst thing was the smell in the room, when we asked to give us another room, it turned out that there were no more empty rooms. It was impossible to sleep because of the smell (to the point of nausea). The pillows are terribly old, small and lumpy, making it impossible to sleep on them. There are stains on the ceilings, presumably due to leaking pipes. The pool is dirty, the photos do not match those presented on the website. Since we checked in late, there was no chance of finding another hotel.

Booked a room with a queen bed and pull out couch, clearly listed that way. Arrived and was told that they only had a single bed room, no pull out couch. Front desk man did not care at all, said too bad. Suggested I ask a stranger to switch rooms? Friend had to sleep on the hard floor. Hotel was dirty and smelled bad, mold in bathroom. Some type of concert was going on across the street, and hotel staff was fine with patrons standing around the parking lot, openly drinking and smoking pot, talking loudly past 2am right outside my door. Awful experience.Stay away!

We booked here after my husband unexpectedly passed away out of town. We had to a clean the prior visitors sticky residue off the floor when we arrived so we used a handtowel. They charged me 65.00 for the towel and kept my 250.00 deposit. When I called to review the charges and very politely accepted the towel charge, but not the theft of my 250 dollars, the receptionist, Garrett, became very aggressive and hung up on me. I will be reaching out to upper management. I really did not expect or need to be treated this way during this difficult time. I still give the employees 5 stars because during our stay they were wonderful and helped me through. I will not let 1 terrible person stain the reputation of everyone else Our room was not clean, dried chocolate on the entertainment center, very dirty floors, ceiling had huge water stains and the bathroom walls were cracked and had massive holes and peeling paint. Location was great, food options excellent, it was safe and parking was wonderful. I'm just very disappointed in the behavior I experienced today from Garrett.

We were placed in a handicapped room facing the Main Street. Cars passing by were loud. The room had a strong odor. It smelled like pets/dust/urine. The WiFi/ internet was very weak. I asked about in on our first day and had called about prior to booking. I needed to complete some work and the connection was bad. I had to go down the street to Starbucks. I would have never chosen the room if I knew it would minimally have internet.

It's not the newest place, looks a little run-down but I don't mind, especially since it's clean and the price is right. The staff were nice. In my room 206, the sink handle/faucet was not securely attached to the counter and would have hot water only unless I turned it a very specific way. And if you're picky about pillows, bring your own, since the ones they have are not good. The breakfast bar was my favorite part. It was super helpful, has bread, cereal, coffee and tea, yogurt, spreads like PB and cream cheese, juice, hard boiled eggs.

Clean, newly decorated room. Beds were a bit worn and bulgy; pillows weren't great. And the shortest cord ever on the coffee maker--there was literally only one place in the room to plug it in, on the bed stand. Good location. Parking lot's small, no spaces in the evening.

The employees were knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The TV's are pretty old and the shower and toilet closet was just that a tiny closet. It's was reasonably priced and well staffed. Will stay here again next time I'm in town. I will recommend it to others as well.

The staff was so nice. Had a couple questions because we were coming in late and the person I talked to on the phone was very polite and helpful. We got in at almost midnight to check in because we went to a concert. The person at the desk was super friendly and got me checked in right away and was super nice. He made sure we got a place to park and told me about the free breakfast. The next morning we made it in time for the breakfast. There were plenty of options for my kids, husband, and I to choose from. Checkout was a breeze and again super nice people running the desk.

When they say 3pm check in, they really mean it!! Arrived at 2:50pm and they did the full check in process, without giving me the keys to our multiple rooms. We had to wait 10 min, along with 30 other people. This seems like a harder process than just checking people in as they arrive. The lead lady checking in was rude and condescending to the other front desk woman helping. The whole process was embarrassing and much longer than it needed to be. Never staying here ever again!!!

Desk clerk was horrible! We were rushing to get to the football game and he kept us waiting with ridiculous stories (“it’s $10k for parking”, “ if you are late to the game, they won’t let you in”). He was rude and obnoxious.

The single worst check in experience I have ever had. The way the front desk lady acted should have gotten her terminated. The parking was terrible. It is one of the cheaper motels in the area, but you pay for it by being treated poorly. I would not recommend this establishment.

We were placed in a handicapped room facing the Main Street. Cars passing by were loud. The room had a strong odor. It smelled like pets/dust/urine. The WiFi/ internet was very weak. I asked about in on our first day and had called about prior to booking. I needed to complete some work and the connection was bad. I had to go down the street to Starbucks. I would have never chosen the room if I knew it would minimally have internet.

Stayed one night for a track meet. Short walking distance which was my main reason for choosing this spot. Both check in/out staff were friendly. Coffee in the morning was tasty, room was very dated, shower head was a bit low for tall people. Would return again.

Adequate accommodations. Room wasn’t exactly soundproof as I could hear noises from other rooms. Bed was adequately comfortable but I only stayed one night, so I’m not sure how much more comfortable I would’ve been at I stayed longer. The location was extremely convenient for me as I was there to watch a volleyball game across the street at the Matthew Knight Arena, so it was nice to just be able to walk across the street and not worry about finding arena parking. Place was pretty quiet overall, I felt safe enough walking back at around 9 PM at night with my daughter, so for us. It was adequate enough for a quick overnight stay.

very limited parking and breakfast was pastry and yogurt. Fortunately they also had hard boiled eggs as a protein. Very busy on Franklin street immediately opposite U of O campus. Excellent public transportation in Eugene.

Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and fully functional. Breakfast provided was basic but fine. Location is excellent for attending events at the arena, right across the street. Couldn't be closer. Plenty of free parking.

It's not the newest place, looks a little run-down but I don't mind, especially since it's clean and the price is right. The staff were nice. In my room 206, the sink handle/faucet was not securely attached to the counter and would have hot water only unless I turned it a very specific way. And if you're picky about pillows, bring your own, since the ones they have are not good. The breakfast bar was my favorite part. It was super helpful, has bread, cereal, coffee and tea, yogurt, spreads like PB and cream cheese, juice, hard boiled eggs.

First and foremost, the reason for my 5 star rating was cleanliness. It was super clean and both the front desk people were really really respectful and nice. The morning guy ( maybe the owner ) also let me get some of the complimentary breakfast after being late just because i had a long drive ahead of me. Respect.

Guy at check in was very friendly and wanting to know lots about Alberta Canada. Lol Hate to say it but the breakfast was terrible at best. I mean why even bother. You like other hotels I’ve stayed at put the free breakfast thing in to draw in customers but why not put in an honest effort and get some honest praise. Lol. Rest of my stay was fine

Tiny bathroom with abrupt water temperature changes. Parking is very tight and no extra spaces. The included breakfast is all cold items with few options. The pool was clean but small. Staff went out of their way to keep the property clean and were very engaging.

Staff were great. Floor in room was clean to the eye but turned socks black when walking about. Shower handle was loose and hard to regulate water temp. Staff fixed as soon as notified so that was nice. But it did happen twice in the 5 nights we were there.
