We stayed at the Astra after visiting family for the 4th of July holiday, and had a great time! The room and bathroom are very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I loved the robot Sparky who delivers room service! It’s really close to the Space Needle. We didn’t go up to the lounge, but I did use the workout facilities. The treadmill was easy to use and clean.

This hotel is fantastic. It’s right on the street car route. The restaurants there are amazing. The bar on the rooftop is great. I had no issues. It was completely quiet and we found easy parking in the front. You just have to make sure that you pay for the parking in the morning there’s a two hour max limit in the morningsit’s free at night.

The rooms are cramped, but I can’t complain when the cleanliness and everything else was done well. The rooftop bar has amazing views. Also we had to order room service to have the robot deliver.

Astra is a beautiful hotel in South Lake Union. Walkable everywhere, clean, it has a cafe, 2 restaurants and rooftop bar. Staff are fantastic, the hotel is modern and even has a robot that delivers room service. High recommend.

When arriving to the hotel the man at the front desk was very kind and helpful. All of the people at the front desk were kind and helpful. My issue was the amount I paid for the hotel for one night did not add up with the quality of the hotel. There were stains on two of our pillows and there were stains on the bedding. I’m not even sure the bedding was changed before us. We got replacement pillows but it took awhile to get them. For the amount you pay for the hotel valet should not be as expensive as it was. It took forever to get our car parked and get it back when checking out. The buffet breakfast was also very subpar for the amount paid as well. I would not stay here again especially for the price paid.

Went to the coffee bar and they had a great variety of milks and flavors. Pastries were toasted and delicious. The room was very clean and easy to use the amenities. We called for more toilet paper and blankets and items were brought in a good amount of time. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions.

I had a flight delayed and the front was present to check me in at 1am. The bed was amazing if you a firm mattress. Beautiful room with floor to ceiling windows of the city. Bathroom was exceptionally clean.

We only planned a stay for one night, but we really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for walking to the fireworks on Lake Union without having to deal with a lot of foot/street traffic. Very modern touches BUT caution if you are modest as the bathroom door is a barn door style and has a wide opening that you can see straight into the shower. There’s also a window in the bathroom that also overlooks the shower, but at least that had blinds.

Our room was not ready when we arrived at check in time. This was disappointing as we'd been up since 4:00AM EDT. After over an hour wait, the desk staff did provide us with vouchers for three days of full breakfast/coffee options, which I must say we thoroughly enjoyed. The stay was much better once we had our room. Staff from desk to room service to dining was absolutely excellent - cheerful and ready to help.

Loved my stay there. Everything was great. The only negative was that we put the clean room light on all day and when we got back to our room to rest at 4 pm before dinner, the room hadn’t been cleaned yet. At 4:30 pm the cleaner showed up but we were too tired to leave the room so she could clean. Aside from that, our stay was wonderful and staff helpful. Loved the modern decor of the room and hotel. Nice roof top bar.

We had a great time and felt secure in the hotel. Unfortunately, my loaner car was damaged while in valet and we have yet to hear back about their "investigation". At one point we were asked if the damage was already there,as if we were trying to lie about the damage. The area to leave your car or where told to leave the car because the valet was busy wasnt a safe spotdue to cross and oncoming traffic. The hotel needs more valet parking attendants and some training for those valet parking attendants. The valet seemed young and unenthusiastic about his job.

The best thing this hotel has going for it is the manager, Jonathain. The rooms are nice, the lobby is nice, the location is nice, but everyone knows that the people make the place, and Jonathain is an A++++ human being. The Astra Hotel is lucky to have him, and should do whatever they can to retain him. He was fantastic with our kids, he was fantastic with us, and he was fantastic with other guests. If I were starting a business, I'd try to hire him away. Now for the hotel: The lobby is classy and modern and clean, the location is excellent with good parking options, the rooms were quite small but very clean and efficient, with clean bathrooms and enough amenities to make your stay comfortable.

Excellent customer service! Our conditioner bottle was broken and when I told the folks at the front desk, someone came to replace it within a few minutes. They also delivered a fan to our room to help us enjoy our stay even more.

We did the valet parking as parking in Seattle itself is difficult. Lots of time limit differences between parking spots and how to pay. The Astra is centrally located so you can walk to many attractions/restaurants/shops within 15-20 minutes!

Great hotel. All staff really friendly and helpful with lots of local tips. Rooms a great size and spotlessly clean. The whole hotel was well kept. The hotel has a coffee shop which serves great coffee and things to eat. The streetcar tram stops outside, so although we were happy to walk to most things, it did make accessing the train station for the airport and sports grounds really easy and significantly cheaper tgan usin a taxi or uber. Would recomend and am looking forward to visiting again

We couldn’t be more happy that we chose this hotel. Everything was amazing from the service, location, cleanliness and the coffee was amazing! We were able to walk to Pike Place market in 15 mins which walks directly past the Amazon Spheres on the way! You have a perfect view of the Space Needle from in my opinion is the best rooftop bar in Seattle “Altitude” which is attached to this hotel.

Recently spent 3 days at property and enjoyed the view, the convenient location and plenty of eateries near by. The breakfast buffet was plenty of variety but very pricey and unfortunately most hot items were extremely greasy. Roof top bar with spectacular views, but music was way too loud to enjoy conversations. Would stay again, just needs a bit refinement

Very much enjoyed our stay at the Astra! This was my first visit to Seattle & the Astra atmosphere was very complimentary to the beautiful city! Lieu & Sparky were super helpful, loved their fun demeanor!! The complimentary breakfast & coffee were excellent!!

Great location, great services especially the the Altitude Sky Lounge. Go get yourself a drink a soak in the beautiful view and great music. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. There are also great restaurants around and everything was walkable for us. We went to Panda Fest at Fischer Pavilion which is also by Climate Pledge arena :)
