This villa is a true extension of the essence of Tuscany. It has timeless beauty, modern conveniences, and impressive gardens. It is centrally located within a brief distance to Florence, Seina, San Gimignano, olive and wine farms with tastings, horseback riding and more.The villa is expansive and beautifully appointed with marble, grand chandeliers and exquisite furniture. Outside, the carefully tended gardens wander around the large pool, the hot tub, the wood ovens, and several large patio areas for outdoor dining. We enjoyed many large bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living room areas during our stay. The villa is beautifully cared for and managed, and we found our host to be available at any time and so informative and kind. There was no better experience than the Villa la Quercia while we were in Tuscany. We would give 10 stars!

Our family of 11, all ages, loved our stay at La Quercia. The location worked well for us, with restaurants nearby and a short distance to Siena. The pool was critical given the heat and we spent many hours enjoying the pool and it’s views. The bedrooms and bathrooms were accommodating, although the beds themselves could use a refresh. Manlio was friendly and helpful attending to things we needed. (If someone has mobility issues, they will find access to the pool challenging.) The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and dishes, two dishwashers, etc. The loggia on the front of the house overlooking the valley is spectacular. You will need to bring your own soap and may need to restock on toilet paper depending on the size of your group. All in all, though, a wonderful accommodation and we were happy we stayed there.
