We have stayed in this hotel previously and wound down so again. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly, respectful and very helpful. All assistance requests were met efficiently and promptly. Breakfast is great as is the food available from the restaurant. Very good value for money.

Very helpful staff and well located near the river. Baggage storage and an earlier than expected check-in all helped.

Everything was wonderful. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we’ve had. The room was lovely. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the lack of communication. I emailed them two days in a row…no one replied. I then phoned twice…both times I was disconnected. Hotels.com also tried calling numerous times with no success.
