Check in and was told the hot tub was not working. The main reason I book at this hotel. I was not offered a discount or refund had to stay. The hotel had kids running from the second floor up the stairs to the third floor and back down. My room was at the end of the hall, across from the stairs. I was not told the charge for internet use. I had several charges for each day. I was told it was the way I logged in. I wasn't told how to log in at check-in. I was also told that internet access is reserved for business users, and everyone else has to pay for it. I would not stay again as they advertise a hot tub and internet, but it is either not working, or you have to pay extra.

We specifically stayed her to use the hot tub and when we got there they said the pool was open but the hot tub was broken😕 I understand thinds happen but was disappointing

They advertise an in house restaurant and bar. They had a vending machine and a corner of the lobby bar that didn't open until 5. Pool water was freezing and walls are paper thin. Key didn't work and no one at desk for 15 minutes. Never again.
