An abundance of charm and convenience. The location could not have been better. Easy, close parking. Superior coffee shop a few doors down + any number of good spots to eat & shop nearby. Walking to Old Quebec was easy for the whole family & Ile d'Orleans was a quick drive. Could not have had a better trip and this place made that possible.

The apartment was exactly as described, very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for 4 couples. Jean-Charles was very welcoming and responsive. The neighborhood w,as quiet and safe. We made the 25 minute walk to Old Town several times. We highly recommend this rental.

Totally quiet sleeping arrangements, as all bedrooms (3) are downstairs. Super attentive hosts. Very professionally maintained. Great area to walk from - close to old town and upper town, though we still spoiled ourselves with Uber ($10 to get anywhere, really cheap) after a long day of sightseeing. Just lovely to return home to a hot shower, fluffy towels and an absolutely gorgeous living space. First class all around.

This was a fabulous condo! Spacious, clean with a well equipped kitchen. The eight of us all slept very well in the 4 bedrooms. The owner was always fast in his replies to my questions. He made suggestions for us regarding places to eat that the locals know are the best. So glad we stayed here!

Our group of 9 women absolutely LOVED our time in Quebec City & your property was just perfect for us!! The kitchen was ideal for a big group - as was the living room for chatting & coffee in the morning. The dining room table was ideal for playing cards at night. We liked that the bedrooms were downstairs - very quiet for those wanting to sleep before others. Two good sized bathrooms downstairs with shower options as well as 1/2 bath upstairs made getting cleaned up and ready for the day a faster process. The location was close to groceries, restaurants & liquor. We took advantage of the restaurant 1/2 block away. (La Cuisine - friendly staff, good food, highly recommended). Your location provided us with easy access to the bus stops nearby (transportation to the airport & back - as well as to the waterfall & back). The rest we did on foot. Quebec City has a LOT of stairs, but we enjoyed the challenge. We did not rent a car - did it all on foot or by city bus. I have to say that Old Quebec City (lower area) with it's quaint feel & cobblestone streets was our favorite. We had lunch & cocktails at Bistrot Papa Georges twice (once inside because of rain & once outdoors) - another recommended stop. Thanks for providing us with wonderful accommodations during our stay.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment in Quebec City. The place was very clean and spacious, with enough room for our family of four. This property was excellent for my group of 5 friends. 1 room is off the dining area separated by a curtain which worked well for our group. The two full baths and 1 half bath were great! Kitchen was well appointed. Getting in and out was easy peesy!

We couldn't have asked more of our stay at this property. It was a beautiful home, with perfect space and amenities for our girls trip. Exactly as described. Spacious, super clean, and a very safe area. The beds were divine, with crisp white sheets and lofty duvets. Totally quiet sleeping arrangements, as all bedrooms (3) are downstairs. Super attentive hosts. Very professionally maintained. Great area to walk from - close to old town and upper town, though we still spoiled ourselves with Uber ($10 to get anywhere, really cheap) after a long day of sightseeing. Just lovely to return home to a hot shower, fluffy towels and an absolutely gorgeous living space. First class all around.

Our group of 9 women absolutely LOVED our time in Quebec City & your property was just perfect for us!! The kitchen was ideal for a big group - as was the living room for chatting & coffee in the morning. The dining room table was ideal for playing cards at night. We liked that the bedrooms were downstairs - very quiet for those wanting to sleep before others. Two good sized bathrooms downstairs with shower options as well as 1/2 bath upstairs made getting cleaned up and ready for the day a faster process. The location was close to groceries, restaurants & liquor. We took advantage of the restaurant 1/2 block away. (La Cuisine - friendly staff, good food, highly recommended). Your location provided us with easy access to the bus stops nearby (transportation to the airport & back - as well as to the waterfall & back). The rest we did on foot. Quebec City has a LOT of stairs, but we enjoyed the challenge. We did not rent a car - did it all on foot or by city bus. I have to say that Old Quebec City (lower area) with it's quaint feel & cobblestone streets was our favorite. We had lunch & cocktails at Bistrot Papa Georges twice (once inside because of rain & once outdoors) - another recommended stop. Thanks for providing us with wonderful accommodations during our stay.

We were a group of 8 adults (7 siblings and our 80 year old Mother). The apartment was very clean and spacious. Well stocked kitchen. Convenient parking right across the street. Close to many restaurants and a bakery. Short drive to all the popular attractions. We had a great time!

An abundance of charm and convenience. The location could not have been better. Easy, close parking. Superior coffee shop a few doors down + any number of good spots to eat & shop nearby. Walking to Old Quebec was easy for the whole family & Ile d'Orleans was a quick drive. Could not have had a better trip and this place made that possible.

Truly wonderful stay in Quebec City - the home is beautiful, comfortable, and cozy, and had everything we needed for our family of 6. We cooked in one night and the kitchen had everything we needed for a delicious meal. The location is ideal, and we found ourselves walking everywhere to enjoy the area. Would highly recommend for a great home base!

We were a group of four women getting together for a girls’ trip. The Old/New Apartment was perfect for our stay. Wonderful restaurants close by, very near Old Quebec and very easy to walk or Uber anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment in Quebec City. The place was very clean and spacious, with enough room for our family of four. This was a fabulous condo! Spacious, clean with a well equipped kitchen. The eight of us all slept very well in the 4 bedrooms. The owner was always fast in his replies to my questions. He made suggestions for us regarding places to eat that the locals know are the best. So glad we stayed here!

This property is a charming and spacious apartment, perfect for a large group. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are very nice, and they provide a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, which are quite convenient. The living spaces are nice for a group, as well, and there are some great restaurants and shopping nearby. The host was very responsive when we had a need to reach out about something. I will be honest that the location is also very close to a needle exchange, which meant that at times there were people sleeping on the sidewalks close by. I would have wanted this information before selecting where to stay.
